We wasn’t aware the heat didn’t work good and froze to death and stayed up all night and finally left early morning . Was told they was worried the cabins would be cold ????? Maybe getting heaters that work would help . Then was told no money back . Not for Friday night was asking for the next night back but was told no . Then a Man calls back and gives me a credit for Sat night but must be us

Hello, we are very sad you still left a negative review considering we thought we resolved your issue. You were given a space heater to counteract the unually low temps this time of November, and given a rain check (the way our system allows refunds for checked in stays).

Our stay was nice. Very friendly staff and clean facilities.. we rented a 2 bedroom primitive cabin. K01 I believe. The only thing that could have been better is a bigger heater in the cabin. We came the week of November 11 2022 and there was a bad cold front and our cabin was very cold at night even with 2 small heaters. But we will definitely be back

First time in a deluxe cabin. Usually take our camper but had already winterized it when we decided to spend one more weekend at KOA Paris Landing with family. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Staff, Marc, and Starr are great!

The staff was super friendly and made the process easy! We came in after the office closed and they was able to work with us, so we could get into our cabin! Most definitely will be back for another stay!

Ooooh so quiet, beautiful, it was Autumn there and everything was perfect. They had decorated for the Autumn events. The staff was perfect and so friendly, text us to see when we were getting in. Let us know since we would be late that they would leave a light on for us, how neat is that. The deluxe cabin was so darn cute and perfect for hubby and myself. I can not wait to get back there next year

Great Location! Very quiet! Many things for the family to do at the campground. Very friendly and helpful staff/owners. Deluxe Cabin was great! Disc Golf Course was awesome! Will definitely return!

Had a wonderful time with grand daughters. They had a blast. My son and his family ( of 4) came up and enjoyed the Halloween festivities with us also. They had a blast too! Matter of fact they went ahead and rented a cabin for them next year.

As always our stay was amazing. All the staff was amazing. Without a doubt we will be back again and again. This is the BEST campground by far. Staff keeps this place very clean. We love it at Paris Landing Koa

Marc & Starr were awesome! Gave us great tips on where to go locally to eat (we had a blast). Stayed in a small cabin just me & hubby. It was perfect for an overnight passing through from Kentucky to Texas. Loved the campgroinds - l9ts of towering pines & fresh fall air. The cabin had a small desk, mini microwave & fridge, small TV, & power strip. Very basic but perfect for our needs & budget.

More than I expected! Really clean and organized! Lots of activities for everyone ( wasnt expecting that :))I will definately be back....with my 2 grandsons!! Loved it!! The Bible on the table in the deluxe cabin was awesome. You don't see that as much anymore.

What an amazing getaway! We came to the area as a halfway point for our family to camp together. The deluxe cabin was well-stocked, and the bed was so comfortable! SUPER CLEAN! Marc, Starr, and the gang were perfect hosts. So friendly. They tipped us off to some great local attractions, too! We had so much fun, we're already planning a return trip for the fish fry! Thanks!!!!!

Very nice feature having the porch/table connected to cabin. Bunk bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable even with two stacked up. No FOX news on TV.

Mark and Star are the best host that you could ever ask for. Mark just isn't very good at calling Bingo he just wouldn't call my number.Its the best place that you would ever want to go.

Please check slats in queen bed, mattress sank in middle when laid on. Paper towels would be a nice convenience. Cabin was nice and clean.

I have been coming to this Koa since I was a little girl.. when Carol Ray and Virg owned it.. Loved the idea that was activities do everyday.. will be back for Fish Fry weekend

It was a great getaway. My grandkids and my 82 year old mother all had a great time. So many fun activities and it was so clean and the workers and owners were so helpful and great to deal with . We definitely will be coming back

Love this campground! Very clean and well taken care of. Perfect size and perfect amount of things for my four year old to do. He had an absolute blast! We will be back for a long weekend next month!

They went all our for this cabin. It was very clean and includes a/c, tv, microwave, fridge, trashcan, chair, everything you may need except bedding which is standard for these accommodations. There were nice sitting areas on the porch. One of the best stays I have had with KOA. Highly recommend. I wish we could have stayed more than one night.

We were only there for one short night. And we rented one of your rustic cabins. It was absolutely beautiful and the staff were absolutely amazing and helped us with any needs we had. We will definitely be back!

It was amazing. We booked thinking we would have clear weather. First day we did not. But it was perfectly ok. The pool was open, all the kid friendly things were available...well the ones during the week which was perfectly fine. Our children had the time of their lives staying in their first cabin. The site was perfect. Running out of letters available lol. It was totally perfect is the point.

This place is a great place to stay with your kids. there is a store and a wagon that you can ride on this place has great staff they are very hardworking and nice they have so much to offer.they have many campsites and the owners Mr.Peterson and Mrs.Peterson are very nice.there is putt putt golf crystal mining and a pool I HIGHLY recommend going here with your family.

I went for a school field trip here 4/31/24 and it was AMAZING.Ms.Star and her husband,the owners,were so nice I highly recommend going there just bring bug spray.The store is nice and has enjoyable toys or snacks for all! There is a wagon and a car barrel thing that you can ride.It is very clean and peaceful!

I can not say enough good things about this KOA location - the site is beautiful, with fire pits, decks, and tables/chairs at each of the campsites. The renovated cabins are perfect for those without trailers/RVs. It was an amazing place for us to have a mini-family reunion. Our kids had a great time at the playground, there were barrel cart rides, arts + crafts, and a food truck on site, which made it all the more fun! The staff were top notch as well, helping us to make our family gathering a perfect weekend!
