While it was a very clean and peaceful place to stay then only issue was the mosquito infestation due to standing water around the property mainly in the lower dog park area. Loved the cabin and everything else.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are sad to get such a horrible rating. We have had a lot of rain lately and we do our best by spraying as well as the county comes and fogs as well. We hope you will stay with us again when the mosquitos aren't so bad.

It's been at least 1998 since I stayed at this KOA campground. I stayed in the cabin that is near the store and back then there wasn't a lot to do. The cabin my son and I stayed was excellent. The campground is well maintained and all of the staff are very friendly as well as professionals. I'm already planning a late fall stay there with my son. Thank you.

The moment we pulled in we were greeted with a smile. Any issues that came up the staff took care of. The kids had plenty to do. Everyone looked out for each other. My only complaint is it says the cabin has cable but it doesn't anymore but luckily we live just around the corner so I was able to grab a DVD player to aid in going to bed. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be bck

We had a fantastic stay at the campground. We rented a cabin and it was very clean and comfortable. Marc and Starr do a fantastic job with the campground. One of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed at. The restroom/shower are clean and bright.

The folks are friendly which makes the environment pleasant. The park is a peaceful place with the dog and children parks that make a great place.

Had a buddy site. Plenty of room. Not level but workable. Quiet week during the fish fry event. Very good people running this campground.

Absolutely love staying at this KOA! The campground is very well maintained. There are always activities for the kids. One of our favorite places to stay.

It was beautiful!! The cabin was clean and organized!! Staff was very respectful and cordial! We got a text everytime they were fixing to do an activity or event. We will definitely be staying again!!

As soon as we arrived to the property, I knew I wanted to come back in the summer months! We didn't even notice the dog area until we were leaving. We will be back in November and hope to stay here again! Maybe even for an extra day this time. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We had such a great time! Adults, kids, infant and our dog all enjoyed our stay! Staff is so polite and welcoming. One of the owners even stopped by to say hi and see how we were doing. Mr. Mike gave a fun ride with the barrel carts. The grounds are beautiful. This was my 2nd stay and I plan to return again.

It was very clean and peaceful. We were out of propane for the grill and someone came out as soon as we called. We have been renting cabins here for several years and it’s our favorite KOA!

Our heat was not working; One call to the office and they had it fixed within an hour or two while we were sightseeing! Top notch customer service and super friendly people!

We absolutely loved staying at KOA! The cabin was so cute and CLEAN! The owners are so NICE and had so many fun activities for the kids. They had a Hide and seek to find the skeleton pieces that the kids loved, they received a treat once completed. So many activities, putt putt, barrel rides, a nice playground. We really enjoyed our 2 nights. We booked 4 nights in November and can't wait!

We stayed 4 nights in a FHU RV site. This campground is fantastic in every way! We loved visiting with the staff, the entire park is clean and well kept. The pool was beautiful and clean (although we did not swim). There were so many fun activities for kids too! We used the laundry facilities- plenty of new washers and dryers, all sparkling clean. The mosquitoes were bad but they sprayed for them twice during our stay and really tried to make it as comfortable as possible. Our aunt and uncle came for one night to visit and stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was beautiful and also very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

We didnt stay here but we used their pool. Adults $5.50 and kids $3.50 The snacks were good. We tried the nachos, mini salted caramel donuts and pretzel. We will be back again and possibly stay there as well. Everyone was friendly and very clean place. Great with family or by yourself.
