We have been going there for 4 yrs now for a family reunion. Starr is excellent. However the pool needs attention. Water was not as refreshing as it could have been and when you got out your body felt as if there was a heavy film. Also was told could not request specific sites. This is frustrating as we try to either be together or one central location so everyone can gather

The campground is fine. We were there two nights to check out this area of TN. We played disc golf and used the laundry, both were fine. We would have used the pool, but it was small and crowded. There were lots of activities for families, which is nice.

Thank you as always! The owner and staff are always so friendly. There was some bullying going on at the pool. I wanted to say something to someone, but wasn’t sure if would do any good. (Can’t make people act right) I felt so bad. The kids left crying. It was very disheartening that someone could be like that. No reflection on our stay here though. We always enjoy it!

I really enjoyed this camp and the rustic cabin. I felt the rate was very reasonable compared to other camps and the coffee k cups was a nice addition. The bathhouse restroom and shower area was very nice and very clean. AC and ceiling fan worked fine in the room and I enjoyed the peace and quietness of the camp especially after hours. Also liked that I could park right outside my cabin.

We just had the most wonderful weekend celebrating the gift of family! THIS KOA was so impressive; our entire family of 20+ agreed Mark & Star went above and beyond to make this a fabulous memory for our family. From making the reservation, answering numerous questions, Checking In, to Checking Out, they were absolutely the BEST! This KOA offers gorgeous views, beautiful cabins, all the amenities!

I booked a stay with the KOA at a late notice, and it did not disappoint! So close to the water and very secluded. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. We loved they had a dog park and let our fur baby stay. All weekend they had different activities. It was perfect. The shower was very very clean. We will be staying again!

The staff are so friendly and helpful! They make you feel right at home. Cabins and bathrooms are nice and clean! We loved the pool and all stuff to do around it! We highly recommended this place to anyone with kids or without! You'll love the owners! They are great people!

Mark and Starr never meet a stranger and treat everyone as if they are family. This is our 3rd year there and we will continue on going back.

Absolutely the best place to stay! Marc, Star & the entire staff constantly go above and beyond to ensure you feel like family and have the best experience possible! There’s a reason why they were awarded the KOA 2024 Rising Star Award and it shows in everything they do! I can’t recommend staying with them enough!

We always enjoy our stay. We love the kid activities, pool, and playground. The only thing I would change is for the pool to stay open later. The live DJ and pool party was a lot of fun.

Super friendly staff, owners are amazing, very family friendly and safe for kids to roam and not feel like I have to watch over them every second. Will definitely be back!!!

KOA Paris Landing is simply AMAZING!! They always have fun activities for the kids, the staff is super friendly and helpful and facilities are clean. We will choose them EVERY time!!

It’s always 5/5 when we stay. From my two dogs POV, “best dog park ever! It’s twice the size now, with grass! Some shade! Toys! And stick library and benches for my humans! We get lots of pets from friendly campers. Best of all we get to sleep in air conditioned deluxe cabin! Woohoo! Fireworks didn’t even bother us. And dog treats in camp store”

Had an absolutely wonderful 4th of July weekend with the family here!! Everything was clean and well maintained. The owners and staff were all unbelievably friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond when it comes to activities offered throughout the day, as well as, their fireworks show. Can’t wait to stay here again!!!!

It was very nice, my only complaint was the mattress in the cabin we rented was too soft. Otherwise everything was great. We rented a deluxe cabin, it was very clean upon arrival and the owners were so pleasant at check in. We would definitely stay there again and would also refer others to this KOA.

This was our second stay at PL/K KOA and we had a wonderful time again! The campground and facilities are very clean and the pool (which is one of the main reasons we come) is pristine! Co-owner Starr was very nice and accomodating with our daughter and grandkids who came to spend one of the days with us. Having mostly pull-through sites is nice too. We'll be back!!!

We have stayed at lot of KOA's and Paris Landing is, by far, one of the nicest we stayed in. Very clean, awesome staff and all of the camping amenities you could ask for.

We love Star!! I came to purchase hot pads (which they don’t carry) and she found me some to use. #Rockstar���� Side note, on pink chair are said pot holders. Chair is for regifting like hot pads. Thank you Marc and Star!!!

Starr is always as sweet as can be and her husband is awesome if you can ever slow him down long enough from working.. the campground is as clean as you will ever see, service is impeccable, never ever an issue staying here.

We stayed 4 nights in a FHU RV site. This campground is fantastic in every way! We loved visiting with the staff, the entire park is clean and well kept. The pool was beautiful and clean (although we did not swim). There were so many fun activities for kids too! We used the laundry facilities- plenty of new washers and dryers, all sparkling clean. The mosquitoes were bad but they sprayed for them twice during our stay and really tried to make it as comfortable as possible. Our aunt and uncle came for one night to visit and stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was beautiful and also very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

We didnt stay here but we used their pool. Adults $5.50 and kids $3.50 The snacks were good. We tried the nachos, mini salted caramel donuts and pretzel. We will be back again and possibly stay there as well. Everyone was friendly and very clean place. Great with family or by yourself.
