Very disappointed in the Ladies Restroom. Mildew/mold in showers, shower curtain, old wood stalls with chipped paint everywhere; just very old. For the price you pay one would expect the owner completely upgrade that restroom. Staff was great, site was great (very clean) atmosphere was peaceful. I was a bit upset that I didn’t get membership discount for the cabin booked.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The bathrooms are on our upgrade list for the future! The Rewards program rules only allow 1 site per night discount, and you had two. Would've like known about the issues prior to your leaving so we could address. We live/die by reviews and anything negative is a total failure in our eyes.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice shower room/rest room, even has a hair dryer. Very disappointed that they don't allow cats in pet cabins.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We love cats, but sadly if they "mark" inside the cabin, their urine is nearly impossible to remove which would create a huge damage fee and a horrible experience for those coming in next to the same cabin.

They said they cant hold a spot for you but they did. Don't understand why they cant. I will be back as long as I can have a spot held for me, obviously it has to be available when I schedule it. We just have dogs that's alerted to people and other animals so we try to pick a spot to minimize it.

Exceptional stay. The staff set the bar for kindness and being helpful. Loved the layout of the sites with fire ring and patio. Perfect fall setting with leaves, scent of the pine trees and pine wood for camp fires. Dog park, activities and proximity to State Park are pluses. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

The cabin was very comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. So many activities for the family are available. Beautiful setting! We have already reserved the cabin again for next spring.

Great October stay. Plenty of room for our 43 ft 5th wheel, truck and car. Nice patio (deck) with table and chairs. Very friendly, helpful staff. We'll be back!

This portion of our stay was at TP1. We had a great time and staff was great and allowed us to upgrade half way through to a cabin. Tent site was close to the bathrooms and store. The only issue with this site was the lights. There is 3 street lights the shine on this area. Would suggest a timer on the light in front of the store. We enjoyed our time and love the staff!

We upgraded from the tent pavillion to a cabin for this portion of our stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only issue I had with the cabin is the mattress was a little to firm for my liking. My kids enjoyed the activities available this time of year. Definitely will go again!

Stayed a week not was a last minute decision and could not be happier. Area is so beautiful and so much to do. Starr and staff were great and had plenty of events to entertain. Will definitely be back!

We stayed 4 nights in a FHU RV site. This campground is fantastic in every way! We loved visiting with the staff, the entire park is clean and well kept. The pool was beautiful and clean (although we did not swim). There were so many fun activities for kids too! We used the laundry facilities- plenty of new washers and dryers, all sparkling clean. The mosquitoes were bad but they sprayed for them twice during our stay and really tried to make it as comfortable as possible. Our aunt and uncle came for one night to visit and stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was beautiful and also very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

We didnt stay here but we used their pool. Adults $5.50 and kids $3.50 The snacks were good. We tried the nachos, mini salted caramel donuts and pretzel. We will be back again and possibly stay there as well. Everyone was friendly and very clean place. Great with family or by yourself.
