Totally enjoyed this KOA. Park is well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the nights with a fire watching the lake fountain. Very close to all recreation and shopping needs. Kudos to the staff that were amazing during our stay.

PCB KOA is very nice & clean. It has nice concrete pads that are spacious also has a very nice bath house with a laundry room. The owners & staff are super nice, friendly, & helpful. Will definitely be back.

Staff/owners are very friendly. The sites are spacious on concrete pads, neat and clean, water pressure is excellent - regulator suggested. It is close to the beach. It has easy access.

Was the best Koa that we ever stayed in and we are full.time rv from the the front desk to the manager all very nice people and if you need any help they are right there .

Beau camping très propre et tranquille, à 10 minutes de la plage, le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Juste vous assurer de l'horaire des sprinklers pour mettre vos choses à l'abri. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce camping, et il est très abordable pour la qualité du camping.

We had a wonderful visit! We stayed 8 nights for the Feast of Tabernacles. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even texting us when the wind got bad and they were concerned about our gazebo tent. They were kind and helpful and kept the campground sparkling clean! This was our first time to stay at a KOA and the Panama City location is pristine! I would definitely stay with KOA again

Stayed 7 nights, staff was great and very nice neat campground but lacks patios on the pull thru sights which was very disappointing. When KOA advertises as a KOA Holiday I would have thought the pull thrus came with a patio

We were visiting friends in PCB and welcomed a another choice on where to park our 40 foot motorhome. The park is well laid out, has easy access to sites and each site has some breathing room. The pool and playground are new and look great. Their bathhouse with laundry is well done and clean. We were at the back of the park, away from the highway so had no trouble with road noise.s

Very nice new park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The sites are all paved, level and roomy. The RVs are not sandwiched in too close to each other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Panama City Beach KOA Holiday. It is a wonderful campground. The folks that work there were so helpful and kind. We stayed during a hurricane evacuation from southern Florida. But- we will be going back as soon as we can. Thanks for a great week in Panama City Beach!

We had a fantastic experience during our week-long stay. Making our reservations was easy and Bill & Pam and everyone on staff made sure we felt right at home. They were all very warm and welcoming! The cabin was a wonderful respite for our weary bodies to relax & rejuvenate in such a beautiful atmosphere. We loved the outdoor patio and fire pit area and the view of the lake fountain! A+

We enjoyed our stay at this park. It was clean and the staff was really friendly. It is centrally located to a number of great things to see and do. The only cons are that there are no shade trees (wide open to the sun), it is on 98 (you hear traffic all day and night - worst if you stay on the roadside of the park), and because it is on 98 it is darn hard to get in and out of the park.

We stayed here while evacuating from the Tampa Bay area during Hurricane Milton. Very friendly staff, very clean with nice large, pull through, full hookup pads. Free pancake breakfast was a nice touch. Small dog run, but sufficient. The only con is that it can be a little loud with road noise depending on what pad you're on, but overall this is a very nice KOA.

The sites were excellent concrete pads with full hook-ups which I appreciate. Very clean facilities. The swimming pool was great and my kiddo enjoyed the playground as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure we were well taken care of. Be aware they have very good water pressure so make sure you have a pressure regulator on your water line. See you again PCB KOA!

Absolute incredible help during hurricane Milton! We needed a place to stay during the hurricaneand they were so incredibly helpful. Our power was out, they were OK with us doing day today until our power came on. The place is immaculate, brand new and we've stayed at many KOA campgrounds before. This was absolutely spotless and incredible! Can't wait to return, wonderful, kind people!

Spent 2 weeks in town, very beautiful and well managed park. Traffic was our only complaint. A traffic light would be helpful for getting in and out of the park.

Very nice and clean and the staff is great. It’s brand new. The only reason it doesn’t get absolute top ratings is the traffic noise.

The facility was immaculate! Clean bath houses, all concrete, level, full hookup sites. Friendly and efficient staff. Super fast wi-fi, awesome pool. Would like less road noise and more trees for shade. Other than that, it's perfect!

Pam and her husband were wonderful along with their team, very friendly. Site 10 is the one of the best locations because the bathroom/laundry/pet facilities are right across from it. The pool/playground was great for the kids. We would definitely come back again in the future. The site is close to area attractions/beach. We would definitely come back again.

It was just an overnight stop, but the place is absolutely beautiful. Clean, well-maintained, concrete pads; everything we could possibly want. Much better than the other campgrounds we have stayed at as we travel the country. Thank you!

We stayed due to evacuation from Hurricane Milton. The campground was very clean, but the biggest reason for my 5 star rating is the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. Also, they had free pancake breakfasts to help out the evacuees, and they put a hold on our site in case we needed to stay beyond our check-out date due to the storm. This is the definition of above and beyond!

The park is beautiful, very well maintained. The staff is great and exceedingly helpful - even sharing a few “puppy pads” when my elderly dog ran through our supply during our hurricane evacuation trip! My only complaint was the quality of the internet connection - had to try to watch The Weather Channel over LTE on my phone due to significant buffering. :( Expected better at this price po

My complaints: $100 pet fee in a hurricane. I didn't even use your poop bags because I brought my own. My dog made no messes. Not nice! No cable TV. Shocked! Pam very helpful and kind.

Three of us traveling together in 45' coaches stayed here and had more than enough room and the staff was amazing and super helpful. Defiantly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time at this KOA. The staff is amazing and you can tell they really care about providing exceptional service!!! All campsites have a concrete pad, are very spacious and the grounds are exceptionally maintained!! The bathhouse is extremely clean, well maintained and has great water pressure with lots of hot water!! This is one of the best KOAs properties we have been to.
