Beautiful new KOA. All cement pads and paved roads. Loads of green grass. Streaming tv and internet was fantastic

Very nice campground. We stayed next to the highway and didn’t have a problem with the road noise—just a few very loud motorcycles in our week’s stay. Beautiful, colorful fountain in the middle of the lake in the campground added serenity and ambience to our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

This KOA did not meet expectations as it right next to a busy road and not next to any body of water. The bathrooms were very clean and there were plenty of them. Just disappointed about the location. There are only a few trees so it has to be extremely hot in the Florida sun. Check in was easy and efficient.

Very nice campground. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are great. Couldn't find anything wrong with this visit. Great place to camp. Near most attractions in Panama Beach. Enjoy very much.

Beautiful campground and very clean. Staff is helpful and thoughtful. Very new facility , and also only around 1.5 miles to the white sandy beaches of Panama City.

Excellent new KOA, very clean, pleasant people, but location next to main hwy made for poor sleeping conditions due traffic noise.

Grounds are immaculate. Facilities very clean. Some road noise (to be expected). Friendly staff.

Great place but dangerous turn in cause the sign is behind trees. very dark at night and constant traffic noise. other than that people are friendly, facilities are beautiful

Weekend stay, was local camping for us to get RV ready for longer trips coming up. Great stay and place.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The campground has spacious lots and concrete pads with picnic tables. It's a great campground and a great location.

Great people run the place, which makes a huge difference. They are actively improving the property, with changes planned that I'll look forward to checking out next time we make our way through the area. This is one of our top five in the country so far.

We had a wonderful stay. Our site was so nice. The office staff was great. The restrooms were so clean and well kept. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely want to stay here again. A great campground.

Big, clean sites, friendly staff and immaculate grounds. The showers and laundry were very clean, the water pressure was very good and hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The park is close to local attractions and stores and although the park is along a major road, things were quiet after about 9:30 PM. We were able to get a good night's sleep and plan to stop here again soon.

This KOA has Excellent bathrooms, the sites are very clean and manicured. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only negative I would say is no parking around the bathroom. My wife broke her wrist two weeks before our trip and the very spacious bathroom was a blessing for her needs but we were far enough away, she didn’t want to walk. We would visit this KOA again. Minus the broken wrist tho.

The sewer connection on spot 31 is below the concrete line and I was unable to secure my sewer connection. This is the only issue I had. Great camping spots and staff is amazing. We will be back!

Cleanest and tidiest park I have ever stayed in and a great central location. Managers Paresh and Lucy were awesome. We will definitely be back.

Lovely campground, looks brand new. Check-in was easy and we were escorted to our site. The site was level and set-up was easy. There was a bit of road noise from the busy highway but that quietened down as the evening progressed. We didn't use the restrooms or shower facilities.

It was very nice and cozy. We stayed in cabin 2, my husband and I, along with two 14 yr olds. Nice 3 day getaway for the coins. Wasn't too pricey.

Nice park way too close to a highway. It was a little difficult getting in and out. I guess my challenge was. We were asking to stay for a couple hours. Pass, check out in $15. Was a little expensive for such an empty park.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Including the front desk, to the maintenance guys. Entire park was very clean. The front desk was very accommodating to us moving to a site that we preferred. We had a great experience and will highly recommend. 5 stars

Totally enjoyed this KOA. Park is well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the nights with a fire watching the lake fountain. Very close to all recreation and shopping needs. Kudos to the staff that were amazing during our stay.

Great place! We loved our stay. The office was so nice and helpful. Our campsite was by the lake. Sites are spacious and the bathhouse was one of the best we have seen. Laundry area was very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we are in this area again.
