The campground is lovely. I couldn't rate it higher because of the road noise on Rt. 98, and we were at the back of the campground! There is also only one bathhouse and it was at the other end of the campground.

Very friendly workers and extremely nice and clean than most I stayed at out of all the places I have stayed this one is the best The only problem I have noticed was the traffic entering and exiting the campground but get over that you have a really good place

Beautiful resort and camp hosts are fantastic!!!! The only downside is a solid fence needs to be put up along the roadside, there is so much constant traffic it is very loud.

The park sites were level. The park was very well maintained and clean. The bathrooms were amazing and if I could give those a six I would. The only negative I have and I will not deduct anything from it is the lack of trees. But I'm guessing hurricane probably did something to do with that. And the noise from the roadway and I will not take anything away from that. Leave your air conditioner on

So easy to do business with!! We had to make a slight change to our reservation dates.. 2 e-mails and about 12h and it all settle! then, late arrival : clear communication by text message and the infos were right were they were suppose to be! Friendly staff. Owner / operator on site! Nice sites, wide and long enough for our 38' class A with sideouts on both sides. Will come back!!

Bill and his wife run a very professional and clean KOA. We had a wonderful time for the two days that we were there. Bill made a great breakfast of pancakes for Easter Sunday breakfast. I was informed that the state of Florida is using imminent domain to take their KOA and property away from them after only being open for a year. This is a crying shame and a travesty that the state would do this.

This is our new favorite KOA! Bill and Pam welcomed us like family. They were so very friendly and helpful. Bill gave us a map and directed us to a less busy beach and of course, Walmart. This is by far the cleanest, best maintained and beautiful campground we've ever stayed at. We travel to Odessa 2X a year. This will become our new route home just to visit PC KOA and the wonderful staff again!

New, clean park in central location near beach. Nice owner and wider sites for a KOA. All cement pads and grassy areas.

Absolutely pristine!! Staff, owner, grounds, buildings, pool and sites were way beyond my expectations! I’ve never seen a more manicured lawn! The bath house was immaculate! The lighted lake fountain was beautiful and relaxing to listen to at night! The sites were extremely spacious and you are far from your neighbors. This place was beautiful in every way! Very centrally located as well.

The location is convenient and easy to get too. The campground is new and very well laid out. Spacious sites. The owners and staff are very friendly and outgoing! Although it was still spring break making it a little tougher to get to the beach, parking etc… there were still a lot of things to do nearby.

Great new park. Fantastic hosts. Hopefully cable will be installed because there are very few over the air stations. A new park - vegetarian is still sparse. Bathrooms are awesome. Couldn’t be happier with my stay.

That was the nicest KOA I ever stayed at the grounds were spotless and the people that ran the place were absolutely wonderful very friendly very helpful I definitely would stay there again and would recommend it highly

We have stayed at many KOAs and this ranks at the top! Friendly hosts, great sites and amenities. We were looking forward to making more memories here and are saddened to hear it is closing. Thank you for the memories we did make!

The camp is well placed in Panama City Beach but getting in and out was challenging. Traffic was pretty bad - even for the TOAD. The park was really clean and the staff was wonderful. We loved the concrete pads but ours was a bit unlevel and just barely wide enough to park our Class A. Overall, the best choice for staying at Panama City Beach.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Panama City Beach KOA. Very peaceful, relaxing, & a great family-oriented environment. The campground is very clean & well kept. Beautiful layout of the grounds. The entire staff are very friendly & super helpful. Our long weekend came & went too quickly. It's such a great place!

Very clean campground. Roads are paved and sites are concrete pads. Sewer and water access is also on concrete pad.

Our stay at this beautiful campground was awesome. We had some car trouble on our way through town and was so happy to see a KOA Campground in the Panama City Beach area. The staff was very accommodating and wonderful to work with as our stay got extended because of delays with parts. One of the owners even gave us a ride to pick up the car! The staff definitely goes above and beyond for guest!

We were so pleased to stay at the PCB KOA!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating as we arrived a little early and they were happy to let us park. The park is top notch!!! Big Rig friendly! The design is well thought out. Super clean. Excellent place to stay in the Panama City Beach area.

The park was clean and beautiful. Great WiFi ! We stayed for 12 days and when asked if we could be closer to the office because I could not walk far (complete back fusion a year ago) they said no due to full park. Park was never full the whole two weeks. Major road noise! Could use more washers and dryers.

Host/owner Malanda was super nice. The whole place was spotless. Prices were reasonable. Plan to come back again. The only possible negative is not really a negative at all- the water pressure was a little higher than normal, but we used a pressure regulator that made everything just fine.

Very nice KOA! Bathrooms were exceptionally nice! Great location. It was on a busy road but close to everything and with ac on could not hear the road noise. Would return for sure.

My wife and I and 4 couples stayed here for a weekend. We rented 3 camper sites and a cabin. From the time we checked in to checked out everyone we came in contact with that worked there were super nice and helpful. The grounds are taken care of and neat, the accommodations were perfect. Good water pressure, power, bathroom facilities were all new and working perfectly. We will definitely be going back!
