Love this campground so much. All the workers were so nice and helpful. This is undoubtedly the nicest, best campground we have been to. I am so sorry to hear the city is taking the land and closing this campground. This needs to be fought! I would love to come back here for many more years. Thank you PCB KOA for everything!

This is our second stay at this KOA. It is kept up very well even when it is raining. The Management is so hospitable to every one. I will definitely be returning.

Sites level, pads great, grass nicely kept. Bathrooms very nice. Sad it closes in July. One big problem. Hose clamps keeping water spigot supply pipe stationary are placed so that the razor sharp ends face where a person attaches the hose. My hand got cut doing so. Even worse, when I told the desk girl about it she should have immediately given me a discount. She didn’t. Bad business!

Very grateful to have KOA in Panama City Beach! We were able to book a luxury site for the weekend last minute! The hosts were excellent and very friendly! In true KOA fashion, any amenity you desire is pretty much offered here with it being a brand new facility! We got to enjoy the new pool that just opened up as well! Perfect location to almost anything! We will be back for sure!!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 3 night stay here at the Panama City Beach KOA in our Class A motorhome! Park was very clean and it was obvious that some thought and planning went into its design before it was recently built. The host couple were very nice and friendly and had the weather been warmer and dryer I'm sure that we would have enjoyed a dip in the beautiful pool here too. :-)

Clean, new, easy access. My only issue was that the camp was fairly empty and we were put all the way at the end so I had to drive to the bathrooms even though there were plenty of sites available and closer.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Park and facilities were well kept and clean. Pull through sites would be better if a patio was added. The slab was only wide enough for the rig. Steps landed on the grass. Back in sites have good patios.

Beautiful campground, awesome staff, very clean and Convenient to PCB!! We have stayed here for the last 2 years and love it!! So sad that the state is taking over the property to widen the roads, we will definately miss it!!��

Sadly discovered our favorite KOA was taken by eminent domain. We will not get an opportunity to return again next year as we originally planned. Sad that Panama City Beach says they want more family oriented activities and then takes over a family campground instead of local vacant land.

Very beautiful campground all the sites are concrete. All the roads are paved. It’s just absolutely gorgeous. The staff there and the owners were fantastic. We loved it and would stay again.

I have stayed in countless rv parks in the last 35 years. This park is the best, well manicured, cleanest park I’ve ever stayed in. Congratulations to those all involved. The office staff was very helpful as well!

This is a Great location with large and level parking spots. We had excellent interactions with owner and their support team members. Check in was very easy and quick. They pick up trash RV curb-side and we felt this was a nice convenience. The pull - thru spots are long but if you are pulling a long trailer and don't want to disconnect, extra connections be needed to reach the power and sewer.

We went during bike week! This KOA is amazing! Clean! The staff is professional! What is sad is the state taking their land in July!!! I wish the owners our best! I have stayed at a few KOA across the country and this one has been the best!!!

Top Notch! KOA Panama City is a hidden gem! The park is conveniently located and beautifully maintained. The staff here is truly the best we’ve encountered—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made our stay feel personal and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

We were there for Thunder Beach and it was our first time with the RV. In the past we have always rented a condo, but this time it was easier and more relaxing to have the RV and the location is great. The park is extremely clean and quiet, the staff is very receptive and responsive. Great pancake breakfast. We will be back.

What a well kept campground! Level concrete sites. In the center is a small pond with a fountain. Laundry facility was clean and the bathrooms were clean and nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We wanted a fire pit and they brought it to our site. Propane and firewood on site. Definitely would go back.

The KOA in Panama City Beach is beautiful and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We were able to take a quick Uber ride to a fun restaurant in the area as we were staying for just one night. If we are on another road trip passing through that area, we will definitely stay there again.

It’s a nice campground but I wish it had been closer to amenities, without using a car. A bit more shade would be nice.

This was our first KOA ever! This place set the bar SO HIGH for any other we would stay at! Everything and everyone was TOP NOTCH! We met co-owner Malinda, Pam & Bill and loving dog Cooper, Lucy & Parrish and Megan. All so kind and helpful to us RV newbies! The bathhouse and laundry rooms were always spotless and the freshest smelling. Using a code assigned to each camper, gave you a very strong sense of security when using. The water fountain lite up nightly as did the bath/laundry house enhancing its beauty. Camper neighbors there were the best! Thank you PCB KOA Holiday for making our stay exceptional!! We will definitely return * * * * * * * * * *

Great, GREAT KOA. But, they are closing in Juky due to imminent domain. Government stealing the land of this 1 year old campground. Sad. Another reason to not trust the government.
