The developer spared no expense in building this new KOA. Spacious campsites, paved roads, level concrete pads, concrete utility pads. Very nice laundry and restroom building. Very upscale KOA cottages. Great ship’s store. Fully sodded level natural areas. Reasonable prices make this your go to spot in PC.

Overnight stay on route west. Very friendly caring staff. Big concrete slab sites seems like brand new camp. One minus that it’s right adjustment to the 98 highway, so book a site at the end of the camp by the trees. There’s still no vegetation except of the grass. Close to gorgeous white sand beaches of the gulf. Definitely a great area to visit in busier seasons

The staff is amazing and super accommodating. For a family of 4 and 2 animals staying in the cabin, it can be extra cozy if you are not aware of the size of the cabin, but it is very clean, safe, and family/dog friendly. If we had a camper this would be the prime spot for us but would highly recommend to friends looking for a clean and safe place to stay and something different from a hotel.

This is a beautiful new park, definitely an upgrade for Panama City. It is modern, roomy and conveniently located. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We’ll be back to this park for sure

From the moment we made our reservation to the moment we left, we experienced a team who genuinely cared for their guests and their experience. We enjoyed the first campfire and pancake breakfast too meeting other travelers and staff. This is one of our favorite places and we have stayed at over forty KOA campgrounds and they are just getting started! We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!

I give 4 stars only because of the noise. We stayed in the economy sites and we are familiar with the PCB area we knew it would be louder backed up to PCB Blvd. But thoughts on building a noise blocking wall would help on that side possibly as their isn't really a view anyhow. However all staff was absolutely wonderful, clean, and laundry worked great. WiFi exceptional for work.

I would give at 5 but trying to wash your close is the worst and cost over 30 dollars for 1 load ,you have to download an app and swipe your card and input what you need and there is no control of how much they charge .DO NOT WASH YOUR CLOSE THERE

Staff was very friendly. Campground was clean and well taken care of. Only think is i wish sites had fire pits and you didn't have to rent them.

Beautiful place to stay. Super clean, lawns mowed, beautiful ponds with colored lights at night. Well lit for dog walking. Super friendly staff If the weather we’re better for Sage and me this would be a perfect spot to stay long term Comeon global warming!! During my stay, it started with a welcoming greeting from office staff. It was followed up by Parrish (staff) and a young g gentleman who name escapes me. He recommended a few good place to eat. Upon departure we were greeted and introduced to the manager. Had a good conversation with him and explained our stay was great. 1 thing to possibly consider is some kind of entertainment. First off, this location is the cleanest and best kept KOA we have ever stayed at. Excellent KOA. Second, Parish and Lucy were outstanding! Exceptional customer service and they really cared about our needs. Those are two wonderful people you have working there.

We had a fantastic time at this KOA. The staff is amazing and you can tell they really care about providing exceptional service!!! All campsites have a concrete pad, are very spacious and the grounds are exceptionally maintained!! The bathhouse is extremely clean, well maintained and has great water pressure with lots of hot water!! This is one of the best KOAs properties we have been to.
