Beautiful place to stay. Super clean, lawns mowed, beautiful ponds with colored lights at night. Well lit for dog walking. Super friendly staff If the weather we’re better for Sage and me this would be a perfect spot to stay long term Comeon global warming!! I have already been telling other campers to stop there If only they were hiring�

During my stay, it started with a welcoming greeting from office staff. It was followed up by Parrish (staff) and a young g gentleman who name escapes me. He recommended a few good place to eat. Upon departure we were greeted and introduced to the manager. Had a good conversation with him and explained our stay was great. 1 thing to possibly consider is some kind of entertainment. First off, this location is the cleanest and best kept KOA we have ever stayed at. Excellent KOA. Second, Parish and Lucy were outstanding! Exceptional customer service and they really cared about our needs. Those are two wonderful people you have working there.

Very nice campground. We stayed next to the highway and didn’t have a problem with the road noise—just a few very loud motorcycles in our week’s stay. Beautiful, colorful fountain in the middle of the lake in the campground added serenity and ambience to our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

This KOA did not meet expectations as it right next to a busy road and not next to any body of water. The bathrooms were very clean and there were plenty of them. Just disappointed about the location. There are only a few trees so it has to be extremely hot in the Florida sun. Check in was easy and efficient.

Very nice campground. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are great. Couldn't find anything wrong with this visit. Great place to camp. Near most attractions in Panama Beach. Enjoy very much.

Great place but dangerous turn in cause the sign is behind trees. very dark at night and constant traffic noise. other than that people are friendly, facilities are beautiful

Big, clean sites, friendly staff and immaculate grounds. The showers and laundry were very clean, the water pressure was very good and hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The park is close to local attractions and stores and although the park is along a major road, things were quiet after about 9:30 PM. We were able to get a good night's sleep and plan to stop here again soon.

This KOA has Excellent bathrooms, the sites are very clean and manicured. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only negative I would say is no parking around the bathroom. My wife broke her wrist two weeks before our trip and the very spacious bathroom was a blessing for her needs but we were far enough away, she didn’t want to walk. We would visit this KOA again. Minus the broken wrist tho.

The sewer connection on spot 31 is below the concrete line and I was unable to secure my sewer connection. This is the only issue I had. Great camping spots and staff is amazing. We will be back!
