We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the park , very clean pool and we had one of our personal Favorite spots #46. It is so nice and we can see the sunset from this spot. We appreciate how welcoming the family is when we are at Oscoda KOA.

Really great campsite. Mike, and all the camp workers, are very friendly and were willing to do whatever it takes to make our camping experience fantastic. We surely will return. We have a large Class A motorhome (45 foot plus a Jeep Gladiator in tow) and had no issue entering or leaving the park - we drove very slow and had no problem. We met several fellow campers and had a great time.

We had a great campsite so close to town and to the beach. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was very family and dog friendly.

After having an unpleasant experience at a competitor campground, we ended up staying at the Oscoda KOA for a long weekend during the AuSable Race Marathon weekend. Wow! We were impressed! The sites were large with mature trees, private, and very very clean. We appreciated the raked fire pit area and the escort to our site. Everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly!

Koa always a pleasure to stay in. Its very clean,and staff Very, very helpful. I have never have anything bad to say. Like the fact the beach is not far. Recommend staying here for sure.

I didn’t want to leave my son is autistic and loves the playground him and his sister wants to know when we can come back. We loved our stay.

Staff was wonderful, the only downside was our campsite occasionally smelled like sewage, but other than that everything else was fine.

Our family was in from Texas and wanted to go camping. We chose KOA Oscoda and were very happy campers. The playground was fun, the pool was sparkling clean along with the bath house. The only thing that was a bit annoying and not the fault of KOA was the train at 2:00 in the morning. We will be returning despite the train.

This is our favorite campground! Our 6 year old boy loves all the things for kids to do, especially the crystal mining, pool, and fire truck. We plan on coming back at least one more time this summer, and definitely next summer. The staff is so wonderful and even remembered us from last year’s stay. We absolutely love it here!

Nice campground.we had a very pleasant stay,well shaded with large trees. Species campsite w/ very nice restrooms, pool. Great kids activities and evening ride on the old fire truck �

Great campground! Super internet service. Loved our patio. PLENTY of things for kids to do including a wonderful nighttime bike parade. The Eller’s personally checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They could be seen driving golf carts throughout the day to make sure everything in the park was in order. Loved the park, loved the Eller’s.

Nice quaint campground. The staff was very friendly and available. The only thing we didn’t like was the train being loud in the middle of the night, but can’t change that. We will definitely be coming back though.

I really enjoyed staying here. Campground was neat and clean, no bugs, very clean bathrooms. We stayed here once before, it was 9 years ago and we enjoyed it then.

It was great! Only a few things stood out as needing some upkeep. There are a ton of ants and mosquitoes on each site. Regular maintenance would prevent that. The dog park had droppings all over which is probably because the bag holders are empty. The staff were so nice and attentive but fell short with a few details. Nothing that will prevent us from coming back. I’ve already rebooked.

Everything was wonderful. All staff is very helpful and kind. The park was clean. And trees are groomed. Cute stuff for sale in the store. Yes the train gos through nightly, but they warn you about it. And its really not that bad. The pool is clean. Good area,close to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

It was a wonderful experience to stay there. We absolutely loved the firetruck ride they were giving families and the kids bike parade! Was so fun to watch the kids faces lite up! The place is exceptionally clean , staff is very friendly. The ONLY thing that was a “little” annoying is that there was no poo bags anywhere on the grounds for dog poo. We forgot ours or it wouldn’t of mattered.

Awesome secluded campground, but still close to town, with incredible wifi and top notch staff. We live a couple towns over, but had never been to this KOA since its so close. We decided to check it out-- and WOWWWWW. Proud to say our area's KOA is one of the best! Also so appreciative for their graciousness to our visitors. I did not anticipate having ~6 guests stop by that day, but the staff was so welcoming. Thank you!

I stayed at the Oscoda KOA just for one night, as I was on my way home, and I needed to find a spot where I could make it home the next day. The tent sites are laid out a little weird, but the service was great; I arrived "after hours," and as soon as I'd collected my night registration materials and found my tent site, I had firewood delivered, and was asked if everything was good! I wasn't expecting "after hours" check in, and I appreciated it. The restrooms and showers were clean and the store was inviting and had a good selection of souvenirs and "I forgot this"/"I need to replace this" items. This is definitely a place I'd stay again. PS. I understand there are train tracks next to the campground, but I'm also used to that because 1) most campgrounds I've stayed at over the past 15 years are close/next to train tracks, so that doesn't factor into my rating, and 2) I'm literally deaf in one ear, and often sleep in such a way that my hearing ear is blocked... so I don't even notice the noise.
