Nice looking park, friendly staff. Very helpful in setting up and assisting in the return of lost items. Negatives are lack of grass, and lights to help light the meandering roads through the park. Big negative is the late night trains rumbling 30-40 feet from our campsite at just before 11 pm.

I’ve stayed a few times and the campground is always well maintained and the staff friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our campsite and they helped guide us to park even. It was quiet enough to sleep and the kids stayed entertained.

The campground was quiet and secluded from the city, we definitely enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The grounds were well kept, and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely peaceful and quiet. Really enjoy the train when it comes rolling by right next to the campground. The staff is friendly and quick to respond why anything you might need. The KOA team maintain their facilities cleanliness. We’ve already made our reservation for next year.

Great campground in a very convenient spot. Hookups are where you would want them to be and internet is lightning fast - though at the time of year that we visited (fall) there were not a lot of campers there.

Quiet and peaceful with a lot of trees and some have more space in between than others.Site 122 is great except it’svery close to site next door. All employees were very pleasant! Train comes through twice on weeknights and blows its horn. Didn’t bother us. We were surprised bathhouse near us was locked especially on customer appreciation weekend. Other bathrooms were clean and has a nice stor

We just love it here! The park is beautiful and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. We love the large site and the beautiful trees surrounding our area. So much to do around the area and places to visit. We will be back next year for sure.

For the past 5 years we have been camping at Oscoda KOA because it is by far our favorite camping spot in Michigan. Our grandchildren always play wiffel ball and draw a crowd, the last time we camped they said I need to find you a wiffel ball field. Well we arrived on Friday and sure enough there was a spot cleared out with bases and 2 benches. Simply awesome! KOA Oscoda is the best!!

The drive up M-13 was a great way to start our mini vacation. The staff was very accommodating with our late arrival and helped us park our rig in the dark. The park was very clean, the restrooms were clean and well kept and every staff member we ran into was amazing! Definitely coming back up here again.

Great Campground! Staff was wonderful, campground clean and taken care of. Lots of mature trees, shade everywhere. Very Clean laundry room and shower rooms. Grocery stores and Dollar General in town. Lake and beaches just a short bike ride away. Will stay again if in the area.

Campground was clean and maintained. Bathrooms were not the most modern or very large. The location was more remote from the towns than expected. We were also surprised by the train the rolled through late night on our second night. All our research indicated that train lines were no longer operating.

It would have been nice to have been warned about the train before we booked rather than at check-in. We did not enjoy getting woken up twice a night to a blaring train engine. However, that was the worst thing about it. The train only comes through during the weeknights. Everything else was just fine.

Very nice campground. Love the spacious sites and all the trees. Bathrooms up front were very nice and clean. The showers were roomy too. Just need paper towel dispensers. The front office and store were very modern looking and had lots of great stuff available to purchase.

Oscoda is a beautiful area where you can enjoy the beach and outdoors. The campground has so much to offer as well for our grandkids. We loved it and will return next year. Thank you.

We loved our five day four night stay and a rustic cabin. We chose the two room cabin and it was cozy, warm, and dry. When we arrived, they were waiting on us and so friendly. Dale took us to our spot and let us settle in. They deliver firewood and ice to your campsite. The pool was clean and heated. So even though it was a little cool outside, my daughter still enjoyed swimming. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had hot water. The only disappointment was the game room because you had to pay for the games. They had pool, air, hockey, and some arcade style video games. My favorite part of the campground was how quiet it was. I could sit on the porch swing in the morning with my coffee and just listen to nature. And additional bonus was there is a train that goes by twice at night. We were lucky to be able to watch it pass on the last night and wave to the conductor. We enjoyed going into Ocsoda and Tawas For shopping and dining. I would definitely come back here again. It was a wonderful experience.

Great people, very helpful. They come around and pick up your garbage and will deliver firewood. There is a train that goes by every night that is pretty loud and close but is gone quickly.

We LOVED our stay at the campground. We stayed in a deluxe cabin that was very clean and cozy. Our 3 year old was super excited to sleep on the bunk bed. There was lots for him to do. The staff was all friendly and caring. We had some potential nasty weather coming, the owners made sure everyone knew it was coming and was prepared. The camp store had lots of goodies, which I could have dropped a lot of money there. Thanks for a great stay!
