Beautiful area, friendly, and really helpful staff. Nearby amenities to go see. clean showers and toilets. I highly recommend staying here.

Just a relaxing quiet time at camp to escape the weekly grind. No real objectives planned, other than to take advantage of KOA's free night offer. We enjoyed a couple dinners in town (Oscoda & Tawas), did some reading and streamed a couple movies. We prefer the cooler off season, avoiding the typical crowds and hot temperatures. Loved the strong cell signal, clean restrooms, and NO mosquitoes!

Other than the sight being not level due to a recent dump of crushed stone not graded properly it was a good campground.

Mike and Robin and their staff are awesome very polite and accommodating and the campground maintenance is kept very well. We camped there once every year and look forward to coming back next year 2024

We wish the pool would stay open after Labor Day as well as the bike rental because our anniversary was during our stay and we could not get in the pool due to it being packed when it was open. Since our climate has changed and it is warmer, I think there should be an exception. We left early because of it.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. The campgrounds were clean and the staff was fantastic!

We come every year at Labor Day weekend with our whole family , usually about 6 - 8 campers. We do a Cornhole tournament , in honor of my late husband. We always have so much fun!!! So much for everyone to do!!! My grandaughter especially likes the camp store!! Thanks for keeping the campground so clean and fun!

We come to this campground yearly and we have always enjoy our interaction with the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Camp is nice and clean. Sites are all very level. Pool is nice and clean. Many things for the young kids to do - the arcade, the bounce pillow, corn hole, ladder golf and much more. Great place to camp.

Love this park!! Everyone is so helpful. The park is always so clean and kept up and very quiet and relaxing. We love the train that goes by everynight. We always enjoy our time there

This park is always a good time. They have made so many improvements in the last few years. Staff is excellent, park is very clean. It is very obvious that the owners really care about their campground and give their 100%+. We've been going here for at least 20 years, every time we go there are new improvements to the campground.

All staff that we worked with were so kind and welcoming! They even went out of their way to help us solve a dog allergy late one night. Grounds were super clean and spots had nice mature trees.

We had a positive experience and will definitely stay here again! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. This was our first time camping with our new to us camper. We were struggling with set up and I was in tears. I flagged down a KOA staff member. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name who came to our rescue (site 52). He was so patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you!

Lots for kids to do. The arcade was kind of a bummer because almost all the machines were jammed with quarters, out of order or would eat quarters and not do anything. Park was clean, VERY well organized from check in to check out. It was quiet without a lot of barking dogs considering the amount of pets there. Very, very nice people working in the park also! Will definitely be back.

We loved the location. It got pretty crowded on Labor Day weekend but that is expected. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Laundry and restrooms were sparkling clean and well maintained.

We really like this campground! Clean, wonderful staff, and even though it's just my husband and I, we can see how much fun families with kids can have here. Lots of things to do for kids! Have stayed here 2yrs. now and they really enforce quiet hours, which we LOVE! Beautiful area in Oscoda and Tawas City is nearby. Wonderful beaches and lighthouse! Will come back again. Keep up the good work!

Nice place but the $25 charge to "pick your site" will be a deal breaker in the future.

This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at. The staff are very kind and friendly. Grounds are kept up beautifully. We come every year for the Blues Festival but are going to come more often. Highly recommend this KOA. Lots of activities for kids to do too!

The staff is awesome. Very friendly and supportive. You will see them out continually maintaining and cleaning the camp ground and sites. We go there every year and always have a good time and enjoy our stay.

Sites were level, campground and bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed on a buddy site. It was perfect. I would stay here again.

We loved our five day four night stay and a rustic cabin. We chose the two room cabin and it was cozy, warm, and dry. When we arrived, they were waiting on us and so friendly. Dale took us to our spot and let us settle in. They deliver firewood and ice to your campsite. The pool was clean and heated. So even though it was a little cool outside, my daughter still enjoyed swimming. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had hot water. The only disappointment was the game room because you had to pay for the games. They had pool, air, hockey, and some arcade style video games. My favorite part of the campground was how quiet it was. I could sit on the porch swing in the morning with my coffee and just listen to nature. And additional bonus was there is a train that goes by twice at night. We were lucky to be able to watch it pass on the last night and wave to the conductor. We enjoyed going into Ocsoda and Tawas For shopping and dining. I would definitely come back here again. It was a wonderful experience.

Great people, very helpful. They come around and pick up your garbage and will deliver firewood. There is a train that goes by every night that is pretty loud and close but is gone quickly.

We LOVED our stay at the campground. We stayed in a deluxe cabin that was very clean and cozy. Our 3 year old was super excited to sleep on the bunk bed. There was lots for him to do. The staff was all friendly and caring. We had some potential nasty weather coming, the owners made sure everyone knew it was coming and was prepared. The camp store had lots of goodies, which I could have dropped a lot of money there. Thanks for a great stay!
