Nice clean place good staff. Honestly the worst showers I’ve ever seen in a KOA. Rain fall low or no pressure head. Either scalding hot or just cold. I’ve stayed at more than 20 different KOA campgrounds over the years.

A great stay for a visit to see the area after the closure of the Air Force Base. Oscoda is a good location to enjoy the activities around Lake Huron.

We enjoyed this KOA very much. We had a create pull thru site in the back. Please treat the site for ants though.

Enjoyed the campground and dog park. Staff very friendly. The young man that picked up our trash on Sunday morning 6/22/25 was over and beyond helpful. We encountered a glitch while hooking up our camper and he suggested a hose clamp. He left and came back with one. It worked great and we made it home safely. Thank you for employing such wonderful people. I just wish I could remember his name.

We had a nice time. Very clean and well maintained campground. Great play area for kids. Only one downside. Lots of barking dogs and loud music! But I realize that is something hard to control!

Our family has been coming here for the last 4 years. We have an RV and rent 3 cabins. There is so much for the kids to do. The pool, arcade room, pillow bounce, basketball, etc. The staff is great!! We have the best time and look forward to going back.

This was the first stay in the rustic cabins. It was a great experience in the middle of the week. The cabin was very clean and the common bath and shower were immaculate ! We will visit again!

This is a nice,clean, well maintained park with very friendly staff. It does sit next to train tracks - the train came by twice Friday evening, but we didn't hear it again all weekend. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't get a chance to get the kayaks out, but we will likely camp there again when we're in the Oscoda/Tawas area.

This koa is very nice. It's well kept and clean. The people that work there are friendly and very helpful. It also has both shade and sun sites in the woods.and close to Lake Huron.

This is our third summer season coming to Oscoda KOA and it never disappoints. The staff is very friendly, the camp grounds are well maintained and it’s always a great time.

We really enjoyed the campground and the location. Our one disappointment was the wi-fi network which often fluctuated to the point of no internet connection and often prevented us from reliably streaming TV content.

We had an excellent time. The only thing I would suggest is either create a second dog park or make the existing one bigger. If creating a 2nd dog park, don't litter it with as many "enhancement tools" as some of us have dogs that need to run for the sake of running. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed the KOA. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. A few things could be improved, the wifi cut in and out the whole time, and the pet area fence needs to be fixed to keep dogs from escaping, and some of the equipment needs boards replaced. Otherwise, the park was clean and enjoyable!

Nice place. Needs some updates to the play area and the arcade. Roads need grooming. Sites were decent. Water was clean and had decent pressure. Store was ok, very expensive and didn’t have what you would need. Staff was very friendly and kind. Bathrooms were decently clean

We stay at the KOA in Oscoda regularly through the summer and this first camping trip of the season was almost a bust, but the staff went above and beyond and there was a cabin available the weekend we were planning to be there. It was so nice, clean and stocked with some essentials (dishes, toilet paper) which was a welcome surprise. Would definitely recommend!

It was very clean and open for anything available. I appreciated the time scheduled for quiet time set in place. Since I am an early sleeper and an early riser. I also loved the location and ability for us to see the sites in the surrounding area.

We loved our five day four night stay and a rustic cabin. We chose the two room cabin and it was cozy, warm, and dry. When we arrived, they were waiting on us and so friendly. Dale took us to our spot and let us settle in. They deliver firewood and ice to your campsite. The pool was clean and heated. So even though it was a little cool outside, my daughter still enjoyed swimming. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had hot water. The only disappointment was the game room because you had to pay for the games. They had pool, air, hockey, and some arcade style video games. My favorite part of the campground was how quiet it was. I could sit on the porch swing in the morning with my coffee and just listen to nature. And additional bonus was there is a train that goes by twice at night. We were lucky to be able to watch it pass on the last night and wave to the conductor. We enjoyed going into Ocsoda and Tawas For shopping and dining. I would definitely come back here again. It was a wonderful experience.

Great people, very helpful. They come around and pick up your garbage and will deliver firewood. There is a train that goes by every night that is pretty loud and close but is gone quickly.

We LOVED our stay at the campground. We stayed in a deluxe cabin that was very clean and cozy. Our 3 year old was super excited to sleep on the bunk bed. There was lots for him to do. The staff was all friendly and caring. We had some potential nasty weather coming, the owners made sure everyone knew it was coming and was prepared. The camp store had lots of goodies, which I could have dropped a lot of money there. Thanks for a great stay!
