Sadly we had to leave early but the park was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly.

Beautiful campground and the bathrooms were very clean!! We came on the last weekend of the season and absolutely loved our time. My one and only complaint is the train that came through at 11:30pm. I didn’t know this was on a train track but at least it only happened one night.

I "Loved" my stay at Oscoda/Tawas KOA!! As a new RV owner, I registered for two nights and ended up staying eight nights! The Eller Family (and staff) were so very friendly, professional and helpful!! My dog Beacon and I loved the "Bark Park"...clean and with an agility course! I have never stayed at a KOA, but I will be back. Thank you for such a great experience!!

This is our third stay here, twice in the rustic cabins. We love the quiet time watching the birds in the “sanctuary.” We were pleasantly surprised to find the bathroom/bathhouse remodeled! What a beautiful job! The family that own this care about the camp and their campers and it shows!! 2 improvements? Better lighting in the rustic cabins and a bench to sit on in shower area? Site was awesome! Grill AND fire pit, picnic table AND additional table with Adirondack chairs. Only downside was the train roaring through at night!

Good location, great size campsite, park was clean, good size bundle of firewood for the price, late in the season so the campground was nice and quiet.

The deluxe cabin was very comfortable, provided everything we needed to be comfortable, and the park was very quiet. Great stay!

The stay was great. Staff was super. They will bring firewood to your side. They pick up trash all day long. They will pick up your propane tank and return it filled. They have a heated swimming pool. They have a huge game room with more than two dozen games of all sorts. They have been constantly improving the campground. The train does come through but not on holidays and weekends and not late

The people that work there are so awesome and nice ready to do anything for you. I love all the trees in the park. Very easy to get your camper in the sites were very generous and size.

This KOA is close to a lot of touristy places so it’s a great place to take day trips. Nearby hiking trails are very nice. The KOA was clean, the staff were friendly. The only complaint I have (and it’s really minor) is that I wish they’d update/repair their miniature golf course.

Nice cabin/campground, loved the arcade area and location. the woman checking me in was rude/short with me and not friendly-no smile, not welcoming at all- I told her I would need firewood and she snapped to let her finish the check in and it was strange. We tried to get a pop in the morning before leaving it was 9:03 and the door was still locked and they just ignored us.

Just a relaxing quiet time at camp to escape the weekly grind. No real objectives planned, other than to take advantage of KOA's free night offer. We enjoyed a couple dinners in town (Oscoda & Tawas), did some reading and streamed a couple movies. We prefer the cooler off season, avoiding the typical crowds and hot temperatures. Loved the strong cell signal, clean restrooms, and NO mosquitoes!

Other than the sight being not level due to a recent dump of crushed stone not graded properly it was a good campground.

Mike and Robin and their staff are awesome very polite and accommodating and the campground maintenance is kept very well. We camped there once every year and look forward to coming back next year 2024

We wish the pool would stay open after Labor Day as well as the bike rental because our anniversary was during our stay and we could not get in the pool due to it being packed when it was open. Since our climate has changed and it is warmer, I think there should be an exception. We left early because of it.

We come every year at Labor Day weekend with our whole family , usually about 6 - 8 campers. We do a Cornhole tournament , in honor of my late husband. We always have so much fun!!! So much for everyone to do!!! My grandaughter especially likes the camp store!! Thanks for keeping the campground so clean and fun!

We come to this campground yearly and we have always enjoy our interaction with the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Camp is nice and clean. Sites are all very level. Pool is nice and clean. Many things for the young kids to do - the arcade, the bounce pillow, corn hole, ladder golf and much more. Great place to camp.

We loved our five day four night stay and a rustic cabin. We chose the two room cabin and it was cozy, warm, and dry. When we arrived, they were waiting on us and so friendly. Dale took us to our spot and let us settle in. They deliver firewood and ice to your campsite. The pool was clean and heated. So even though it was a little cool outside, my daughter still enjoyed swimming. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had hot water. The only disappointment was the game room because you had to pay for the games. They had pool, air, hockey, and some arcade style video games. My favorite part of the campground was how quiet it was. I could sit on the porch swing in the morning with my coffee and just listen to nature. And additional bonus was there is a train that goes by twice at night. We were lucky to be able to watch it pass on the last night and wave to the conductor. We enjoyed going into Ocsoda and Tawas For shopping and dining. I would definitely come back here again. It was a wonderful experience.

Great people, very helpful. They come around and pick up your garbage and will deliver firewood. There is a train that goes by every night that is pretty loud and close but is gone quickly.

We LOVED our stay at the campground. We stayed in a deluxe cabin that was very clean and cozy. Our 3 year old was super excited to sleep on the bunk bed. There was lots for him to do. The staff was all friendly and caring. We had some potential nasty weather coming, the owners made sure everyone knew it was coming and was prepared. The camp store had lots of goodies, which I could have dropped a lot of money there. Thanks for a great stay!
