Outstanding! I stayed for over a month here and loved every day. The staff and owners are friendly, helpful, and accomodated me at every step. I will be returning here whenever I need to be in the northeast part of the state!

We love Oscoda/Tawas KOA! The owners are great! It’s our home away from home. We go back every year! Very clean and well kept campground! Beautiful spot!

This was our first time staying here. Very impressed with campsites. Loved having the cement patio and full hookup with electric, water, and sewer is amazing. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Everything went well., We had no major issues, They do a very nice job, keeping up the campground and assisting the campers. I have stayed here many years, the only drawback here is the number of showers and bathrooms are just so few for how large the campground is. So if they close one for cleaning, for example, or if there’s an issue with one of them, it’s Impossible to have an open one..

I grew up being a seasonal camper at this park. It was great to bring my own kids back, show them all the things we used to do, and still be treated the same great way that I remember, even with different owners. Will be returning!!

I’m giving this place 2 stars based off the positive things that we enjoyed. Check in was easy, pool was 4ft-5ft deep & clean, and the kids playground was nicely set up. However the cabins are super close & not separate from rv, Quiet time 11pm,circuit breaker kept trippin, WiFi didn’t work and bugs were bad. If you run into urgent issue (death in family) you can forget getting any money ba

Staff was super friendly and I appreciated that we got an escort to lead us to our cabin. Lots of activities for the kids to do and the camp store is very clean with a wide selection. My daughter loved the pool and the jumping pillow!! Only negative I can think of is that a lot of the games in the rec center were out of order. Would stay again, no questions asked.

I like the setting , and clean campsites , ours was a little unlevel, the campers next to us when we arrived we're a little put off by our arrival ? The gentleman in the cowboy hat seemed a little aggressive, on Checkout day , when he showed up at 11:04, to clean the fire pit , seems he could have waited , a little bit , and been a bit friendlier

Cleanest bathrooms we have found at a campground. Lots for the kids to do, overall a great stay. Train was loud, but was done by 11:00 pm, so it really wasn’t a factor.

Such wonderful staff, clean campground! Lots of things for everyone to do, would definitely recommend to go and stay there. Loved seeing the children's train rides on Friday and Saturday mornings and the firetruck with all the riders. There is plenty of places to go check out in the surrounding towns and parks. Definitely will be back.

The campground was beautiful. The playground was amazing. I only wish we could have stayed longer!! Trash pickup was a nice surprise. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved it!!

This is our second year staying at Oscoda KOA. We love this campground and enjoy relaxing surrounded by nature. The staff are friendly and take great care of the campground.

This is one of the nicest campgrounds I have been to. Bathrooms and grounds are kept very clean. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Lots of fun stuff and activities for the kids and family!

The Oscoda/Tawas KOA was so lovely. The park was clean and quiet. We were right next to train tracks? Yes! But I loved listening to the train. It was a fun adventure I don't get to experience at home. The park was centrally located to do all the tourist attractions north and south along M23.

We had a wonderful stay here. Very nice campground. Lots of trees, pretty flowers. Loved how the dog park had shady trees in it. Kids loved the playground area. Very friendly people. Clean bathrooms.

It was awesome.. will be coming back that staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful, even in a bad weather situation with loss of power your staff is amazing. Grandson who is 11 enjoyed himself and was never afraid of the situation. Thank You KOA of Oscoda/Tawas

We had a nice stay but found the park to be one of the older ones. This became evident when a massive storm knocked out power for the park and for the county. Repairs were going to take up yo 24 hours. I would think that a campground with many sites occupied with units that require electricity would have had some sort of back up means.

Nice place. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. The campground is well cared for with excellent on-site trash pick up. Very friendly staff.

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin and it was great. It was very clean and had air conditioning. It had a full fridge, sink and microwave. It did not have a stove top but there was a grill outside that we could use. It had cups, plates, bowls and silverware. There was no bedding or towels, but we knew this before we arrived. Wi-fi was a little spotty, but we were camping, so we didn't mind.

Very nice place to a of activities for kids even on a rainy day indoor arcade pool ping pong etc. awesome staff and well stocked store. Will definitely return when in the area.

We loved our five day four night stay and a rustic cabin. We chose the two room cabin and it was cozy, warm, and dry. When we arrived, they were waiting on us and so friendly. Dale took us to our spot and let us settle in. They deliver firewood and ice to your campsite. The pool was clean and heated. So even though it was a little cool outside, my daughter still enjoyed swimming. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had hot water. The only disappointment was the game room because you had to pay for the games. They had pool, air, hockey, and some arcade style video games. My favorite part of the campground was how quiet it was. I could sit on the porch swing in the morning with my coffee and just listen to nature. And additional bonus was there is a train that goes by twice at night. We were lucky to be able to watch it pass on the last night and wave to the conductor. We enjoyed going into Ocsoda and Tawas For shopping and dining. I would definitely come back here again. It was a wonderful experience.

Great people, very helpful. They come around and pick up your garbage and will deliver firewood. There is a train that goes by every night that is pretty loud and close but is gone quickly.

We LOVED our stay at the campground. We stayed in a deluxe cabin that was very clean and cozy. Our 3 year old was super excited to sleep on the bunk bed. There was lots for him to do. The staff was all friendly and caring. We had some potential nasty weather coming, the owners made sure everyone knew it was coming and was prepared. The camp store had lots of goodies, which I could have dropped a lot of money there. Thanks for a great stay!
