We joined two other couples on this trip to your campground. I deeply appreciate the cordial service provided by your staff. Additionally, I found the park extremely clean. While, we had a mishap during this stay with the lost of water , your business accommodated us appropriately. Finally, we had a wonderful time and look forward to returning to your property. We always enjoy our stay at the Feather Falls KOA. We stayed this time down in the new section. Long and wide sites on cement... it was perfect! The bathrooms and the campground are always clean. The staff is always so helpful, kind and go above and beyond.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Feather Falls Casino campgrounds. The staff were very friendly, the park was amazingly clean and the RV sites were set up to spend time and enjoy the surroundings. We will for sure come back and recommend it to our friends.

We came with The Redding Elks. Had a great time. They Koa provided a pancake breakfast. Had BBQ’s ready for us. Park was very clean. Great weather too!

Our first time at this great park. Everything clean and tidy. Could use some more washers and dryers, but the park is not huge, so adequate for now.

I usually give this park a 5 star rating, however, on this occasion I stayed in the newer section. I did not like the crushed granite particles that were tracked into my RV and coated my various hoses, cables, outside furniture, etc. I'll surely return, but I'll be in the older section...

The staff is friendly and welcoming, the grounds are meticulously maintained, the cleanest KOA park we have camped in. Our RV club used the club house. It was spotless and well furnished with tables, chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave, jukebox and a pool table. What was really great since it was the NFL wild card playoff weekend was the 80 inch TV in the club house.

We always enjoy our stay at Oroville KOA. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the facilities are always very clean and well-kept, and it's a quick getaway for us.

Greeted by very helpful and courteous staff. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The buffet was delicious and the hot tub was amazing !

This KOA is always so clean and well kept. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. They are also so kind and friendly. It also is very conveniently located next to Feather Falls Casino. The Brewery is also a great place to eat !

We booked a last minute stay after having to cancel a trip due to weather conditions. I received great customer on the phone to book. Upon arrival check in staff was very friendly and informative. The overall campground was very clean, well maintained and convenient. Look forward to come back in the spring to enjoy all the amenities.

Love the park and the staff. One suggestion, consider widening the concrete on the spaces in the older section. During wet weather the narrow pads makes for muddy, wet conditions. Also the staff is constantly having to repair the ruts made on the edges of the pads when large RV's and 5th wheels cut in and hit the grass.

All of the employees are exceptional people. So friendly and professional. Very clean campground. I can really appreciate the garbage collection; however, when the garbage truck comes in at 6:00 something in the morning on a Saturday, Yikes! We love coming and enjoying the premises. Great place.

Very surprised on how well kept the RV park is. Also, you staff Dave was helpful in refilling my propane tanks. Plus, upon my inquiry for a Mobil RV tech service, he referred my to Tom and Tommy Mobil rv techs. Will return in the future. JP

The staff is incredible. They are extremely friendly and attentive. The facility is well taken care of and the spaces are VERY roomy. It's nice to have so much space. A beautiful place I would love to come again!

We enjoyed site 43 and the space with all the amenities. We were not impressed with the lack of a real open fire pit like other sites had. The small, enclosed version with a stovepipe top was disappointing. Water pressure was a little low but we managed and overall we had a good experience. The casino is a little small and lacking variety.

The staff were very friendly and the park is super clean. Have 2 dump clean outs on my site was really convenient. We left a day early cause a big storm was coming and they refunded me a day without me even asking. This place is top notch. We'll be back!

We had fabulous stay. FF goes out of their way to get us all together. The security is top notch. Even in the COLD weather, we learned that our pop up with four walls held heat generated by one propane fireplace. All six of us could fit comfortably and spent the whole stay visiting and eating inside and keeping very warm. We actually had to open the zipper door every now and then.

This wasn't a planned stop. We just needed somewhere different to stay than what we had planned. It's a very nice KOA. We were in the newer loop. No shade. Nice showers. Laundry. Pool & hot tub. I swear it says they have a sauna but I couldn't find it lol. The casino and brewery are right there. Cute little store. Nice staff. Our cats never get goodies so that was so sweet lol. Hookups worked properly! They recommend no surge protectors, I'm guessing that's because they melt/explode?

Stayed at this KOA in our fifth wheel for one week. The sites are a bit tight for our 43' rig, but the grass and cement pads are nice. The grounds are very well kept with some nice amenities (pool, 2 dog walks, 2 laundry rooms, a playground, community fire pit, etc). It's also very close to the Feather Falls Casino, which is nice. The brewery inside the casino is very good with reasonable prices and a good in-house brewery and beer selection. Would love so stay here longer, when the weather is cooler. Nearby Oroville has a few places to explore too.
