The entire staff at the KOA, casino, and restaurant are are wonderful. Everyone says hello and asks if they can help you. It is a fantastic place to stay. Very clean. We will be back again soon.

The people in the office for the campground were more than friendly. Also, the campground was very clean, and everybody in the casino was friendly and great food.

Excellent! They even give goodie bags for our dogs! Clean, friendly. Can’t say enough good things about the employees and grounds! Street racing was an issue for noise but that isn’t their fault

The campground is beautiful! Clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly. We saw security drive around several times during our stay. We will be back!

Staff was very helpful in answering our questions on using the oven. They had moped the floor from previous group in the clubhouse. They also said they would put chairs and tables back when we were planning to take them down. They also came in several times to remove the trash.

Very friendly staff. Quiet park overall. Very clean and well cared for park. Very close to the casino with shuttle service. Store was well stocked. The doggy treats were well received by my dog. The pet areas were clean and effective. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent customer service at the KOA!!!! Pancakes were tasty, too! The Casino was too smoky even in the non-smoking area :( BUT I went home a winner!! $$$ I'll be back!

Friendly and accommodating staff. We, as a club, appreciate the pancake breakfast provided by the campground on Tuesday morning. The grounds are clean and well kept. Restrooms and showers are very clean. Easy check-in process. I would like to see a bigger dog park.

We went to the RV park with several couples to celebrate “Friendsgiving”. We all enjoyed the park and ate at the Casino. We were delighted with the reasonable prices and cleanliness.

Staff are on top of cleanliness of property. Laundry, Restrooms and shower clean and spacious. Dog park. Some sites hv dedicated fire pits. The office has portable pits you can use. Brewery food n drink were great. Wknds they hv live music at 10pm. New lower section, no shade. Trees are still growing. Great stay!!

The park has always nice to stay, and staff very friendly, this is the second time we stayed in the new lower area, the restroom/showers are very nice and clean. The only compliment is there was no heat,on a cold day it makes these restroom a little uncomfortable to use!!

What a delightful surprise! We first bumbled into the Feather Falls/Oroville KOA in early April at the beginning of a month-long foray through California -- we've since looped-back (going 50+ miles out of our way) just to spend a little more time. We travel a lot (over 100 nights last year), but still feel like newbies in the RV world since we've only had our trailer for two years. That said, we've seen the good the bad and the ugly of RV parks and are happy to say that this KOA is worthy of a 5-star review. From our first interaction with Debbie at check-in, we knew this place was something special. She was thorough, professional, and perfectly friendly. Our site (a party patio with both stays) was roomy - but even the other sites around us appear to have enough room for privacy and comfort. The pool was quiet and heated to perfect and is a wonderful respite from the 90-degree heat of our stay. The bathrooms? I swear they're cleaner than ours at home (and the showers are free!). Whomever is responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance here deserves a raise because they clearly excel at what they do. We made our way next door to The Lodge for dinner and were equally impressed with the casino's dining options and affordability. We'll definitely make a stop back next time we're in the area when we know we want comfort, value, and epic hospitality. Thank for another great stay!
