Our Go-To KOA campground for a quick getaway. Great facility and excellent staff. Took advantage of offer coupons to help with costs. Visited casino, enjoyed the brewery and “winning” at the casino.

We were there for five days in this BEAUTIFUL, safe and friendly campground. During this adventure we have stayed at a lot of KOA, this is the first one that gave my French Bulldog Bart a treat (welcome bag) and he LOVED it. He played with the tennis ball for hours and we got lots of laughs in return. I would DEFINITELY recommend the stay at this campground! The staff was sooo friendly. Thank you

This place is so much fun everytime we go. The staff is great. They keep the place clean. All spots are cemented. Plenty of room between sites. They keep the landscape nice. Love going to the casino next door. The machines are loose, so you can play for awhile. They have security driving around. I would recommend this place to everyone. They have a pool for the kids and a playground.

Very clean and organized campground, beautiful arranged landscape, quiet, friendly staff, nice pool and jacuzzi, bocce ball and horse shoe for some fun. We would come back anytime!

We stayed 2 nights to meet up with friends in Chico. The campground was perfect. The section we were in had trees, concrete pads and grass for our pup. The place is very well maintained. There’s also a newly built area that’s concrete and gravel but no trees yet. It will be a nice addition. They also provide a shuttle to/from the casino.

Exceptional KOA. Clean, hospitable staff, nice pool. Really convenient with the casino shuttle for dinner. We liked it so much on the first night of our trip to double back on the way home...

The campground is clean, well maintained. The sites are wide and long enough for some of the largest RVs.

The stay was very good the park is clean & quiet & the casino near by is very nice. If I had to voice a concern is the amount of daily watering of the sites it became a little swampy in the grass areas

Had a wonderful time at the park as well as the casino. My biggest complaint is the EXCESSIVE watering of the grass areas. The grass areas always feel swampy, even in 100 degree temperatures. Would suggest cutting the watering back to 3 times a week instead of daily.

The sprinklers unnecessarily drenched our camper and parked car for hours every night. Excessive overspray with no fix.

We are dog parents, and we appreciate the clean conditions of the pet areas. The upper sites were nice and shady from the beautiful mature trees. There could have been more umbrellas / easy-ups for shade beside the pool.

My stay at Feather Falls was great, as always. I took 4 grand kids with me cuz they wanted to go camping. They all had a great time swimming, playing pool, walking to the store/gas station that we passed coming to F. F. It was a good time had by all. We’ll see you again in Oct.

KOA park was excellent. Very clean and well taken care of. Casino was a normal average casino with tight machines and very expensive restaurants. No complaints though,

The pool is always fantastic and it did not disappoint. The customer service of everyone that I interacted with at the KOA and the casino was the best. The grounds were clean & the spaces are nicely spaced. We stayed in the upper lot and appreciated the grass. I did walk through the new section and took a look at the amenities. So nice! Big restrooms/ showers, clean laundry & dog washing station!

We were very grateful to have the lodge for our group activities including access to all the kitchen appliances. We really appreciate using the bbqs also. Thank you for the delicious pancake breakfast. Your campground was immaculate including the bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool & spa as well. If I were to ask for anything a few stand alone umbrellas at the pool would be nice to keep out of the sun.

This is our favorite KOA campground, They have a great staff, clean campground , clean bathrooms with an amazing Casino with a brewery and great food. And the manager Kelly is amazing.

We love this place. Its easy to get to, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the resort is clean and we'll maintained and the sites have ample room. They have resort taxi service to and from the the casino as well. Great place for a weekend get away.

We stay at KOA on a regular basis this KOA beat my expectations. The team is amazing and kind. Love the Dog gifts on arrival and the easy transportation to and from the restaurants and casino. Site 10 is my favorite. This KOA was so clean and very pet friendly which means a lot to us. Thank you !! Jeremy
