Exceptional KOA . We were originally in a pull thorough but Kelly called and offered us another spot that was a back in which had shade and lawn it was a perfect spot. This was the first time at Feather Falls . We walked over to the casino as well . We used the swimming pool and which was laid out nicely with a.great view of foothills.

Feather Falls KOA is our favorite. The grounds and all facilities are always well maintained. All employees are friendly, respectful, caring and knowledgeable. We visit at least 3 to 5 times per year. We would like to thank everyone that work in the casino and the KOA for their hospitality.

Cleanest, nicest, best kept KOA we have ever stayed in. Make sure you eat at the brewery in the casino. Try to reserve in the upper area. It has full grown trees for shade and grass.

Stayed in older section 29? Wide spot with lots of room and great grass. All hookups close by. Good water (40psi) and power. Used the pool and spa, small but adequate. Received coupons at arrival and tried to use them later. Travis, store keeper said we could not use them. Another person on another day, said she would honor them. Walked to the casino and ate at the brewery. Good food.

Fantastic. Grounds were great, staff was friendly, pool was fantastic, wonderful showers, a dog park with just enough room to run and play. Cement parking slabs. Very well taken care of camp.

We had a back-in site with plentiful shade, a level concrete pad, a green lawn, and full working hookups. Short walk to anything -- clean restrooms/shower house, swimming pool & spa, playground, and the casino for a nice dinner. The campground was peaceful and quiet while we were there (although my brother and his family stayed the night previous and said they could hear the casino band too well).

Lovely grounds, nice staff, a dog park big enough to run in. The pool was fantastic and we spent hours in it. The expansion was really nice and the new showers were awesome and we appreciated the dog wash.

The park itself was excellent, spaces are rather small for large rigs with trailers, kind of noisy continuous dogs barking in the distance(dog pound I think)

We enjoy coming to this campground. Our stay was lovely as always. Then staff is helpful and very nice. The site was clean as were the bathroom/shower and the pool. we can't wait until we are come again.

They were swamped at check in yet had four staff on duty and got a whole line of us checked in in minutes. Plenty of room to maneuver into the site, spotless, basically perfect.

At FFC for a convention. Tried booking a few weeks ago but KOA was booked. Dry camped in parking lot w/o detaching trailer or opening slide. At 1:40 AM was woken up and told to leave. KOA "let" us stay at #35, a long term spot. Due to time of arrival & not wanting to disturb neighbors, didnt do a full set up. Rising at 7ish, sprinklers were on preventing leaving w/o get wet.

Our stay as always was great best staff ever. The campground well groomed the club house and rest rooms always clean and organized. We had a group of 11 rigs everyone says the same thing they all loved their stay. Thanks again to the staff at Feather Falls KOA. Also hats off to Kent and Kelly who handle the groups. O ya the pancake breakfast so very very good. Thanks again we will be back soon.

No shade in the new area. Guests need to be informed. Cable was marginal. Had to scan every time I turned on the tv. Picture cut out frequently. Overall disappointed with this experience

Outstanding facilities, that are consistently and quickly maintained!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 stays; will be booking again most like in August for our third stay this year.

My wife have stayed at many campgrounds over the years and instantly you can tell if its a well maintained property and if ita ran well. Once we entered into the lobby of the campground and were greeted by staff we knew this was a going to be a great place to stay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating since it was our first time at the park. Facilities were well kept.

Everything was very clean. Camp sites very manageable to get in and out. Staff was very helpful. Shuttle service to the casino was a plus. It was our first time at a KOA, and we were very satisfied.

Our stay was perfect! Kelly, Travis, Judy, Kent, David, Debbie, and Erin made us feel like family. Our stay was long term and they made sure we had the best time. Facilities and campground was always perfect. The staff worked tirelessly to keep the grounds in tip-top shape. They cared not just about our stay, but our dogs as well. Scare you later!!

Nicest KOA we’ve stayed at on our cross country trip. We only stayed one night on our way to Yosemite . We definitely would come back if in the area. Beautiful park.

The staff was very helpful and sites were nice and roomy in the lower (cheaper) section with no grass. The bathrooms were super clean and looked new. We used the pool and walked to the casino to eat dinner.

This wasn't a planned stop. We just needed somewhere different to stay than what we had planned. It's a very nice KOA. We were in the newer loop. No shade. Nice showers. Laundry. Pool & hot tub. I swear it says they have a sauna but I couldn't find it lol. The casino and brewery are right there. Cute little store. Nice staff. Our cats never get goodies so that was so sweet lol. Hookups worked properly! They recommend no surge protectors, I'm guessing that's because they melt/explode?

Stayed at this KOA in our fifth wheel for one week. The sites are a bit tight for our 43' rig, but the grass and cement pads are nice. The grounds are very well kept with some nice amenities (pool, 2 dog walks, 2 laundry rooms, a playground, community fire pit, etc). It's also very close to the Feather Falls Casino, which is nice. The brewery inside the casino is very good with reasonable prices and a good in-house brewery and beer selection. Would love so stay here longer, when the weather is cooler. Nearby Oroville has a few places to explore too.
