We had a great stay at Orlando southwest. Only problem was-it wasn't long enough. They have a very nice pool, laundry was super convenient and sites are large with a good mix of sun and shade. The campground is ideally located if you're planning on visiting Disney or a number of other attractions. We'll be back.

Our site was in the section up front and was tight and had camper very close on our side. Even though it’s a pull thru there are campers close front and back. Site was mostly sand with bit of dirt. Brick patio has ant hills and tons of leaves. Quite a few campers are obviously living there with quite a bit of unattractive stuff in their spaces. Would recommend for overnight or very short stay.

The place was very clean. The staff, especially Pam, pleasant and helpful. The sites however are extremely tight. There was a fire ring but I was unable to use it. The RV next to was so close, his slide outs were practically over the fire ring.

Love staying here, but do miss the park Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast offerings. It was great time to visit and meet with the other snowbirds.

Stayed a week to visit family in the area. Appears an older KOA with sites narrower than what you expect for modern multiple-slide big rigs, but still very accommodating. A bit of a challenge to level but again, doable. What makes this KOA stand out in our view was the excellent condition of the roads (all wide, paved) and all facilities. Staff was extremely helpful and cheerfull.

This is a very nice KOA. We enjoyed the grounds and all the activities. It is fairly close to Disney World. The one downside was the RV site. It was hard to level in this site 48. It also had a large tree, which was sometimes good but the roots were a trip hazard.

This is a clean, well run KOA with friendly staff. My only negative is out of the control of the KOA and this is the traffic outside the campground is terrible. You need to choose times outside of rush hour to go anywhere.

It's a great place to stay, especially with children. We definitely recommend this site if you're in the area.

This KOA SW is a nice option for those travelers seeking a short term stay central to all the theme parks and great dining and offerings Central Florida has to offer. Staff is very accommodating and facilities are maintained well. Highly recommend!

Traffic in the area is AWFUL. Takes 24 minutes to go 1 mile on US 27. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's a KOA so its just a grassy parking lot. Overpriced even with KOA discount. There were extremists here but we were able to avoid them. But it's worrisome that they let them in. Lots of road noise, and constant sirens. Not a safe area.

Bathrooms are mostly clean, smell nice. But window sills, ceilings and vents are not clean. It's a KOA so it is just a grassy parking lot, no privacy. There were extremists staying here. We steered clear of them. Used the K9 wash. Staff are friendly and helpful, but they can't go 20 feet without their carts. Annoying that there is no dumpster. Ended up with stinky trash all night inside.

Staff is friendly and helpful. But the speed limit doesn't apply to staff. It's a KOA so it is basically a grass parking lot. No privacy. They advertised propane but first 3 days of our stay they didn't have any and there was no sign saying that. Fortunately I asked before I walked up there with my tank. Restrooms are mostly clean, but window sills, ceilings and vents are not. No dumpster.

This KOA is great place to stay. The sites are very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed here several times each winter for many years. They are pet friendly as well. The area has wonderful places to eat and visit. We highly recommend this campground. L&D Simmons

Nothing special. Slab was cracked the internet was down and not that good when working. Difficult to get in and out because of traffic. Very noisy. Sirens every night several times

The park was too crowded the coach next to me pulled his second car up against our coach running over our water lines. I tried to get their attention, they wouldn't even look back. There was no enforcement of park rules' Their vehicle continued to park up against us for two days. We had zero privacy.

Every one was absolutely amazing as always. Only issue was with some people that don’t know how to discipline their kids. They kids run out in front of cars or they throw their bikes and scooters down in front of other people’s vehicles and just leave them. Employees are awesome though

You advertised a level grassy site and it was far from being level. The whole purpose for us to get a pull thru is so we don’t have to unhook our car and we would have had to do that to be level on that site. Very disappointed.

It was pretty great. The park is clean, easy to get in and out of, and feels fairly safe. We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the comfort stations as well. The park internet went down one night, but thankfully I was able to help the maintenance guy narrow it down to a bad breaker and I worked up a bandaid until someone can fix it for real.

Everything is great the only issue is the people I. Spot 44 with the 2 kids. They let them throw their bikes and scooters down in front of other people’s vehicles and don’t care if they hit your camper or car with a football.

The kampground and staff are excellent, and the grounds were outstanding. Everyone at the park was friendly and helpful. Fortunately for us we were not using the park for trips into Orlando or the Theme parks. I-4 backs up and is gridlocked north into Orlando, while I recommend the park as great place to stay, you really need to factor in traffic delays into your travel times north. Happy Kamping.

We really liked staying at the southwest KOA camp. The camp is well run with a great staff. The facilities are well kept and there are a lot of them. The only negative is out of KOA’s control and that is the traffic on I4 and Hwy 27 is terrible most hours of the day and night.

Great place to stay. Traffic is heavy in the area so be prepared to be in traffic. Example Disney 12 miles away takes almost an hour to get there.

Had a few problems in the beginning with the AC; However Sharon, Debbie , Scott and other Staff did what they could to correct it and accommodate me & my family. Five Stars for Effort. 😊 Awesome Location! Great Staff! Enjoyed the Trip! Would Definitely recommend this location! ❤️😊

Definitely love staying here with the camper. The camping sites are very clean and well organized. Its super easy to pull in and out and set up/ take down is so simple. The pool is beautiful and the park is perfect for kids! We really like this location because its a perfect distance from Disney.

Great KOA. I stayed in the little cabin. The area was clean, easy to find and the check in was smooth. I got there after hours and it was easy to locate my cabin. Clean facilities and lots of families that I am assuming were resting for the parks. Would reccomend,
