We loved the cabin! Our last trip, it rained the entire time. This trip, the heat was brutal-so we have not taken advantage of all the great amenities. (Perhaps we need a winter trip!) The cabin and campground were clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! Plenty of things to keep the kids occupied. I only wish the pool was open until at least 10pm. That's when quiet hours start at the campground. Currently closes at 9pm.

Horrible experience. Visible mold in the AC and on the beds! Mold stench was unbearable. Told staff about it but nothing was done. Internet/ TV doesnt work. The after hours line is a joke. Called multiple times with no answer or return call. My experience is consistent with other on-line reviews. Wish I would have read those reviews before deciding to stay here.

Cabin & bathrooms/showers were clean and comfortable! The playground and pool were awesome! It was our first time staying at a KOA, the front desk staff was great, super friendly and we'll definitely be staying at KOAs again!

Very uncourteous and lazy staff. I visit many KOA's and I've never found this to be a problem. They rented me a cabin without checking to see if it was operational. It was not. They told me it had been down for the last week and refused to do anything about it including a discount or a refund or change of cabin.

The cabins were clean the area where the cabins were or nice and clean the staff was friendly helpful I had so much fun with friends and family I will be returning.

All the workers were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. The only thing was that the fire ring we had, did not have a moving grate. We had a terrible time cooking. All the other cabins and tent sites had them.

The park was very well landscaped and kept clean. Our cabin was located near the playground area and there was so much to do. Unfortunately the day before we arrived a storm knocked out the cable so we had no TV. Regardless, we would definitely come back. Very centrally located to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Great amenities: coffee maker and keurig, dishes and silverware, towels,dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, sheets, pillows and 3 air conditioners. The bad: It was dirty. it needed vacuumed, the bunk beds needed vacuumed. floors were sticky. toilet and shower not clean. ceiling coming loose. Fridge had food and grease smears on door and handle. This could be an awesome place, just clean it up.

I stayed in K2 cabin and I was very dissatisfied. The mini refrigerator was all moldy and didn't work Also the tv didn't work I stay here every 2 months .I hope things are better next time

Pool is amazing! The playground has lots of activities and fun for all ages. We stayed in a mini cabin and it fit all our needs. The grounds and bathrooms were very clean and well kept.

This was our 3rd time at this KOA, but our 1st in the Deluxe Cabin. The check-in staff on Friday was great! On Sunday, when we notified the staff of an issue with one of the dryers, a very grumpy gentleman (who was not part of the maintenance staff because I asked) was extremely unhelpful and argumentative about the matter. The cabin was adorable, but we found a ton of dog hair under the sofa bed.

Great koa besides 4 to 5 cabins had dogs unsupervised alone and barking all day and night as the people were away

This was our first time but won't be our last. The only suggestion would be some coverage over the playground, that Florida sun bakes the equipment. Grounds were clean, well kept. Office staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was unable to get in touch with anyone when we got there. Couldn't use the bathroom and slept in an open spot in our vehicle. Called after hours number about a dozen times. Checked emails and texts for info on bathrooms or anything about how to get into the cabin. Pretty unpleasant after driving for several hours.

I did NOT like the 2 bedroom camping cabin! Aside from not have a tv or a grill, it also had no mini fridge. Which was very disappointing considering it sleeps 6 people. And the air conditioner had BLACK MOLD all inside of it. I took pictures and It makes me think twice about visiting again!! Sad because I take my kids here in the past very often,I live in Orlando so it's a close getaway.

Everything was good except the checkout experience with the front desk lady Pamela! We have called and mentioned about bit late checkout and they constantly bothered us and made us feel get out the property. We have been to 5 star hotels and when asking for late checkout with small kids, they are flexible. Here it was completely opposite. I will continue to go to other KOA but never to same one

An amazing stay with amazing staff as always! However I think you should notify guests before arrival that there is a no burn order in place. Not being able to have a campfire he's a big thing for our family and we would have preferred to know beforehand we may have made other arrangements for the weekend I know it's not your fault, but we would have liked those numbers. Thanks again!

Arrived and were told there was a ban on non-fires. They proceeded to sell us charcoal, lighter fluid and popcorn. When arrived at cabin there was no grill. When I called the front desk the woman told me “ I figured you had your own grill” . And said there are no grills on premises. This was how we were cooking during our stay. It was an incredible experience, the camping site is beautiful and with plenty of activities for kids. We loved our cabins and the whole experience.

We rented a two-room camping cabin, there was supposed to be a TV there was no TV. All night long the air conditioner would vibrate the whole cabin when it would kick on and off. And the electricity in K5 is definitely not right because the power would flicker on and off constantly and the light in the living room didn't like to come on. The neighbors were nodded out on the porch. Not a good thing

This was the best KOA I’ve ever stayed at. I always stay at them and I was here for 6 nights and I loved it. The nicest staff, clean facilities, and lots of things to keep you entertained. Will definitely be staying here again.

Loved the cabins. Mattress in the cabin could be more comfortable but we loved the campground! Key was not in envelope when we late checked in and received it via the night security an hour or two later.

Honestly it's a great place to stop when you driving long distances in an RV or visiting Florida, it's right on the i4 entrance and the wifi there is really good it is a lil hard to see it if you've never been and may pass by but other then that it's a great place and the staff are super nice and cool jon helped us out when we had a bit of a problem with our camper so yea id stay with em again

We stayed in a tent site. We loved the covered Pato area with each site and being so close to the playground. They had SO much stuff for the kids to do, they never got bored. The staff was beyond friendly and the campground was clean and bathrooms were great! The only downside is being close to the freeway and hearing that all night long. Besides the freeway, it is a perfect campground for families. We will be back and definitely recommend.
