Everything was nice and clean, and we had a good time. The only issue was the air conditioner. Did not work well.

What an exceptional team you have in place!!! They are kind, empathetic, and compassionate. They went above and beyond to help us as we evacuated from the hurricane. The property itself is really nice and very well maintained. Exceptional amenities and they were spotless. Do whatever you need to do to keep your team in place!!

The website said there was 1 cabin left. ALL of the cabins around us were empty. Only the most expensive 1 was the only 1 left. How convenient that THAT 1 was the only 1 left. I even went and looked, no other cars or campers came in or out of ANY of the cabins around us. We asked for alate check out, she said someone was coming right in after us. I went online. It was open for reservation.

We stayed for over a week. The bathrooms were clean and the store was nice. The pool was also great. There was no place to dump trash ourselves and leaving it outside was not an option between the copious amount of ants and squirrels.

Filthy cabins that smelled of urine. Floors were filthy, roaches daily on beds and walls. Mattresses had mouse poop on them and sticky residue/spilled fluids that had not been cleaned up. Pool was clean, overall campground well maintained and clean bathrooms. However the cabins were disgusting and we will not ever stay here again.

Overall, the amenities are as described. May only complaint is with the lack of maintenance and a disregard for cleanliness. The cabin had multiple places that daylight could be seen thru. The cabin also had poor/exposed electrical wiring. The cabin had active signs of termites with visible damage was also ant infested. The floor were found dirty covered in animal hair.

Long term:BEWARE! Long term area is up the hill past the nice KOA seen on the website. Constant sewage smell, tall weeds and snakes, old storage trailers and vehicles on blocks. Sites are small & unlevel. Unable to use firepit. With the exception of Julie, ofc staff we encountered don't greet you & are unfriendly. Petrified dog poop in K9 Kamp. Embarrassed to have company. NOT KOA STANDARDS

This has to be the worst camp ground I ever stayed in , the staff is very disrespectful humans, there shower houses had roaches crawling everywhere at night , the laundry room ac never worked , So you can only know how that is in fl , but I will never stay there again

We loved the cabin! Our last trip, it rained the entire time. This trip, the heat was brutal-so we have not taken advantage of all the great amenities. (Perhaps we need a winter trip!) The cabin and campground were clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Office and ground staff very friendly helpful welcoming. Bathrooms clean well kept. We’d definitely camp here again. From ROC NY family vacation at Disney!

Everything was great! Plenty of things to keep the kids occupied. I only wish the pool was open until at least 10pm. That's when quiet hours start at the campground. Currently closes at 9pm.

Horrible experience. Visible mold in the AC and on the beds! Mold stench was unbearable. Told staff about it but nothing was done. Internet/ TV doesnt work. The after hours line is a joke. Called multiple times with no answer or return call. My experience is consistent with other on-line reviews. Wish I would have read those reviews before deciding to stay here.

Cabin & bathrooms/showers were clean and comfortable! The playground and pool were awesome! It was our first time staying at a KOA, the front desk staff was great, super friendly and we'll definitely be staying at KOAs again!

Very uncourteous and lazy staff. I visit many KOA's and I've never found this to be a problem. They rented me a cabin without checking to see if it was operational. It was not. They told me it had been down for the last week and refused to do anything about it including a discount or a refund or change of cabin.

Was visiting our daughter and taking our granddaughter and friend to Universal Studios. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and nice. This is our second stay at this KOA. Had difficulty with internet and cable. But it was cleared up on the last couple of days of our stay. Will be back in the future.

Pool and playground area were fantastic. I wish the cable television selections were better, nothing for children to watch at night or sports for adults.

Friendly, helpful staff, as always. I was working on some projects and had some boxes I was going to take home to recycle since I didn’t think KOA should have to deal with my excess, but someone was kind enough to take them for me. Greatly appreciated! The only point of feedback, my daughter took the dog to the dog park area and other owners had not picked up after them, so she had to leave.

This campground is the epitome of a continuous improvement mentality. Every year we visit there have been added benefits and improvements. Excited to see them again in 2024 if not sooner!

Nice campsite, great employees that were very considerate about letting us change sites when we first got to the campground due to wanting to be out from trees because we use a starlink for internet. The only issue was in site 48 where we stayed, the sewer hookup is elevated almost a foot above the ground and made draining the tanks interesting.

Honestly it's a great place to stop when you driving long distances in an RV or visiting Florida, it's right on the i4 entrance and the wifi there is really good it is a lil hard to see it if you've never been and may pass by but other then that it's a great place and the staff are super nice and cool jon helped us out when we had a bit of a problem with our camper so yea id stay with em again

We stayed in a tent site. We loved the covered Pato area with each site and being so close to the playground. They had SO much stuff for the kids to do, they never got bored. The staff was beyond friendly and the campground was clean and bathrooms were great! The only downside is being close to the freeway and hearing that all night long. Besides the freeway, it is a perfect campground for families. We will be back and definitely recommend.
