I tried to make a reservation over the phone but got voice mail. I waited 2 hours and by then my family of 4 was already at the campground. She asked what kind of vehicle we had and I said our boat is big enough and it sleeps 5. The lady at the front desk said they don't allow boats. I never saw anything like that on their site so I asked if that is the way all koas work and she said no.

Nice place with a lot of amenities. We were unable to use any of them because the weather was so bad( due to an unprecedented winter storm). Staff was very helpful and friendly. We would stay at this KOA again.

It was terrible. I rented a deluxe cabin and we did not have a working toilet the whole three night stay. We asked for it to be fixed and they said they didn’t have the parts to repair it. I was given a $30 credit. I was staying with my father who is a senior citizen and two small children walking to the bathroom was a major inconvenience!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Everything about this campground was incredible. However, the traffic in front of the campground was beyond words. It was a nightmare to go anywhere. There was 24x7 traffic jam on all 4 lanes in both directions. Inside the campground was truly paradise.

Great registration process, great sites by pool, convenient on site garbage pickup, great patio & fire brick ring. Great location.

The only downside was that the cabin's charger didn't work, causing some inconvenience to our plans.

Extremely rude maintenance staff. Terrible location. Ant infestation that maintenance refused to address. Way too expensive to be treated with such disrespect. Would not recommended.

(1) site was grossly uneven, 7 inches from front to back, and we were in a supposedly premium site? (2) dog park stunk of urine very badly. Surely there is something u can spray to keep the odor down? It was not a pleasant experience.

Due to winter storm (ice in Eastern Tennessee and Northern Georgia), we contacted about arriving one day late. We arrived one day late into our reservation. No problem, no questions, no late cancelation charge. Upon check in, you don't control weather, we're just glad your here safe "enjoy your stay". Will stay again, anytime we are in the area.

Pro: Excellent friendly staff with warm welcome; great location. Quiet considering close to I4. CONS: Unlevel site making it hard to level mh; low water pressure; close sites - we got patio thinking more room but was not; big concern on fire pit - did not use for fear of damage to mh since very close to slides as well as neighbors mh; terrible wifi.

Nice campground- wish I knew about the construction going on next door before we booked. There is road noise from the highway but can't hear it inside. Sites are tight with double slides but doable. Staff was very friendly, clean laundry room, pool looked nice but it was too cold to use it.

I asked when we checked in, as well when I requested it in the app during booking; to have fire wood delivered. It was never delivered. Additionally the people in the class A directly behind us with the fence around their bus I believe it would be spot 18 on the end were extremely rude and vulgar

Resort is very clean. Nice amenities. The traffic in the Orlando area sometimes not good but otherwise a great stay.

It was very nice clean bathrooms, staff very helpful in information, during new years yes people did have fun but it was quite after a few minutes of celebration after midnight

L’autoroute c’est bruyant mais sinon le personnel est très accueillant le site est très propre.��� Nous aurions aimé qu’une clôture pour protéger nos biens et nos petit enfants soit à l’entrée pour éviter que n’importe puisse entrer à tout moment.

Kids had a great time playing. Cabin was clean and new. Amenties were great. Reason why we rated it 3 star was bc two of the 3 nights we stayed, we had no heat. We didn’t sleep very well waking up to 64 degrees inside and having to use the stove to get some heat. Staff came by a few times and tried to fix it but nothing worked. We would’ve stayed longer had we had heat but no one could help.

We spent 8 very impressive days at orlando southwest koa. Huge size rv lots. Very elaborate play area suited for kids of all ages. All buildings are immaculately kept. Staff are courteous and helpful. We would definitely recommend this koa.

Kiddie pool was not heated and was very cold for little one’s. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Facilities were clean and well kept.

Everything was good until I walked in cabin 11. Had to clean the dirt and hair on the bed frames. Full of dog hair. 1st night I was itching and didn’t know why. I woke up to find beg bugs on the bed and 1 on my neck. That was the end of it. I decided to wash all our clothes bed sheets and pack everything back in my car. By 7pm the cabin was empty. I slept in my car & by morning left. Never again

This is our 2nd time staying at this KOA and we love it. The playground is a hit with the kids and we love the tent sites are right beside it. The facilities are clean and inviting. Only wished they would have had a little NYE celebration planned this year, but otherwise it’s great. Thanks

The KOA has changed a lot for the better the past few years. You can tell they have worked hard to update it. The bathrooms and amenities are beautiful. It is close to Orlando but will still take about an hour to get to attractions due to heavy traffic. Downside (outside of KOA control) in the city and it is loud. Not a nature enthusiast KOA.

Great Stay, Excellent Tent Sites and Close to the Bathrooms. (rare). Super busy area , Traffic is a nightmare outside the park. Hot Tub would be a great addition. Super Nice KOA. It is kept very clean.

Had a few problems in the beginning with the AC; However Sharon, Debbie , Scott and other Staff did what they could to correct it and accommodate me & my family. Five Stars for Effort. 😊 Awesome Location! Great Staff! Enjoyed the Trip! Would Definitely recommend this location! ❤️😊

Definitely love staying here with the camper. The camping sites are very clean and well organized. Its super easy to pull in and out and set up/ take down is so simple. The pool is beautiful and the park is perfect for kids! We really like this location because its a perfect distance from Disney.

Great KOA. I stayed in the little cabin. The area was clean, easy to find and the check in was smooth. I got there after hours and it was easy to locate my cabin. Clean facilities and lots of families that I am assuming were resting for the parks. Would reccomend,
