We stayed for two nights in a small cabin with our two 6 year old boys. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole grounds and the friendliness of the staff. My boys really enjoyed the playground and being able to ride their bikes. We went to dinner Friday night and returned to find a heater on our porch which was very nice since the temperatures got down into the 30's that night.

Extremely well kept campground. Bathrooms are sparkling clean and are newly remodeled. We stayed in a camping cabin which had everything we needed ... AC/Heat, comfortable double bed, TV, and mini fridge. The two twin bunk beds would be small for adults, but are fine for kids. It's close to Orlando attractions and even did Busch Gardens in Tampa. Highly recommend.

Nothing special. Slab was cracked the internet was down and not that good when working. Difficult to get in and out because of traffic. Very noisy. Sirens every night several times

The park was too crowded the coach next to me pulled his second car up against our coach running over our water lines. I tried to get their attention, they wouldn't even look back. There was no enforcement of park rules' Their vehicle continued to park up against us for two days. We had zero privacy.

Every one was absolutely amazing as always. Only issue was with some people that don’t know how to discipline their kids. They kids run out in front of cars or they throw their bikes and scooters down in front of other people’s vehicles and just leave them. Employees are awesome though

You advertised a level grassy site and it was far from being level. The whole purpose for us to get a pull thru is so we don’t have to unhook our car and we would have had to do that to be level on that site. Very disappointed.

It was pretty great. The park is clean, easy to get in and out of, and feels fairly safe. We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the comfort stations as well. The park internet went down one night, but thankfully I was able to help the maintenance guy narrow it down to a bad breaker and I worked up a bandaid until someone can fix it for real.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay, we can’t wait to book again and come back. The amenities are outstanding and have so much for the kids to do. Our cabin was a great fit for my family of 6. The shower/bath house where clean and never had any issues. Can’t wait to book again.

Everything is great the only issue is the people I. Spot 44 with the 2 kids. They let them throw their bikes and scooters down in front of other people’s vehicles and don’t care if they hit your camper or car with a football.

Deluxe cabin was nice, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean, everything worked as expected. However during our stay employees were working on a project outside of our cabin . This project involved ripping up grass and dirt using heavy machinery then laying cabling in the ground. This project was noisy and dirty, it was disruptive to some of our time being spent trying to relax on the patio.

The kampground and staff are excellent, and the grounds were outstanding. Everyone at the park was friendly and helpful. Fortunately for us we were not using the park for trips into Orlando or the Theme parks. I-4 backs up and is gridlocked north into Orlando, while I recommend the park as great place to stay, you really need to factor in traffic delays into your travel times north. Happy Kamping.

We really liked staying at the southwest KOA camp. The camp is well run with a great staff. The facilities are well kept and there are a lot of them. The only negative is out of KOA’s control and that is the traffic on I4 and Hwy 27 is terrible most hours of the day and night.

Great place to stay. Traffic is heavy in the area so be prepared to be in traffic. Example Disney 12 miles away takes almost an hour to get there.

Personnel was outstanding, helpful, and very friendly! Due to an unexpected change in plans, I had to leave early, and there was no problem with the cancellation or refund. Plus, as an RV newbie, I needed help in finding a more suitable sewer hose that came with my new RV. They came down to my campsite, looked over what I had, told me what I needed, did not have, but told me what to order! Thanks!

We were in site 125 pull through need to work on the ground it was sand so backing up with the trailer or with out the trailer the rear wheels where spinning plus there was a black electric cord that was exposed above ground That is a MAJOR issue needs to be addressed ASAP Otherwise was a great place friendly staff

We reserved an RV spot. The park is very well kept. Loved the garbage pickup service and the laundry room was very convenient! Very clean. We would definitely stay at KOA southwest again!

Bob n Cathy were very helpful during our stay. Every KOA needs workers like these 2. 2 ND visit here. Close to rt 4 but the traffic noise wasn't bad. Everything close without the disney stress. ALOT of dog poop around even though there are doggie bag station. This is the pet owners responsibility.

The campground was very clean. The bathrooms were the cleanest we have at a KOA. Showers were spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a few problems in the beginning with the AC; However Sharon, Debbie , Scott and other Staff did what they could to correct it and accommodate me & my family. Five Stars for Effort. 😊 Awesome Location! Great Staff! Enjoyed the Trip! Would Definitely recommend this location! ❤️😊

Definitely love staying here with the camper. The camping sites are very clean and well organized. Its super easy to pull in and out and set up/ take down is so simple. The pool is beautiful and the park is perfect for kids! We really like this location because its a perfect distance from Disney.

Great KOA. I stayed in the little cabin. The area was clean, easy to find and the check in was smooth. I got there after hours and it was easy to locate my cabin. Clean facilities and lots of families that I am assuming were resting for the parks. Would reccomend,
