We have stayed at this KOA multiple times. The facilities are always clean and well cared for. It is super convenient to both Tampa and Orlando area attractions.

I stayed in a tent site for one night after going to the Sun n' Fun Airshow in Lakeland, FL. I really enjoyed my experience at the Orlando Southwest KOA because of it's close location to I-4, clean restrooms/showers, and having a light post at each tent site (this really helps!). Additionally, I sincerely appreciate the 10% Hero's Discount for Military Veterans. Keep up the great work!

Stayed over for the night. Check in staff and escort were super nice. Stayed at site 43. Campsites were very close and short. Site was sandy with tree roots and the tree needs some trimming as branches are hanging low. Concrete pad is broken. Overall campground is nice with nice facilities. Everything you need is close by. Entertainment, food, fuel and supplies.

Convenient location with a great playground for kids. . 2 of the 4 washers were out of order for over a month. Dryers took for ever to dry clothes. They need to be updated for sure. Bathrooms and showers were very clean and trash was picked up several times of day. Strong smell of sewer gas frequently prevented us from opening our windows and sitting outside. Too many old storage trailers YUCK!

Everything was top notch. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We will defiantly be returning in the future. If only we could do something about the traffic on I 4.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was very very well maintained koa was very impressed the kids playground area was amazing and bathrooms were very cleaned. Debbie and guy from housekeeping were great. This location is pretty close to Disney evethying was about 15-20 mins. Definitely staying here again

This camp was perfect for our Disney visits. Then decided to stay longer due to the warm weather. The staff were amazing and we enjoyed all of the amenities. Great job! We will be back

This was an unplanned stay due to a tire blowout earlier in the day. I was able to find a site and reserve it while waiting for roadside assistance. By the time I arrived, I was exhausted emotionally and physically. The pull-through site with the power post, water, and sewer nearby made the trailer setup much easier.

Perfect spot to store our coach for a month. The park location itself is a bit far from everything; it usually takes about 40 mins-one hour to get to the Disney or Universal. Everyone at the office is so kind and helpful!

Excellent office and outside staff. You can see the teamwork. Very clean campground with many modern upgrades. Campground should not allow very old trashy campers and an old junky vehicle in view of all to see. Front entrance sign on rt. 27 is a disaster and needs replacing asap. These items do not represent your high standards and hard work to keep this KOA one of the best.

We stayed here for two weeks. This survey asked about our last two days. My husband fell sick during our original 5 day stay. I kept extending—9 times. The park was never full. On the last day, I called 6X to extend. No answered. Then, Deb calls me, at 11:30 knowing our situation, very rudely tells me “you have to get out we have a 20 caravan coming in”. How about answer your phone

I was alittle leery about choosing this location because of the proximity to I4 but the highway noise was not an issue at all. Bathhouses and grounds were clean the entire 6-7 days we were there. Staff was very friendly and also helped me accommodate a last minute change with such a great attitude!! Thanks again y’all and we will see you again soon!!

The cabin was infested with bed bugs & unfortunately as per recent reviews it is an ongoing problem they have yet to rectify. We did receive a refund but silence from management after lodgings complaint & voicemails. If they are taking steps to remediate it’s definitely not enough. We love the KOA brand but seriously would avoid this one. Disappointed in the lack of response from manager.

This was a great KOA for the trip we made to visit LegoLand. My Granddaughter loved and used the pool several times. My Grandson loved the bounce pad at the playground area. As close as we were to I-4, the traffic noise was minimal. The Campground is close to several good places to eat and easy to get in and out. The only minor issue is the sites are small compared to other KOA's. WGB!

Nice campground but it’s in a very heavy trafficed area and was very noisy. Hard to fall asleep with all the police and die engines noise

I really like this park. It was quiet even though I4 is fairly close. And everyone we met was friendly and the price was good comparedto other parks in the area.. Will definitely stay again. My only complaint is not their fault but there is construction on I4 making travel around their extremely difficult.

Stay was great. Staff at office was efficient, not necessarily friendly. Facilities were clean. Lot was sloped a little more than our rig level well. Overall a good visit. Thank you!

Garbage is an issue. No access after 4. Office closes on or before 5 pm only one person. Sites should be cleaner not unkept between campers. Traffic and noise take away from sleeping. Fire pit on premium site was falling apart. Not the same park as my four prior visits.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was very nice. The vent in the bathroom is falling out of the ceiling and the register in the floor of the bathroom is in the spot where you stand in front of the mirror and it's not comfortable to stand on. Otherwise it was great and I would stay again.

This is the 4th Springbreak we've stayed at Southwest KOA. Overall, it is the best campground we've stayed at! Bath house is always clean, staff is excellent, and the pool and playground are the main attractions. Grat location and plenty of space around the campground. Improvements: fence and lighting around basketball and pickle ball courts. Another light at tent shelter, & HOT TUB!

Great place to enjoy the campground while being close enough to theme parks as well. The kids played for hours at the park and our dog enjoyed her first camping trip.

Had a few problems in the beginning with the AC; However Sharon, Debbie , Scott and other Staff did what they could to correct it and accommodate me & my family. Five Stars for Effort. 😊 Awesome Location! Great Staff! Enjoyed the Trip! Would Definitely recommend this location! ❤️😊

Definitely love staying here with the camper. The camping sites are very clean and well organized. Its super easy to pull in and out and set up/ take down is so simple. The pool is beautiful and the park is perfect for kids! We really like this location because its a perfect distance from Disney.

Great KOA. I stayed in the little cabin. The area was clean, easy to find and the check in was smooth. I got there after hours and it was easy to locate my cabin. Clean facilities and lots of families that I am assuming were resting for the parks. Would reccomend,
