Everyone was so friendly, always a smile and a wave for us. I especially liked that they escorted us to our sites, which avoided us driving around aimlessly looking for them. They delivered campfire wood & ice to our sites. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Big kudos on the clean bathrooms & showers. I’ve camped many times in many different places & these were the cleanest bathrooms.

We just did a stop over/one night stay. Bathrooms were modern and clean. Tent site was good with the crushed gravel pad. Had some very loud and rude campers down a couple sites from us, and it seemed that camp personnel were hanging out with them. So instead of stopping the late night loud activities, the staff were contributing to it. That was highly disappointing.

The stay is great lots of activities. However on both visits that I made . There has been campers that have been loud way past the quiet time . The staff did take care of it but I saw them ask them to be quite 3xs befor they actually were and it went till about midnight . I feel louder larger groups should have a one time warning and asked to leave after that. kids driving golf carts but not well

I was in site 19. Not only was it all rocks ( we tent ) but wet. Not too keen on that stay. Asked for another site, told it would dry and be ok. The rocks dried. I love that campground but as an avid camper, I would like to be heard on my site choices.

Our stay was fun and relaxing. Everyone (work campers and campers) were very nice and friendly. We wished we could have stayed longer! Perfection!

My stay was excellent. I enjoyed the site I was given as well as it’s proximity to the restrooms. However, the picnic table at site #110 is a hazard. I say this because the bench legs attached to the table were protruding out from the bench…I hit my shins/knees on the legs several times. No other issues noted at all.

Great location, well maintained facilities, and organized.

All was well until my camping table was stolen off of our campsite. No effort from management to right the wrong to gain a future repeat customer. Safe to say I will not be booking here again and have doubts about booking a KOA at all again. Really unfortunate situation.

Friendly staff, arrival and check-in were easy even though I arrived late. The camp site (127, primitive) is clean, roomy, and secluded enough to make this tent camper happy, yet not far from restroom/showers. I had planned to spend only one night but liked it enough to extend my stay to all three nights of my visit to the area. Staff was very helpful in this regard also.

Campsite was in good condition and electric and water connections were working. The bathrooms were clean but had a big water spill that didn’t get cleaned during our entire stay. We could not get our campsite allocation and reaching thru phone got no response at all till we left. They leave envelops for after hours checkin but in case of any issues with that, you will be left out for entire nigh

Great Maiden Voyage Spot! We took a short trip from Connecticut for our maiden voyage with our new camper and were very impressed with our stay at the Northampton/Springfield KOA. Our pull-through site included a pet pen, grill, table, and chairs—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The campground was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly. While we were hoping the camp store offered a bit more in terms of supplies, it didn't take away from the overall great experience. We definitely recommend adding this KOA to your travel list!

This KOA is in the middle of nowhere so it is quiet with no train or freeway noise. Walmart was about 15-20 minutes away. We didn't realize it was a Halloween weekend so there were many children running around , with quite a few unsupervised, which seems to be the norm at many campgrounds these days. Many campsites were decorate, nicely, for Halloween, in the upper area. The KOA had a variety of activities, for kids, Halloween related. They even had a “haunted house “. Stay in the lower area if you are traveling with kids where the playground etc are. We moved sites to a satellite friendly one which was cheaper. When I asked for a price adjustment , I was told they spent a lot of time moving things around to accommodate us. I asked again for a reduced price and got it. I did tell the office I appreciated them doing this.

Out of the way campground. Very peaceful. Wood prices are a little high. Their are a few places on the way there you can grab wood if you have cash. We paid $18.00 for 2 bundles.
