Our Sydney, NS KOA campground host was quite friendly and very accommodating of our special needs. The campground facilities were well maintained and cleanliness was clearly a priority. Highly recommended.

I notice that almost no improvement were made to the camground in the last 10 years. I'm expecting more from a KOA campground.

Beautiful view by the water and lots of space on the site. Limited washroom but we had it to ourselves so it worked out. Great location to drive the Cabot Trail.

The person who checked us in was lovely and helpful. We arrived very late on the ferry but it was not a problem at all. The wifi worked great and the facilities were super clean.

I stayed there one night with a tent. The site is beautiful and quiet. The rock formation behind the camping is impressive. The only thing I would've liked is a machine to get change for the laundry, but it's definitely just a detail. Other than that, it's a very nice place to camp

We stayed in a tent for two nights. We thought the site sizes were awesome, we didn't feel crammed next to our neighbour. The bathroom was clean and close by. And lastly, the staff was amazing, brought the canoe down to the river for us and provided us some supplies to start a bonfire. We just can't say enough nice things about them!

Nous sommes arrivées un jour de pluie. Les terrains mal conçus (gazonnés, manque d’arbre) étaient tous inondés de grandes flaques d’eau, où il était impossible d’y poser une tente. Il n’y a aucun abri ou cuisine couverte, et sans arbre, on ne peut accrocher de toile. Nous avons dû trouver un terrain mieux adapté ailleurs, évidemment sans possibilité de remboursement.

Booked a site to stay over night as I was driving in from Halifax to catch the noon ferry to Port Aux Basques the next day. Arrived late to the site around 1130. Staff was amazing. Greeted me with their golf cart as I was looking for my spot and they upgraded me to a better spot to give us some time with lights to set up. Very clean facilities. Definitely would stay again if need be. Best kind

The girl who checked us in waiting about 20 minutes past 8 for us which is above and beyond what she needed. We felt very safe at this campground and everything was clean!

This KOA was simply wonderful. The views were spectacular and such a blessing to wake up to every morning. The staff was exceptional- always accommodating, working hard, and making sure we had the best experience possible. The sites were wonderful and walking around the campground I always felt safe. It was such a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful campground, amazing view and great facilities. Owner and staff very welcoming and a pleasure to stay with. This is our fourth trip en route to Newfoundland and definitely a must stay at for a few nights
