North Sydney / Cabot Trail KOA Reviews

Not alot happening at this koa compared to other koa camps I have stayed at. Its clean staff are friendly and it has a view so if you have kids and your looking to just hit the road the next day then that works.

One night in tent enroute for Nfld., and return trip we had a cabin. Both stays were pleasant and had no issues. Clean bathrooms and utilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Park Manager was extremely helpful. We loved the campground and hope to come back and stay longer the next time. It was great!

We were were on our way to Newfoundland and booked in at this site for a few days before our ferry was leaving so we could visit the Cabot Trail. This site was amazing, excellent. Excellent staff and ownership and very clean. Amazing views as well! Sites are big for trailers to pull through as well as the cabin that we stayed in was sufficient for what we needed. I would definitely return to this

Great centrally located spot Owner Very accommodating with changes in schedule (we extended stay, and then had to shorten it back to original number of days due to hurricane arriving. Fairly well appointed, spacious cabin but visitors must bring their own linens - ok to do, but we may have not been informed of such until we arrived and had to purchase at a store approx 10 miles away

7 nights in camping cabin, friendly knowledgeable staff, scenic location, quiet area. No issues here.

Our stay was really enjoyable and the Host - Staff were great. Especially Bonnie.

My wife and I always stay at KOA campsites either in tent or cabins if available.. facilities are always clean and staff are wonderful ..

We stayed in the Cozy Kabin. Amazing view and value.

This location did not seem to match KOA standards. Washrooms and showers were not cleaned every day, grass was not cut, laundry facilities are outside and very dirty. It seemed very understaffed and unorganized.

Wonderful owners. Very accommodating. We had to change our plans a couple times. They were very helpful and pleasant. If we come by this way again, we will definitely have to stay here again!

The camp is pretty and laid out nice. But my deluxe cabin had rusty forks and knives. The coffee maker was full of dust. I feel they did not do a good spring cleaning on the cabins. I was disappointed with the product I got.

Cabin was very nice. Mattresses on the beds are so cold, winter sheets or a thick blanket is a must to cover mattresses. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pet friendly was a bonus for my aging old doggy. No pool or swiming access suitable for children was a big down fall. No rec hall or activities were available. The kids were a little disappointed in the playground area. Not much there.

First time at a campground with our two young children and we loved the deluxe cabine/lodge. Our children loved the playground, mini putt, the bunk beds and campfires at night. The lodge was clean, spacious and met all our needs. We will definitely recommend to family/friends and we will be back again! Thank you

Always so clean, very friendly owners and would go above and beyond to make sure your stay there was exceptional. We have been going there for years and always leaving as happy campers can't wait to go back. Thank you so very much Bonnie and Jason.

Everything was great, the people who run this campground are very very nice and helpful, and the property was very clean. We will be recommending this KOA to everyone
