Good location with friendly staff and a great view of the bridge. Missing some of the typical KOA amenities we've come to expect trash pickup (or highlight on the map location of disposal) and dog poppy stations.

It was great , very friendly and helpful owner and staff .Nice layout to the park .Good size sites , with nice view ,and everything we needed . It was the prefect location for us to catch the ferry and the 1/2 day rate to park your trailer , while waiting for the evening ferry trip is absolutely brilliant , WAY to go that was perfect as there is nowhere in town to park while waiting .

The electrical supply at the North Sydney/Cabot Trail KOA was not usable. The voltage coming into the post was 265 volts and our motorhome would not accept that high of a reading. Therefore, we dry camped. When we were plugged into the pole, the power surged.

Very relaxing to sit and watch the fishing boats in front of us. Laundry and washrooms were very clean. Staff even gave our dog a treat while we were out walking

Great: the campground has friendly hosts, clean toilets and showers, nice sites with (in our case) a nice view on the river and the bridge. Not so great: the overall surroundings (the campground seems to be build on a former excavation and there is some noise from the nearly road.

This is one of our favorite KOA campgrounds. This was our third visit here and we already have reservations for a week in late Sept/early Oct. They are very friendly and accommodating, and the park is always kept immaculately clean. Thank you.

We stayed at the North Sydner/Cabot Trail KOA for the Celtic Colours Festival in October. It was very quiet and pleasant. The view from our campsite was spectacular.

Only stayed one evening as we wanted to be near the ferry terminal. Staff were very friendly and even have someone show you to where your site is, which was excellent. Park was nice and clean.

Scenic spot, clean. Helpful staff/owners. Road noise from nearby highway a bit of distraction, but not enough to prevent staying again. One of only campgrounds open when we went through area in mid October.

We had the most wonderful stay, and the campground is amazing. The most beautiful view of the water, and very quiet and well maintained. Our son was married on the weekend we stayed, and the owners let us leave our Motorhome….free of charge….so we could take our other son to the airport. We highly recommend this campground and the people go above and beyond to welcome you.

Bonnie and Jason are exceptional guests ! We were the only one in their Campground when Fiona hit the coast and the were nice enough to make us room and adapted electrical hook up behind their house so we could be away from the 120 km / winds !!! Thanks again !!

After an exhausting ferry ride from NFLD it was nice to have a clean, close place to lay our heads down and relax especially in the aftermath of hurricane Fiona. Warm and hospitable our host Bonnie was. Truly a step above all other campgrounds!

Some unusual campsites, but bathrooms were clean. Owner, Bonnie, was very nice and gave helpful info regarding driving the Cabot Trail. Also appreciated that she accommodated our one day delay in arriving due to weather conditions on PEI and unable to cross the Confederation Bridge.

Beautiful campground, amazing view and great facilities. Owner and staff very welcoming and a pleasure to stay with. This is our fourth trip en route to Newfoundland and definitely a must stay at for a few nights
