View was awesome. Friendly staff. But site was nowhere close to the only bath/showers… couldnt walk uphill and taking road to thrm was too long.

Notre voisin était tellement proche que nous avons dû garder nos rideaux fermés constamment, car nous avions l'impression que le voisin était dans notre roulotte. We had a nice stay. However the sites are very small and really packed in. The road to where we were placed was very narrow and on a sheer drop off making backing in our 21’ trailer a bit challenging. Be aware of this for a bigger rig. This is really the only reason I rated it a 4 star. The location is good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nous étions là pour visiter la Forteresse de Louisbourg et la Cabot Trail, le camping est situé entre les deux. Notre emplacement était situé au centre du deuxième plateau. Quelle vue magnifique sur la rivière et le pont! Les terrains sont un peu petits, donc difficile à stationner si un gros VR, mais une fois installé, c'est magnifique! The owner was very nice and waited up late for us to arrive. The area was extremely well kept and clean with easy access with my truck and 5th wheel total length 51ft. Great access to water, electricity and sewage port. The view was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed our stay alot and will definitely stay again next year on our journey.

Nicely groomed campground overlooking the Great Bras d’Or. Our site was on a tier (of an old reclaimed gravel mine) and getting in was tight. Water pressure was low causing problems for our on demand hot water system. Staff are wonderful and allowed us a late checkout before we caught the ferry to Newfoundland. By the way, the campground is only 20min away from the Marine Atlantic.

Next to the Sami dump and 40ft to the hall that had live rock band. We were never warned. Very loud and smelly. Washrooms were miles away. Longtime members and sorry to be so disappointed.

Friendly family run KOA. Beautiful view from the campsite. Unfortunately, there was no water when we arrived, but the team remedied within a few hours. Facilities are a bit dated but basic needs provided.

The managers made every effort in making our stay as effortless and easy as possible. From escorting us to our lovely site and providing us with firewood, kindling and a conveniently positioned fire ring, they made us feel quite at home and welcome. And their advice on Ubering back and forth to the ferry to Halifax saved us much stress and trouble. Thank you, North Sydney/Cabot Trail KOA!!

Sites are very clean and spacious. The tiered campsites are something I’ve not seen and thought it was a great use of space and allows views for all.Facilities are clean and very easy to access. Views are spectacular. Owners/staff were very welcoming and helpful. Well worth the journey and stay to Cape Breton, highly recommend this campground.

Well maintained campground, clean as well. Operators and staff ere very friendly and service oriented. Not a lot of privacy (as with most KOAs, but the view of the bridge from the elevated site was extraordinary for a KOA.

Beautiful campground, amazing view and great facilities. Owner and staff very welcoming and a pleasure to stay with. This is our fourth trip en route to Newfoundland and definitely a must stay at for a few nights
