The staff was wonderful and the camp sights clean

My motorhome broke down and this busy campground made room for me for 2 nights. The owner/manager, I forget her name was fantastic. She even gave me a contact for a Truck Repair shop that came out the next day to fix the motorhome. Highly recommended.

Super friendly host, beautiful scenery. Fun lawn games. Good tasting water at sights.

Nice campground with a view overlooking a lake. Restrooms were clean and showers had good hot water and water pressure. Good access to The Cabot Trail and The Fortress of Louisbourg.

Nous y sommes resté 6 nuits. Le point fort du camping, son emplacement, central pour plein d'activités autour de Sydney et Cape Breton. Le camping n'offre que très peu d'activités, pas de piscine. Le plus gros problème était notre emplacement. Très peu d'espace pour manoeuvrer. Je bloquais le chemin (sans issue) au moment d'installer ou de désinstaller la roulotte. Pas digne d'un KOA!

We’ve been a few times. This time was for a stop over for the ferry to Newfoundland and on the way back very close and convenient. They greet you and always have someone show you to your site and make sure you’re aware of the hook ups. A service that is very nice

The owner/operator is lovely and very helpful. The place is well kept and the dog pen and small beach were just perfect. The sites up on the hill are a little challenging to park into but nothing major. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean campground. They were accommodating to our needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable

Très beau camping tranquille, belle vue sur le Bras d'Or et sur une falaise à même le camping. Bonnie, la propriétaire est très sympatique !

Location was awesome. Staff were nice. Sites needed some TCL. Electricity seemed to be a major issue. Expected better from a KOA.

Wood was only delivered at 7pm. Washrooms were clean. Out in the open - not ideal for tents.

Originally planned to stay here for two nights, but ended up extending because our family absolutely loved it. The owner Bonnie and her son Tanner were amazing hosts. Facilities are clean and well kept and there are plenty of available on-site activities for everyone (mini golf, canoes, gym, etc.). The location is also fantastic being so close to the Cabot Trail and many other beautiful sites.

Although seemed simple the camp caretakers do an awesome job on upkeep. Everything is very clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Bonnie

Clean sites and washrooms. Great Place for Star Gazers. Awestriking Sunrises and Moonrises across the bay waters. Beautiful trade winds as well. It is also less than 20km to the North Sydney Ferry Dock to New Found Land.

Great place, great view, great staff!
