From I-40: Take Exit 432 to 25W-70, then 1 mile to KOA on right.
From I-81: Take Exit 8 to 25E south for 12 miles, then right on 25W-70 to KOA 1/3 mile on left.
Extended Stay sites available during our off season. For extended stay's during our peak season, call for availability. These sites are very limited. Pricing varies.
You will be assured a good time. Play in the pool in the summer or scout the mountains in the winter and see the changing of the leaves and the snow capped mountains. In about 30 to 45 minutes you can be in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg to enjoy the excitement they offer. Call early for reservations.
