This was our first time here. We had a wonderful time. Our sight was a tight spot and not much room to sit outside, but we will be back. As busy as it was it was quiet. I do wish there were more showers/bathrooms.

Very nice sites and restrooms…amenities top notch but could use more pool hours and rentals at the lake would have been a nice plus.

Three things: 1. Yellowjackets are awful. You will not be able to sit outside without dealing with them. The traps they provide do little to reduce the infestation. 2. They close the swimming pool at 5:30. They say it’s because of staffing, but that’s what management is for. 3. The camp store is open only 3 days a week. Again because of staffing, but that’s what Managment is for.

One *very* picky improvement: install std. hose bib water outlet for water at the dump stations. Was unable to run sani-flush waste cleaning for black-water tank. Comments RE: the customer service attitude of host personnel... Chk-in gentleman was EXCELLENT. He was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the Chk-out lady was very abrasive and demanding due to being couple mins. > 12:00pm

First time staying at KOA, usually stay at State parks or NP. Very nice, clean, comfy, quiet and in the forest! Lake was quaint, more of a large pond but fun to cool off on some very hot days! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at little diamond. The clubhouse could use some maintenance in regards to pool and ping pong tables and equipment.

It was fun but I think the staffing issue was unfortunately a negative for this trip. No fun activities such as boat rentals no kid activities at all. Limited pool time, no open fire in the fire rings (understandable) no access to the store during our stay. I would probably not have stayed if I new of these things unfortunately. Otherwise the campsite was good.

Everything was great except there is a heavy presence of yellowjackets that caused us to eat all our meals indoors.

Facilities are not as conveniently located as at most KOAs, I was disappointed that there were no full hook up sites as there are at most KOAs. Facilities are well maintained. The staff was Very Helpful and courteous!

Were sorry we didnt meet your expectations. This is a 360 acre park! The store, playground, sports courts are centrally located, and you are able to drive to pool or fishing lake. We do have a limited number of sewer sites, were sorry you didnt understand that

Beautiful peaceful campground. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I want to congratulate Reese for the way she handled a man checking into the campground who was rude, mean and way out of line. She handled the situation with grace, dignity and way better than I would have.

Came for a family reunion. Our camp site was really nice and the clubhouse was a great place to gather for meals. The kids in the family really enjoyed the pool. Love that you have a little dog park too

Good size space though not very level. The facilities were a bit run down. We were disappointed that the boat rentals were not up and running. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

This is a very nice koa it i very quite and pretty. I would like to go here again but next time bring fishing poles and bikes. There are great walking trails and the bathrooms are very nice and clean with good showers. The koa also has pool and ping pong and a swimming pool.

The internet only worked at the office area . I had none where our site was . The restrooms in the tent city were amazing . I only wish the other near our site was that new. The game room was fun, lots to do and it was cool in there !! I think there should be ‘adult time’ in the evening in the spa. We got in very late after a baseball game in Spokane on one night & dinner in Coeur d' Leanne on another night. Found our site and hooked up without a problem. Would stay again to take advantage of the amenities. Beautiful sites.

Enjoyed our stay!!! When arrived checking tried to put us in another site next to road. Glad we had the site number from our confirmation so we're able to show to checking and get one confirmed.

This was our first KOA experience, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the campground and all that it offered. The sites were well maintained and the restrooms/shower rooms were super clean. We will definitely be back.

Was very happy with our stay. We stayed for just a weekend excursion Even though the temperatures were really hot the weekend we stayed. It was very quiet, the staff was amazing, we have another stay coming up during Labor Day and are looking forward to spending that weekend there too.

Only negative is the sewer clean out. There is no flush water outlet and the exit hose provided actually has a hole in it. Not able tho flush our black tank was a negative. The site was very nice and we liked the amenities.

trash left on site from previous guests the host used a power blower to clean patio but never picked up no sewer connections ( old park understood) but $45 fee to pump out excessive when charging a premium to camp at our “ premium site” the table and chairs were filthy and had not been cleaned in a while (plastic not wood ). won’t go back - very disappointed

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We are sorry that you felt the site was dirty. We offer two dump stations for guests to use, and offer a pump out service Wed-sat for a fee. The patio furniture is commercial rated.

It was fine. I did register for a camping spot with van. But was told I could not use tent site. So had to pay few more dollars for Rv spot instead. The spot they gave me was tight and hilly. Dryers where down first day but I did get to wash cloths next day. I go to Koas 1-3 times a month for showers and laundry. It wasn’t a terrible koa just wasn’t one of the nicest. Were sorry we didnt meet your expectations. Your reservation was for a tent site, but you showed up with a rv and we dont allow those on tent sites. We had called to clarify but didnt hear back. We were able to find you a rv site that was level and 25' long.

I rate it a 3 only because the staff is friendly. Otherwise, laundry and pool close at ridiculous hours. These policies make it so campers can't use them when they come back from exploring/hiking etc. You wonder what you're paying for because this KOA costs about the same as most other KOAs but there is no sewer and you don't really have time for the facilities.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations.The laundry is open from 8am-8pm seven days a week. the pool is now back open seven days a week! with no sign up/reservations which the state was mandating, limited us to 100 swimmers a day So we are happy to have it open daily without those restrictions

One of our favorite places. Has nice hikes, activities for the family, a pool, hot tub, and nice camp spaces. A store.

Awesome team who were patient and extremely helpful with all the great information. Facilities were clean and lots of options for keeping occupied. Bathrooms and showers spread out among the grounds, clean and easy to access. Good spot for a quick and easy get-away from town.
