kids not able to be in the lake. It is a mess and awful. Trees are a fire hazard. Most of the staff is terrible and impossible to deal with. Whatever those squirrel/prairie dog things are, they are all over the place. Near food, kids play area, every where. Health hazard for sure.

Were sorry we didn't meet your expectations.Folks can be in the small fishing lake. Not sure what trees were a problem?There was a lot of confusion as your guests didn't know which site you had them staying at. Never had any healthe issues with the ground squirrels.

Most sites lack sewer hookup. Otherwise a 5.

I loved the facilities and the amenities. The employees were very attentive. Not too crowded and we took full advantage of the pool and the lake. Bathrooms were clean and showers were hot.

Awesome campground! Bathrooms were always clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Campers were all nice and friendly. Store was nice but not open Sunday, I went to buy a souvenir for my son's 1st camp trip, next time. The only part I could say needed a little help was the pool and hot tub. It was nice to use and it was the 1st nice weekend but it had a lot of debris in it. Will go again

Nice campground and site. No Wi-Fi except near office unless you paid for it. One complaint was that if people arrive after hours they have to park in a field with no hook ups until morning. Most campgrounds leave your information in a night box so you can go to your site if you arrive late. That didn’t happen to us but I can imagine how it would have felt after a long day on the road.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. What I found surprising and most pleasing was that it was pretty quiet despite how many campers were in the campground.

Amazing grounds! Friendly staff. Filthy bathrooms!! Not sure how safe the oily substance is, that is sprayed on roads to keep dust down. That concerned me a bit, as kids and dogs are walking on it.

The campground is not kid/family friendly. The employees were rude and demeaning to the kids and parents like the kids were a nuisance. Employee Jake raised his voice stating "I don't care" when an explanation was asked for over some broken stupid rules. The campsite is beautiful and there is lots to do but it is ruined by the attitudes of the employees.

Were sorry we didnt meet your expectations. Employees were not rude to kids. They broke a boat lock, were asked multiple times to slow down dirt bikes, to ride on roads not on playground. finally told by mngr to park. We"re on playground after hrs and had to be told multiple times to leave area.

The koa was not as advertised. Store was only Friday/Saturday. Grounds were not maintained. People on atv/dirt bike running rampant through park/playground. No grass at site when pictures showed grass. No boat rentals due to “staffing issues”. Not a family friendly campground. This campground should be classified as a koa journey if the koa holiday amenities are not going to be offered.

WEre sorry we didnt meet your expectations. The website says boats currently closed, we are trying to do on saturdays as staffing allows. None of our Rv sites show grass and are all gravel pads. We have lots to do pool,spa fishing lake, bball, gaga pit, disc golf, clubhouse with game table etc!!

A lot of ammeneties were closed. The gift shop/ice cream shop was closed. No activities for kids. Time to bring them back. The woodsy area is perfect for a camping atmosphere. Pool is fun.

Were sorry we didnt meet your expectations. Currently our store is open on fridays and saturdays ice wood and worms are available at check in. Our planned activites are always on weekends. We have lots to do, playground pool, fishing lake, clubhouse, gaga pit, bball court, disc golf!!

Amazing facility and wonderful and inviting staff. Lots of family activities. We changed our full vacation to Little Diamond Lake KOA just for these reasons.

Overall the stay was nice. The first night some people didn't follow the quiet time rules but that was only the first time. The amenities and other activities were great for the kids and there was plenty to do. We will probably stay there again.

Really liked this KOA. We were very fortunate to have full hookup. This KOA only has 8 full hookups. Wish we could of stayed longer. You definitely feel secluded out here. But they have A lot to offer. Huge lake with fishing that you don’t have to have a license. The pool and hot we didn’t get a chance to even see, it on the other side of the park.

Love this location, a little out of the way, but beautiful landscape. The showers and toilets are great! Only complaint was a few neighbors were loud after curfew quite time. The store hours and pool are still on restricted hours due to the lack of staffing post COVID.

RV spots are spacious. We felt like we had our privacy. The little store they have is amazing! They carry most of things one would forget to bring and the pricing is better than what you find in your local grocery store. The restrooms are spotless and smell good. The staff is very friendly and have a lot of amenities so your kids will not be bored. We have already booked our summer here.

Great place for family’s and little kids. But for us a tad older, not for us. Kids are everywhere running, screaming, shouting, biking all over the place and there is absolutely no access to the big Diamond Lake for any kind of beach except the boat launch. The little “lake” that this campground has is more like a slough. We moved to Farragut State Park that suits us much better.

We've stayed here many times prior. Our site (288) was too small for a 30' trailer. We had to park the trailer forward a bit to avoid the fire pit, which made our truck stick into the road. It was also thin and didn't allow a good place for our family and pets to sit. Sitting near the fire pit meant staring directly into the tent site next to us. This just wasn't a fun stop this time.

I was annoyed that there were no hosts. Also annoyed that the washer owes me $2.25 and that I have to file a formal complaint and wait for reimbursement. What a ripoff that is! While the facility is huge and offers a lot of amenities, we were a long way from the showers and the garbage dumpster. Definitely not my favorite camping spot.

Were sorry we didnt meet your expectations. We dont have hosts but employees and someone is always on call throught the call box at the welcome center. washers are a third party company( sorry) they are very good at refunds. You were only 7 sites from the bath house and a very large dumpster.

Honestly would’ve been nice if the store would’ve been open, except weekends only. And we come during the week and we cannot rent a paddle boat because they do not have the staff to rent them out. We do not see why they cannot just collect the money and let us take the boat for an hour .. Other than not having full access to everything we love it there!! Steph is super nice

Location was really pretty, though with limited service and access to amenities during the week, we feel it was misclassified in its KOA level. I think my expectations would have been met if labeled as Journey KOA location. I recommend you read and study amenities advertised vs availability during your stay in order to avoid surprises.

A little off the beaten path, but that is good since the campground is super quiet. Perfect for a good nights sleep. Specially if you hike around the lake in the evening.

Great location being away from highways and traffic noise. Spacious, large sites. NOTE: there are only 8 x full hookup sites, that have sewer connections. All the other sites are electric/water only. But luvly campground, so big, lots of room to walk the pups and there is a fishing lake. Staff were very helpful and friendly indeed. Would camp there again for sure.

Staff was professional and courteous. Too bad some of the guests can't comply with hot tub rules and allow kids under six in diapers to get into the hot tub! Not the staff's fault rather the inconsiderate people who can't adhere to common sense health and safety rules.

One of our favorite places. Has nice hikes, activities for the family, a pool, hot tub, and nice camp spaces. A store.

Awesome team who were patient and extremely helpful with all the great information. Facilities were clean and lots of options for keeping occupied. Bathrooms and showers spread out among the grounds, clean and easy to access. Good spot for a quick and easy get-away from town.
