The lady at office was very rude about our 8lb dog Barking while we were away from rv at an event. We were gone an hour and she called twice within that hour leaving rude messages, we called and returned to rv asap. Can't control dogs and understand if ya'll got a complaint but she was just plain rude. Will go back and stay at French Quarter rv park before coming back to yall's KOA.

Hi. Yes, we have rules about dogs that bark excessively, bothering their neighbors. If they don't stop, we call our guests to come back & handle them, so that other guests can also enjoy their stay. However, if you read EVERY review on our site, our staff is the farthest thing from rude. Thanks

Friendly staff in the office. Also, the nice guy that led us to our site(Dave?) helped me back in my trailer. I've never been able to do this behind my RV. Nice & clean campground.

You location was very spacious and clean. The only thing that would have been better was the grass was very high and needed mowing on the the day we arrived. We stayed 5 Days but it never got mowed. We loved your place and will look forward to our next visit with you. Thanks for your service

Absolutely, the best campground I have ever stayed in. I felt a connection to ALL of the employees when I called and when I arrived. We stayed for 8 nights and was sad to leave. Thank y'all for a great vacation. If we ever come back that way or know anyone going that way we will send them to you!! We felt like family. I was so comfortable leaving my dog there.

I needed to leave a day earlier because my dogs came down with sickness. I left before the office was open. When I called later asking for a refund for the final day, the person who answered the phone just said "I doubt that we'll give it to you." I wasn't happy with that answer, as I'd notified people in the office a full day before that if my dog didn't get better I'd be cutting my stay short

Very nice and the staff was awesome. I have already meet some fellow campers and they are headed that way. Told them how clean and neat it was and how nice the staff was. The best base camp for biking into the French quarter. Y'all keep up the great work y'all are doing.

The staff and owners are so helpful. It has made my stay wonderful knowing there are very nice people taking care of us campers. We arrived late at night and in the rain. Jeff, the night watchman checked us in, led us to our spot and then helped me back into my spot, which was almost impossible to see in the dark and rain. He was very patient, kind and thoughtful…I wish he could be cloned. The rest of the park was lovely with nice spots of various sizes. Trees everywhere! When I come back to NO, I will stay here again.

RV Park is conveniently located to access New Orleans. Didn't take advantage of the shuttle but it is great to have available. RV Park was nice. Frustrated with the sewer connection being up hill from the RV. Bthrms nice! Staff Friendly, Helpful with smiles!

Bathrooms are absolutely gross. Everything is worn and desperately needs even just cleaned up. Very far from New Orleans. Overall, worst KOA by far to stay at.

28-Day road trip at several KOAs and this was overall the best! Amazing owners and staff, super helpful, clean facilities and pool - lovely site that is well-maintained. Even offers a shuttle to NOLA! We will be back!

Very nice staff. A bit expensive! Wouldn’t have been so bad but had to pay for a shuttle to town which is about a 30 minute drive.

Hi. You were here during both a holiday AND a major festival. Rates are higher everywhere in the city for holidays & festivals/special events. Our rates are lower than our competitors. Our shuttle is typically the most cost effective way, lower than Uber/taxi & typically than all day parking. Thanks

Staffs are friendly & helpful. The road leading into park is wide & sign is visble. Road into RV spaces are wide & RV spaces are all backin. Not a huge RV park but very cozy without being feeling ham in. Each RV space is clean & wide for big rig & each row is well organized. Garbage pickup is daily until 6 pm. There's transportation into downtown for sightseeing but it starts at 9 am & returning at 6 pm. We had a front row space & right next to laundry. Laundry room is very clean & dust free. Have front loader washer & dryer, which is good if one has big load. There's lots of restaurants of different kinds of Cajun foods. Walmart is also nearby making shopping for necessities very convenient. Cafe du Monde is about 3 miles from here. Will definitely return. My only complaint is that all deliveries & mail are located right by the front door or office without security & on the floor.

My husband and I just had the best time here! It was a short, unplanned trip. The owners and staff were very accommodating, amazing hosts! They will go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need! Cabin was clean and welcoming, the campground is quiet and beautiful. They offer tours and shuttles to the French Quarter for guests, and have an on site dog walker! We had a great time and will definitely be back! 😁
