Want to experience a real Cajun trip down the bayou on a swamp tour, head out for some world-class fishing, or meander through historic plantations? We are located just a short drive from all those as well! Maybe you want to sample the piquant pleasures of real Cajun cooking or the one-of-a-kind charms of the French Quarter? Hop aboard our shuttle for a short, scenic trip to the famous Quarter! Saunter the famous riverbanks and watch the paddlewheelers ferry back and forth, as in times gone by. We have a big yellow fence & sign out front. DO NOT USE GPS! GPS will run you down roads that are not RV or travel trailer friendly!

Jackson Square

Jackson Square has loads of action happening day & night! The river, with its only authentic steamboat left on the Mississippi (Steamboat Natchez), is right across from the square. Cafe Du Monde, which is a New Orleans staple & one of the oldest coffee stands in the world, is across the street from the square. It still serves French coffee (Cafe Au Lait) & French pastries (beignets) to this day. All around the square are street performers, street musicians, artists & more. They are set up & performing day & night, every day. In front of the square are mule & carriage rides, that take you around the Quarter, filling you in on its history! At the back of square, is the famous St. Louis Cathedral. This is the oldest cathedral in the US continuously holding mass. There are also famous museums & restaurants all around the square. In addition, the French market is close by. This is the oldest open air, city market, in the US.
