There were wierd people walking around the camp ground all night long.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our park is staffed 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Our entrance is blocked off at night, we patrol all night, are fenced & have cameras all the way around our park. There isn't a SOUL in our park that isn't supposed to be. Everyone in our park has paid what you did & deserve the same treatment. Thanks

Excellent service and clean facilities. Nervous about camping in NOLA, but the staff made us feel very secure. Dave is a fantastic tour guide on the shuttle service!

Not allowing the ability to position your camper so that you have the correct access to the sewer, water or electric is ridiculous. The sites are way too short for anything greater than 35' and the interior roads are full of potholes.

Hello. Our sites can definitely accommodate big rigs. We try our best to accommodate all guest wishes, including picking a smaller site because it's cheaper. We do plan a future extensive remodel of our back row/road. Our guys will help with getting into a site at the right spot for hookups. Thanks

Sites are short and close together. We have a small travel trailer and had just enough room to park our truck. Definitely not built for today's larger rigs. Location is right around the corner from the airport and multiple freight train tracks. The trains blow their whistles all night long. We would not camp here again.

This is one of worst KOAs I've ever stayed at. How it has the holiday title is beyond me. There weren't the amenities like a holiday should have. The road in the park is in poor condition. We left after one night.

We get our points for our amenities like our tour desk, shuttle, dog walker, rv wash, etc. We qualify because of them. It's hard to experience all we offer in 1 night. It would've been nice to not book a rv wash that you stood up & then also to leave a review like this. Thanks for your patronage.

We spend every Christmas in New Orleans and the New Orleans KOA is the BEST! The staff are so helpful and kind, they treat you like family and we really appreciate them and all they do for the campers. We had family from Michigan join us in NOLA for Christmas and they stayed at the KOA in one of their cabins, they loved it! Thanks Mike, Deb, Doreen and staff! See you next year :)

Really enjoyed the transportation to Downtown New Orleans for a reasonable cost. The office was very helpful arranging our tours. The employee that help us park our M/H into our site was very good.

Great little KOA. The owner and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to French Quarters which makes it easy to explore New Orleans. The facilities are clean and they have a really nice store with reasonable prices. Had a great stay.

We were in NOLA for a wedding and this stay was actually our second time staying at this location. Friendly staff. Maintenance guys constantly moving around maintaining the grounds.

Great staff, site was nice had KOA patio, owners are doing upgrades. Only complaint is when we tried to do laundry, other campers had left clothes in all of the newer front loaders but 1 washer and 1 dryer and did not come back to remove them the entire time we were there. Did have older machine to use but had to do 3 loads instead of 2 due to the size difference. We will be back!

Super clean! Very friendly and helpful staff! They can book any attractions that you might want to see. They have a shuttle and are super knowledgeable about everything New Orleans! We really enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend and if we're back this way we will stay here!

We stayed 5 days and would return if in the area. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The sites are all back in, and someone is available to help you park. Although they have a pool, it's not heated. It would have been nice to take a dip.

This KOA Holiday has many upgrades, a new laundry facility, nice decorations, old oak trees for shade patio furniture, a well equipped gift shop and general store, but the staff is what really makes this KOA shine. Our RV broke down there for four days. The staff is goat, goat meaning (greatest of all time )we’ve never been at the KOA where the staff seemed to really care about us

Great service from helping to back into campsite to filling our propane tank to opening up our umbrella at the site. Took their shuttle to the French Quarter and got a sightseeing tour along the way! Didn't need to see anything else it was so good.

Staffs are friendly & helpful. The road leading into park is wide & sign is visble. Road into RV spaces are wide & RV spaces are all backin. Not a huge RV park but very cozy without being feeling ham in. Each RV space is clean & wide for big rig & each row is well organized. Garbage pickup is daily until 6 pm. There's transportation into downtown for sightseeing but it starts at 9 am & returning at 6 pm. We had a front row space & right next to laundry. Laundry room is very clean & dust free. Have front loader washer & dryer, which is good if one has big load. There's lots of restaurants of different kinds of Cajun foods. Walmart is also nearby making shopping for necessities very convenient. Cafe du Monde is about 3 miles from here. Will definitely return. My only complaint is that all deliveries & mail are located right by the front door or office without security & on the floor.

My husband and I just had the best time here! It was a short, unplanned trip. The owners and staff were very accommodating, amazing hosts! They will go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need! Cabin was clean and welcoming, the campground is quiet and beautiful. They offer tours and shuttles to the French Quarter for guests, and have an on site dog walker! We had a great time and will definitely be back! 😁
