1st time to a KOA Park. Very pleased. Place clean, nice sites, quite. Doreen was the 1st person I spoke with on the phone. Couldn't wait to meet her. She helped plan our French Quarter visit. Mariah very helpful with getting my lost tickets. Enjoyed Dave's personality & knowledge of area as he drove us to the F.rench Quarter. Overhaul, great employees. & RV park.

very good.wel look after ( well the pool coul need a litlle workout) person at reception very nice and helfull ,a welcome change from the new societe, no srevice, know noting, dont care, here is the tipping macnihe and call 1-800 useless for service ,a robot will waiste your time.

Hi there! As far as our pool, it's ALWAYS immaculate. We did however have a hurricane 2 days before you got here so everything wasn't quite back to normal. Those tend to dirty up our pool pretty good. We appreciate your patronage very much & hope to see you again in the future!

Staff very helpful and friendly however the park advertised "close to the French Quarter..... Ten miles is not close

Clean, friendly and a great pool. The drive to the center of New Orleans is long (25 to 30 minutes) but it is a nice drive along the river and then through a great part of the city.

Only bad items were the tree branches hanging from several power lines and really small bathroom/showers. Otherwise it was awesome

Hi! As new owners, we're working tirelessly on our park. We have a bathhouse remodel planned for next year. Tree limbs on power lines...unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the power company, as those are live lines. We take a lot of pride in our park. We hope to see you again! Thank you!

The shuttle into the French Quarter was great, highly recommend using that service. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

We are giving New Orleans KOA a very high recommendation as well as a 5 star rating. This place is very well maintained, impeccably clean, well organized and overall just very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I want to give recognition to Doreen in the office and Dave, the shuttle driver. They went above and beyond, and they BOTH deserve a raise!! THANK YOU!!!

Was a wonderful place to stay in a nice part of New Orleans, pleasantly surprised. Camp is beautiful, on arrival they assist on guiding you into parking, for new RV campers you will definitely appreciate. They also offered a shuttle to main town which was great. Dave drove us and was fantastic, giving us the complete tour guide, filled with knowledge and an absolute character. Highly recommend.

We only there for a short time but the sites are nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us good recommendations for dinner.

This is our second stay here and we will stay again if need campground in this part of Louisiana. The hosts are great! Grounds are clean and well kept. Area has lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Close to New Orleans but far enough away to not be in all of the hustle & bustle there. We felt very safe there. It is close to airport and railroad tracks so you will hear planes and trains.

The New Orleans KOA Holiday is a bit of a gem in the rough. It's not a fancy RV resort, but has a variety of camping options. The best thing about this KOA is the service, friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and secure. They provide shuttle service options into town and have a well-stocked store. It's our go-to stop in the area.

We (3 large Class A motor homes) visited New Orleans, LA in May 2026. We stayed 2 days. The sites were level, we were placed next to each other and the staff were fantastic. We took the KOA shuttle to downtown in the morning and were picked up in the afternoon. Our driver, Dave offered historic background info on the city on the drive down and back. He drove by many of the old scenic homes in town. He helped two of our disabled seniors in/out of the van during every journey. He is amazing. Deborah (office) was so nice and helpful. They have a pool, daily trash pickup, a well manicured property and overnight security. We felt safe and cared for during our visit. We highly recommend this campground.
