Another fabulous stay at the KOA. We stayed 3 nights and the staff were amazing so friendly very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The shuttle bus is very good the timings are good for a day visit into New Orleans centre. The chap we had take us (sorry forgot your name) was very informative and entertaining. Thank you so much for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at your KOA, trip to French street was great and lots of great places to stay. We have arrived in Texas after our 1750 mile trip and hope to stop at other KOA's on the way back in March. Your office help & rv Parker were great, even Mike who set up the reservation was very knowledgeable.

Very well managed site, camping spots are a little too close for my liking, Toilet and shower block spotlessly clean but some of the shower doors need replacing. Very kind and helpful staff would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay but a bit far from the Garden District and French Quarter if you need to be running back and forth.

Our reviews & website state the distance. The city limits where RV parks can go. We are the closest KOA to the Quarter. Thanks

The campground and bathrooms are always clean and the staff is amazing! Never had any issues at all when we have stayed her. In fact, we only stay here when we come to NOLA. We typically take the 2:30 or 4:30 shuttle ($10 per person) that this KOA offers to get to the French Quarter and then just get an uber back. So easy and convenient we highly recommend staying here.

Fantastique , le personnel dévoué on parlais pas trop bien l’anglais mais il on fait des merveilles pour nous même réserver deux tickets pour le Steamboat et donner le numéro de téléphone pour le taxi pour revenir le soir. Vraiment sympathique toutes les employés �. Camping très bien entretenu très propre salle de bain et douche Un gros merci !!!

Great staff!! Doreen greeted us warmly when we arrived and pointed out some fun things to do during our short stay in New Orleans. So did Dave, our shuttle bus driver, who gave us a wealth of information on the history and highlights of the area. We will definitely be back for a longer stay to take advantage of his recommendations. Great location and nice park. Thank you!!

Of course, you have to understand that the campsite's location is in the city, with all the noise that goes with it (trains, trucks, planes). But on the positive side, this Koa is really very clean, well organized and the staff are really friendly and kind. Very secure, even with a night guard. Important point, the shuttle service to the French Quarter is great, just for the savings on parking.

It was hard to sleep through the train horns all night. Campground is located in a residential area so you have a lot of noise. But the campground is clean and the staff was excellent.

When we arrived Doreen greeted us and it was so pleasant. It was like saying hello to a friend. Campsite was easy to access and clean. The amenities were clean and functional. Loved the fire pit. Safe and enjoyable. The shuttle service was perfect. Prompt and very informative. Truly an amazing experience while staying in New Orleans.

Great, convenient location. They have a shuttle that will take you in/out of New Orleans at certain times of day ($10). It was easy to get a Lyft back after hours. The staff were super nice and the grounds were well kept. Felt completely safe. When we came back late, there was a campground staff up, keeping watch. We used the laundry which was clean, with plenty of machines.

Great people and cool place. Nice dog park and close enough to everything. Bring something to get the acorns off if you have slides. We listened to acorns fall the entire stay then when I arrived home I realized all the acorns that were on top of my slides were now everywhere in our fifth wheel. I’m rating four stars because the acorn mishap and because it’s slightly narrow but overall it’s

The KOA staff was very much on top of their game. The overall park was very well maintained and clean. The campsites were no exception. We had the occasion to visit with the staff regarding local opportunities and sites. I'm sure this is a frequent conversation and they remained friendly and helpful. KOA is clean, maintained and polite knowledgeable workers. unfortunately the park is situated really close to active railway which run all night.

These facilities were very nice. The staff were very cordial and helpful. My low ratings are because of “incidental expenses” that our visitors had to pay just because they were on the property. I can understand insurance companies wanting to keep track of people coming onto the property. Making money off of dinner guest is another thing.

When checking in, we were accused of bait & switch & ripping people off, because our shuttle costs. Now, a neg review about our visitor policy. Both are on our website. Not to mention we had to stop said guests more than once for flying through our park, endangering others. Thanks for your patronage

I had a 9 week training to attend in Kenner and the NOLA KOA was the perfect fit. I always felt safe day and night. The staff are exceptional!

Staffs are friendly & helpful. The road leading into park is wide & sign is visble. Road into RV spaces are wide & RV spaces are all backin. Not a huge RV park but very cozy without being feeling ham in. Each RV space is clean & wide for big rig & each row is well organized. Garbage pickup is daily until 6 pm. There's transportation into downtown for sightseeing but it starts at 9 am & returning at 6 pm. We had a front row space & right next to laundry. Laundry room is very clean & dust free. Have front loader washer & dryer, which is good if one has big load. There's lots of restaurants of different kinds of Cajun foods. Walmart is also nearby making shopping for necessities very convenient. Cafe du Monde is about 3 miles from here. Will definitely return. My only complaint is that all deliveries & mail are located right by the front door or office without security & on the floor.

My husband and I just had the best time here! It was a short, unplanned trip. The owners and staff were very accommodating, amazing hosts! They will go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need! Cabin was clean and welcoming, the campground is quiet and beautiful. They offer tours and shuttles to the French Quarter for guests, and have an on site dog walker! We had a great time and will definitely be back! 😁
