Stayed for just over a month while working in the area. Clean, safe with great laundry facility. Hookups were very easy to access with no power, water or sewer issues. Occasionally in the evenings the WiFi would buffer extensively depending on campground occupancy.

Our stay here was wonderful. The sites are close together but grass all around and great service by the staff. They picked up the trash for you, helped you plan your day by booking attractions and even shuttled you to them! The prices in the gift shop good too!! We highly recommend.

Clean, neat, attractive location. Friensly staff. Nice amenities such as pool, laundry. Also provide ahuttle service to downtown. They have tickets for venues and buses too. Great place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect. Nice spot to camp, right by the pool and park for the kids. We had a wonderful stay there, staff was so friendly. The pool was Great and stayed open late which was super nice for a late night dip! Will definitely stay there again

We had reservations at another campground that would’ve been disastrous for our stay. We dropped in and found the most professional, caring staff we have ever encountered. This is great facility. Super clean facility! Showers were spotless and the roving staff looking to ensure safety and cleanliness! Anything that you would hope for in a campground facility plus more!! Thank you!!

Michael and Deborah (owners) and Moriah and Doreen! We're all helpful ,friendly and informative. A very well managed RV park in an urban environment. Clean, quiet and the Staff even helped with RV placement, backing and such. Bathrooms and showers are clean. The office was stocked with area souvenirs. Staff very knowledgeable about activities available in the New Orleans area, shuttle was great

Stayed there for the first time and was very impressed with the entire campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the laundry, pool, restrooms and entire grounds were immaculate. Took advantage of the shuttle 3 days while there and it was great; drop off and pick up was always on time and helpful. The entire staff deserve a big shout out for being so welcoming and friendly. Fantastic!

Staff was extremely helpful arranging the shuttle, tours, what to see, and any and all information about NOLA. Even helped us when we needed a repair to our TT. Hope a return trip is in our future. Highly recommend you book here.

A big shout out to Dave who drove the shuttle bus downtown. Very friendly, accommodating, entertaining and knowledgeable about everything on the route. Really enjoyed him.

What a wonderful KOA. The staff members were so accommodating and gracious, for our entire stay. The entire campground was clean,neat with someone constantly working on the grounds & keeping everything looking nice. The store, bath houses & laundry area were always clean & fresh.We felt very safe. We took the shuttle to the shuttle to French Quarter & had a fabulous tour guide, he was the best!

Very nice just need to notify occupants when the yard will be mowed so we can move our own satellites and put them back so they work

Nice clean place to stay. Spacious site. Many long term work campers. Noisy due to airport and train traffic. Relatively close to sights in New Orleans.

Location is great. However, concrete pads need to be enlarged. They are too short for today's RVs.

Hi there. I'm not sure that you have the correct park? You were walk in & a VAN. You were put in a site that holds up to FORTY FIVE FOOT RVs. As you can see on our website & in photos there, we can hold big rigs on our pads. Thanks

Our checkout time was 11:30AM, but were delayed until 12:13PM for mechanical slide issue discovered at 8AM. It is not possible to safely drive unresolved before departure. At checkout, a $5 fee was assessed after 12PM. I paid it, but unnecessary given the circumstances and only 13 minutes over. This interaction left a disappointing impression, and we’re not returning to this KOA.

The New Orleans KOA Holiday is a bit of a gem in the rough. It's not a fancy RV resort, but has a variety of camping options. The best thing about this KOA is the service, friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and secure. They provide shuttle service options into town and have a well-stocked store. It's our go-to stop in the area.

We (3 large Class A motor homes) visited New Orleans, LA in May 2026. We stayed 2 days. The sites were level, we were placed next to each other and the staff were fantastic. We took the KOA shuttle to downtown in the morning and were picked up in the afternoon. Our driver, Dave offered historic background info on the city on the drive down and back. He drove by many of the old scenic homes in town. He helped two of our disabled seniors in/out of the van during every journey. He is amazing. Deborah (office) was so nice and helpful. They have a pool, daily trash pickup, a well manicured property and overnight security. We felt safe and cared for during our visit. We highly recommend this campground.
