My partner and I made an emergency trip NOLA to assist with her son's final illness. Mike and staff were kind, understanding, and helpful. We had several crises arise due to our hasty planning of the trip from Western NC — in other our lack of prior planning and they were helpful. The site is well managed, shaded and lovely, secure, well kept with good facilities — great laundry facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at the New Orleans KOA. I was there for the 4th. I have to thank the staff for making this a very memorable stay. Emily the shuttle bus driver was an absolute angel. I would pick her for any tourist advice. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on a return visit soon.

Everything was amazing! The campground was spotless, facilities were spotless and the staff, the staff was so friendly, so accommodating and mage a HUGE first impression on our family! Definitely earned a return customer.

Quite small but well cared for and friendly staff. Perfect for excursions in and around New Orleans. Highly recommend air boat rides!

Very nice facility! The best laundry room/area tha I’ve encountered. Very friendly staff. Ran security at night which we appreciated. If you need a dog day care/boarding…. would highly recommend Hounds Town Jefferson… just a few miles away.

Wonderful little campground not too far from downtown New Orleans. We would street park at the corner of Carrollton St and Clairborne Dr and take the #12 Streetcar in to the French Quarter. The campground staff was very friendly and helpful. The concrete pads made leveling easy. Best part for us was the dog walker, Melody, who would stop by mid- day to walk our dog so we didn't have to rush ba

Friendly, clean, and well maintained. As I was leaving, the owner (who happened to be in the right place at the right time) saw that my sway bar was not connected properly and prevented me from driving off that way. Forever grateful! Great place to stay when visiting New Orleans with a camper.

Our stay: AWESOME! As soon as we arrived a KOA employee helped us to park our 40ft 5th wheel! A snap! Very helpful and friendly staff! Nice sites! No mosquitos or other bugs! Close to really good food & shopping! We had a GREAT TIME!!! Thank you NO KOA!!!

It is a perfect place to park your RV as it is only about 10 miles to New Orleans. Staff was friendly and everything very clean. I was especially happy with the dog park and pool.

Very up to date, clean, extremely friendly. Deborah the owner is a sweetheart. She recommends things to do places to see. I have stayed at the worst GOALS and this one is by far a 5 star.

Campgrounds were clean and well kept. Sights were of a good size and the lawns were mowed. The Wi Fi was pretty good for the most part. The shuttle service into New Orleans was a great service. Mike and his staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice campground. All back in sites but they are spacious. Very clean, well kept. Safe. There is a walking/bike path on the Mississippi River levee. A lot to do in NOLA.

We love the New Orleans KOA. We've stayed there 4 years ago and plan to stay there again in 2028. We thoroughly enjoy the area and campground. It is very well kept up, clean and secure. We were very happy.

The WiFi was very weak. The town water was bad tasting.

Hello. We weren't told about wifi & could've helped. As you can see from our reviews, our wifi works amazingly. We've invested a lot in it to do so. We don't know it isn't working unless we're told. Wish we were told before a bad review! We have no control over city water. We sell filters. Thanks

Nice clean park with concrete pad. The staff was so helpful with tickets to the WWII museum as well as tips for navigating the trolleys. A staff member recommended Charlies Seafood for dinner and it was excellent

Amazing people and services here.We were able to book all we did, right there at the KOA office. It was great to have the shuttle van ride. The driver provided so much information, historical and humorous. Campground and laundry room were meticulously clean. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Staffs are friendly & helpful. The road leading into park is wide & sign is visble. Road into RV spaces are wide & RV spaces are all backin. Not a huge RV park but very cozy without being feeling ham in. Each RV space is clean & wide for big rig & each row is well organized. Garbage pickup is daily until 6 pm. There's transportation into downtown for sightseeing but it starts at 9 am & returning at 6 pm. We had a front row space & right next to laundry. Laundry room is very clean & dust free. Have front loader washer & dryer, which is good if one has big load. There's lots of restaurants of different kinds of Cajun foods. Walmart is also nearby making shopping for necessities very convenient. Cafe du Monde is about 3 miles from here. Will definitely return. My only complaint is that all deliveries & mail are located right by the front door or office without security & on the floor.

My husband and I just had the best time here! It was a short, unplanned trip. The owners and staff were very accommodating, amazing hosts! They will go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need! Cabin was clean and welcoming, the campground is quiet and beautiful. They offer tours and shuttles to the French Quarter for guests, and have an on site dog walker! We had a great time and will definitely be back! 😁
