From the time we arrived we were amazed with the customer service. We received assistance backing in which was excellent and saved our usual yelling at each other!! We had a problem with a steamboat reservation we had made external to KOA. They immediately stepped in and got us on another boat! Park is clean, convenient and has a nice Kamp K-9. We would stay again.

Les membres du personnel sont extrêmemenr courtois et le service de navette, efficace et à l'heure. Cependant, le camping en soi a une allure délabrée, les rues er la clôture sont à l'abandon. Un petit rafraîchissement ne ferait pas de tort.

We stayed 2 days it was really nice and reminding the office but the restrooms were very clean showered for very clean very nice little Lord was very nice and clean and picked app and grass was cut well I would recommend this place to any and all my friends we will go back we dearly loved it Only problem with the whole thing was the dog park needed some holes fixed because of little dog's can get

Campgound was clean and staff very friendly. Cement pad was level and enough room between sites and for tow vehicle. Only problem was low water pressure.

The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver was the best tour guide , he covered everything on the trip into town, quoting him “I try to squeeze 300 yrs into 40 minutes”! I would definitely recommend KO A New Orleans

This KOA has beautiful old live red oak trees, a pretty site for our stay. We appreciated the spacing between pads - beautiful green grass and a picnic table under the large oak tree next to our RV. Our pups enjoyed the dog park and walks around the grounds. The staff at this KOA were very welcoming and helpful in planning excursions in New Orleans! We would love to return!

The managers and staff were so friendly and helpful. From managers to the shuttle drivers we had a great stay the koa. Would definitely go back when we are in that area again.

I loved the convenience and the affordability of KOA New Orleans. We're not ones to shell out hundreds of dollars for a hotel, so KOA was our best option. It was comfortable, felt safe, and we had everything we needed.

RESTROOM was in immaculate. Stayed for 3 days, One OF the workers/guide there was a great history buff on the city, especially downtown French quarter. We do Recommend this place

Mike and Debra were awesome …helped book tickets to attractions, hooked us up with their shuttle which we utilized. Great ride as we were told lots of info about New Orleans. The park was immaculate ! Absolutely loved the large concrete sites. Grounds were meticulously maintained and decorated so cute! We absolutely loved our stay there!!! Totally recommend it.

The owners and staff are amazing!! They can book ALL of your excursions from the office once you get there. Tell you all the info you need to be safe in downtown New Orleans. Campground is safe with security patrols throughout the night. Campground is well kept. Definitely a MUST STAY if you want to be as close to New Orleans as you can. They have shuttle service to downtown also. Staying again.

I think this was the best KOA we’ve ever stayed at. They upgraded our site because there was construction going on close to the site we had booked. The store had everything you could possibly need. The shuttle to downtown was well worth it. Laundry was clean and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and informative about the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The campground was nice. Several projects were occurring - showers and restrooms out of order. Our pad was very unlevel or needed drainage work. When it rained - we had huge puddles of water - mostly on the utility side.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly! Loved the shuttle to/from campground to the French quarter. Saved lots of driving aggravation. Also was able to book tours right there. They are rebuilding lots of things and making improvements. One of my favorite KOA's.

;Great greeting and direction to our site. Pool was great as was the location to all the local sightseeing sites. It was a nice touch having a constant patrol of the campground during the night.

S we loved this park from the time you pull up they are kind and help you figure out your day. They even have a shuttle that takes you into New Orleans and they even have a dog setter. The pool was very nice at this park was very quiet.

Not KOA Holiday standard. Perhaps Journey; many embellished info on website; Clean and old, very small pool, no Kamp9 for pets and patio sites are very tight; beware no shade even if you call; as a VIP I was surprised to not get what I requested when booking in May;The gate is closed the next street over and not the main road is not gated or secured; a security guy riding a golf cart, not secure

Fantastic Campground!! The shuttle is the best deal in town. The staff are phenomenal, everything is clean, laundry was great, grills and fire pits for tent rental (delivered and picked up at site) and exceptional wi-fi. We added an extra day the next morn due to the great benefit this site offers. There is some noise from train/plane traffic - but I slept well even being moderately noise sensitive and I have experienced much worse road noise at other KOAs. I would gladly stay here again.

Our Family had a Blast during Easter week. The KOA Family are SUPER nice people the park is spotless. We used the shuttle all week 10:30 drop off and 5:15 pickup. The Easter Parade was Great. Definitely will be back. One more thing: Dots Dinner walking distance the milk shakes are great.

I came in as a long time resident. I was so elated and excited about the welcoming I received from every last one of the staff that lived on the grounds. The amenities are endless; super clean laundry room with really affordable machines, ironing table, folding table, a/c and tv. Even had rockers sitting outside to just enjoy the fresh air if you choose. Nice and clean pool. a building for private showers and restrooms. It's amazing. Let's not forget the shuttle that takes you to the Grench Quarters. Ask for Ms. Doreen, she is one of my favorites.
