The managers and staff were so friendly and helpful. From managers to the shuttle drivers we had a great stay the koa. Would definitely go back when we are in that area again.

I loved the convenience and the affordability of KOA New Orleans. We're not ones to shell out hundreds of dollars for a hotel, so KOA was our best option. It was comfortable, felt safe, and we had everything we needed.

RESTROOM was in immaculate. Stayed for 3 days, One OF the workers/guide there was a great history buff on the city, especially downtown French quarter. We do Recommend this place

Mike and Debra were awesome …helped book tickets to attractions, hooked us up with their shuttle which we utilized. Great ride as we were told lots of info about New Orleans. The park was immaculate ! Absolutely loved the large concrete sites. Grounds were meticulously maintained and decorated so cute! We absolutely loved our stay there!!! Totally recommend it.

The owners and staff are amazing!! They can book ALL of your excursions from the office once you get there. Tell you all the info you need to be safe in downtown New Orleans. Campground is safe with security patrols throughout the night. Campground is well kept. Definitely a MUST STAY if you want to be as close to New Orleans as you can. They have shuttle service to downtown also. Staying again.

I think this was the best KOA we’ve ever stayed at. They upgraded our site because there was construction going on close to the site we had booked. The store had everything you could possibly need. The shuttle to downtown was well worth it. Laundry was clean and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and informative about the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The campground was nice. Several projects were occurring - showers and restrooms out of order. Our pad was very unlevel or needed drainage work. When it rained - we had huge puddles of water - mostly on the utility side.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly! Loved the shuttle to/from campground to the French quarter. Saved lots of driving aggravation. Also was able to book tours right there. They are rebuilding lots of things and making improvements. One of my favorite KOA's.

;Great greeting and direction to our site. Pool was great as was the location to all the local sightseeing sites. It was a nice touch having a constant patrol of the campground during the night.

S we loved this park from the time you pull up they are kind and help you figure out your day. They even have a shuttle that takes you into New Orleans and they even have a dog setter. The pool was very nice at this park was very quiet.

Not KOA Holiday standard. Perhaps Journey; many embellished info on website; Clean and old, very small pool, no Kamp9 for pets and patio sites are very tight; beware no shade even if you call; as a VIP I was surprised to not get what I requested when booking in May;The gate is closed the next street over and not the main road is not gated or secured; a security guy riding a golf cart, not secure

It was everything I expected. The general store is amazing! Anything you need within reason, they have you covered. The entire staff was so welcoming and professional. They had all the information and tickets to various entertainment in the Big Easy (New Orleans). We will surely return! Thank you! Your Floridian Travelers

Staff was beyond amazing and helpful. We booked all our tours thru the campground. Great recommendations for what to see and do. Nice having a shuttle to the French Quarter. Very, very clean campground and pool. The camp store had the best prices for New Orleans food products and souvenirs. Thank you for a great stay.

The staff is amazing. Rushed out to help us get backed in to out site. The best amenity at this park is the shuttle ride to New Orleans French Quarter. We used it both days and could not have been happier to have Dave drive us back and forth. Much easier than trying to find parking. Facility is clean and there was lots of grass for our dog who loves to roll in it.

Fantastic people! Location is good too. Very knowledgeable about the area. VERY helpful with everything. My Jeep had a dead battery after towing. Brought a jump box, jumper cables, everything to help me out. Every staff member was fantastic.if I had something to gripe about, the pool was hot… but it was New Orleans on August, what do you expect?

Deborah & Mike were excellent hosts. Very laid back, kind, helpful, friendly. They answered all our questions, even the one about Scrapple! Campground was very nice and clean. Store was full of things you need for your camper and many souvenirs. Nice friendly staff, the shuttle driver Greg was so full of knowledge about New Orleans. He was fascinating to listen to. Would stay here again for sure!

Staff was very helpful in assisting us in backing into the space. Employee went above and beyond when a small child's toy was left in the pool area. They stated they would review the camera in the pool area to discover which campers it belonged to. The next we ran into the mother of the child and the toy had been returned to them.

The staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. It was the best experience we have ever had camping at any KOA or any campground for that matter. We look forward to going back for a longer stay next time!

Fantastic Campground!! The shuttle is the best deal in town. The staff are phenomenal, everything is clean, laundry was great, grills and fire pits for tent rental (delivered and picked up at site) and exceptional wi-fi. We added an extra day the next morn due to the great benefit this site offers. There is some noise from train/plane traffic - but I slept well even being moderately noise sensitive and I have experienced much worse road noise at other KOAs. I would gladly stay here again.

Our Family had a Blast during Easter week. The KOA Family are SUPER nice people the park is spotless. We used the shuttle all week 10:30 drop off and 5:15 pickup. The Easter Parade was Great. Definitely will be back. One more thing: Dots Dinner walking distance the milk shakes are great.

I came in as a long time resident. I was so elated and excited about the welcoming I received from every last one of the staff that lived on the grounds. The amenities are endless; super clean laundry room with really affordable machines, ironing table, folding table, a/c and tv. Even had rockers sitting outside to just enjoy the fresh air if you choose. Nice and clean pool. a building for private showers and restrooms. It's amazing. Let's not forget the shuttle that takes you to the Grench Quarters. Ask for Ms. Doreen, she is one of my favorites.
