This was our second visit we liked it so much. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, especially with sightseeing tips. Another huge plus is their expertise in backing you to your campsite. They are exceptionally good at it. They take the stress right out of it which is so nice after just coming off the highway. The New Orleans KOA comes highly recommended.

We chose this location due to it’s proximity to The French Quarter. The campground was well maintained and the sites were level. The office staff was very helpful with tourist information, they provide a daily shuttle to and from the French Quarter. We were pleased with the dog walking service they recommended. We experienced traffic and train noise but that’s to be expected in an urban area.

Staff was very accommodating getting us a spot clear of trees. The campground was very clean and safe . We appreciated the clean facilities and having someone on night watch. Thank you !

Great location, spacious sites & courteous staff, but the best feature was the regular shuttle service to and from the French Quarter.

Very clean bathrooms located closely to camp, check in process was smooth and the campsites were clean and nice! We loved the smooth gravel for even tent set up. The privacy fences were amazing! Made our site feel like our own and offered extra coverage. Would definitely come again if in New Orleans.

An amazing stay, the staff was wonderful, everything you want to see is super convenient to the campground. The campground is peaceful and clean. Love the updates. There are not enough words to express how awesome Chad and his team were and how amazing the campground was.

This is a very clean and well maintained campground. It's a great location for visiting downtown New Orleans.

The staff was great and the spot is good in the city. However, we had so many ants that were biting our feet on our campground. It wasn't grass, it was sand with ants... They ade it impossible to stau outside and enjoy the fresh air while it as 100 degrees in the RV... Aside from that, everything was great!

Very nice place to stay. Expensive but with the cost. Very helpful in assisting backing into the broad pads. Great amenities.

The reception was outstanding. The facilities were very clean and in great working condition, they are renovating to make it better. They clearly treat to keep down the insects and they are serious about site security. Great location to access what you want to see in New Orleans at a great cost.

KOA was very clean . Lots of trees so if u want to use your dish make sure u ask for a spot with no tree coverage. Very quiet & safe.. staff was very friendly . Even have a van service to the French Quarters reasonable fee charged. We would stay here again for sure..

This is our second time staying at this camp in New Orleans. The camp is super clean, super organized, and the bathrooms are always clean and fragrance melon. I felt very safe sleeping here at night, and other campers are very respectful. I will stay here again.

Came down to spend some time with family and take in Gretna fest ! Hospitality was good but not great. The park employees are very accommodating but rigid to rules and park could use some upgrading to qualify as KOA Holiday in our opinion which is just that an opinion .

We're on a road trip from California to Tennessee. We spent a couple dayys here.The campground is very clean, and well taken care of. Everyone in the office, and the other workers are so friendly, and helpful with directions, and information to the things I wanted to do while in New Orleans. In my opinion yet just can't go wrong at a KOA.

Office staff was very helpful. The shuttle service to New Orleans was excellent with interesting commentary to and from. We used this service two times during our stay. The campground was very clean with concrete pads on all sites. We found the location to be perfect for access to New Orleans and streetcars.

Management was very friendly. The grounds were neat and clean. They were going thru some construction but it did not interfere at all with our stay. Dave, a workamper, was knowledgeable about the area and helpful!

Fantastic Campground!! The shuttle is the best deal in town. The staff are phenomenal, everything is clean, laundry was great, grills and fire pits for tent rental (delivered and picked up at site) and exceptional wi-fi. We added an extra day the next morn due to the great benefit this site offers. There is some noise from train/plane traffic - but I slept well even being moderately noise sensitive and I have experienced much worse road noise at other KOAs. I would gladly stay here again.

Our Family had a Blast during Easter week. The KOA Family are SUPER nice people the park is spotless. We used the shuttle all week 10:30 drop off and 5:15 pickup. The Easter Parade was Great. Definitely will be back. One more thing: Dots Dinner walking distance the milk shakes are great.

I came in as a long time resident. I was so elated and excited about the welcoming I received from every last one of the staff that lived on the grounds. The amenities are endless; super clean laundry room with really affordable machines, ironing table, folding table, a/c and tv. Even had rockers sitting outside to just enjoy the fresh air if you choose. Nice and clean pool. a building for private showers and restrooms. It's amazing. Let's not forget the shuttle that takes you to the Grench Quarters. Ask for Ms. Doreen, she is one of my favorites.
