Very friendly staff, and clean sites & facilities. RV sites are narrow so not a lot of room between. We had a larger site with chairs and fire pit. Somewhat inconvenient to down town, takes about 30 min and lots of traffic. If you like crawfish, the Boil Bus is 5 min away & the place to go and pick up…really good!

Hi there! Yes, as a city park, we are smaller...but we are mighty! Again, we are a city park, IN the city...there will be city traffic. That will be true of ANY park you stay at anywhere close to the French Quarter. We have no control over that. The Boil Bus also delivers to our park! Thank you

We enjoyed it immensely. The staff was very nice and helpful. Bill helped me trying to fix my hitch socket that got torn off in a bumper-to-bumper accident. The location is cool. A nice way to sneak into town via the 48 and St. Charles street rather than go on the highway.

Campground staff was very helpful for our stay in NOLA. Our site was very clean. We took advantage of the shuttle into the French Quarter and this was helpful and convenient . We struggled a little bit with the noise and people at least 8-10 different people walking across our campsite along with kids running through our campsite while we were present at the site.

Office staff was very nice. Great laundryroom. Quiet. Sites close together. Someone smoking and we could smell in our trailer, not good. Bathrooms and showers clean but very dated. Could use a refresh. Spotty area of town.

Hi. The city limits where RV parks can go & won't allow them in certain areas. Parks IN the city will be smaller, as it is CITY camping. We have no control over someone smoking, has nothing to do with us & the service we provide. Bathrooms on our list to remodel as funds allow. Thanks

Nice facility. Friendly, helpful staff. Needed help getting flex tube off after spraining my wrist, and they graciously helped out. Nice perk are shuttles to French Quarter ($15 RT) with Dave narrating NOLA information and stories. Thanks for all the help and history.

Super great stay! Campground is located by tons of great restaurants and the staff (i think Darlene) gave us an excellent recommendation. The shuttle to downtown is the best! Dave is amusing and a great tour guide, arriving and leaving on time.

Bathrooms and laundry were in good shape, rest of Park was pretty run down.

Bathrooms are 1 thing in our park that NEEDS to be redone & is on our list. Our park has been being redone over the last few yrs since new owners. New fence, new roofs on all buildings, store remodel, new pool pump house, lodge remodel, middle of park redone with new sites, laundry room redone +++!

Very clean with awesome staff. Great way to visit New Orleans. A special shout out to Dave the shuttle van driver who was extra awesome. The van literally a tour with lots of information.

I loved this KOA! Staff are awesome, the gift store is fully stocked with essentials and souvenirs. Pool was open late, super clean and refreshing. Bathrooms clean and awesome hot showers. Our campsite was private under beautiful Live Oak trees, and it was wonderful to sit around the firepit and relax.

I loved the cleanliness of hose faucet the campground. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I liked the shower. The only thing that could make it better if they had a hose on the faucet.

It wasn't as close to downtown as we thought it would be, but that turned out to be fine. The sites are a bit cramped, but not all were occupied, so it worked out well for us. The trees around us were a pleasant surprise, and we enjoyed the birds singing by us.

We stayed 23 days this trip and as Always the staff was Great(Doreen, Shawn, Bill), and of Course Mike the owner who interactes with the Guest daily. There is No other Place in NOLA that I would stay! Easy to get to off and on I-10. Excellent KOA!

We stayed for over a week and the campground provided all the amenities we needed. They also provide additional services, such as dog sitting/grooming and RV washing. The sites were quite close together and not in the nicest neighborhood, but access to grocery, highways, and some restaurants was good. The location is very close to train tracks and the airport, so was a little noisy.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The owners were very present and offered great recommendations and advise. The facility was was very clean and well maintained. I would most definitely stay here again if we were to visit NOLA again.

The Campground is well maintained. The washroom and shower are cleaned daily. The campground is right next to the Mississippi river, and you are 20 miles from downtown New Orleans.

Too many dogs allowed to be put in dog fences next to RV's early in morning. Dogs woke us up some mornings barking at 6:30/7am in mornings

Staff were AWESOME! (5 star!) Loved the shuttle and dog service. The campground itself is just a place to park- showers clean but old small/not ideal.

Stayed in a cabin. Very private and clean. Had everything we needed. Had a bus to take us in and back from the city and was close enough to drive everywhere. Definitely staying here again and highly suggest for anyone looking to explore NOLA.

The campground was very close to downtown and the transportation offered to town was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our camping experience especially helping us with our tow dolly and backing into our site.

It was a good location. My biggest complaint is that your website should indicate that the shuttles cost money AND that you had decided to only offer one option (w/a return trip) per day. That was one of the main reasons we stayed there but we ended up figuring something else out because there was only one shuttle time. :(

Very clean, well maintained, staff are everywhere always working on something and readily available to help you. Very nice staff went above and beyond for a local item I was looking for. Our first koa visit. Trains and plains are not as bad as some reviews. Park was nice. Just not sure price was worth it.

Our 2nd stay at the KOA New Orleans. Like the first a wonderful stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We love being able to arrange for the shuttle into NO and arrange for tours as well. Just perfect. Thank you for a great stay.

What a great place to camp at! The site we had was perfect. The owners went above and beyond helping us. We took the shuttle to the french quarters and spent a great day there including the cemetery tour that was recommended to do. How wonderful not to drive to there and back! The office was all decorated for halloween . I would recommend anyone looking for the perfect spot near the french quarters to look here!! Thank you again for wonderful hospitality.

Rented a cabin. Everything was perfect but the mattress. Stayed for a week and was glad to leave cuz neither my husband nor myself could stand another night sleeping on the mattress. Woke up every morning with our backs and hips hurting. Sad cuz it really is a great place.

I love this KOA, every time I visit! It's a well loved campground, evident in how well it's taken care of and seen in the details everywhere. Gift shop has great prices and a fun selection of Nola swag to boot!
