Nice campground clean restrooms. Some showers need some repair, mosquitoes were ferocious but that’s nature. Staff was quite pleasant and attentive to details.

Nice and quiet, except for the dueling leaf blower boys who insist on blowing leaves around for hours on end. They even invaded our campsite while I was prepping the Blackstone for breakfast, blowing leaves at me while setting up. When the leaf blowing boys weren't active, it was a very pleasant stay.

It seems that the New Orleans KOA was not one of the nicer KOA's I've stayed in so far. The campground is surrounded by an ugly galvanized steel fence to block the view. The road was in rough shape, and the sites were extremely tight fit due to most trucks being parked on the road. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service into town was fascinating and informative.

Dried up Black tank toilet paper all over concrete pad. Check in clerk was very rude. The escort to our site was awesome!

After a warm greeting from Doreen we were guided to our site. They have a shuttle into New Orleans which was driven by Greg. Greg gave a wonderful and insightful tour into the city. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again when in the area.

Staff made us feel so welcome and they were so helpful. The shuttle was terrific so we didn't have to deal with parking downtown.

Absolutely the best KOA ever! The staff was wonderful and it was very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. My daughter and I stayed 2 nights in a tent and we had the time of our lives.

I have to say, the staff was excellent. We were greeted when we came in late (after sun down), and once check in we were helped by Carl. This guy was a “back up Jedi” - I’m not kidding. He guided us to back in to our spot in the dark by telling me exactly how much to turn my wheel ether direction until we were perfectly in our spot. It took 2min to park our camper thanks to him! Awesome.

All of the people that work at koa new orleans are very helpful and nice.We will definitely stay at this place again.

It is about 20 minutes to a half hour to drive to the French Quarter, But, the KOA is a great place to stay. Very safe, nice grassy spots, excellent employees that are extremely helpful. Definitely a good spot for such a fun visit to New Orleans!

They really take pride in their campground. They blow leaves daily, have regular cleaning schedules and all staff is so nice and super helpful. The shuttle is awesome and the driver has so much interesting information to share. They really go the extra mile!

Very nice park. Clean and well maintained. Paved Roads and level concrete pads. Easy to check in. Easy to get to and from I-10. Nice neighborhood that we felt safer than in other areas of NOLA. Not too far to downtown and the French Quarter. Good SWE hookups.

Great stay. Nice clean well kept. A bit far out from downtown but taxi available Shuttle into city was $10 one way.

Was wonderful to have a shuttle into New Orleans A++++ on that. Also, staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with planning excursions. Laundry was immaculate. Showers I think see to much humidity, that being said they were clean.

I have stayed here several times over the years and the staff has been great in helping us out. Love New Orleans and appreciate having a great place to stay at for our visits there.

This was our second visit we liked it so much. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, especially with sightseeing tips. Another huge plus is their expertise in backing you to your campsite. They are exceptionally good at it. They take the stress right out of it which is so nice after just coming off the highway. The New Orleans KOA comes highly recommended.

We chose this location due to it’s proximity to The French Quarter. The campground was well maintained and the sites were level. The office staff was very helpful with tourist information, they provide a daily shuttle to and from the French Quarter. We were pleased with the dog walking service they recommended. We experienced traffic and train noise but that’s to be expected in an urban area.

Very clean bathrooms located closely to camp, check in process was smooth and the campsites were clean and nice! We loved the smooth gravel for even tent set up. The privacy fences were amazing! Made our site feel like our own and offered extra coverage. Would definitely come again if in New Orleans.

An amazing stay, the staff was wonderful, everything you want to see is super convenient to the campground. The campground is peaceful and clean. Love the updates. There are not enough words to express how awesome Chad and his team were and how amazing the campground was.

This is a very clean and well maintained campground. It's a great location for visiting downtown New Orleans.

Fantastic Campground!! The shuttle is the best deal in town. The staff are phenomenal, everything is clean, laundry was great, grills and fire pits for tent rental (delivered and picked up at site) and exceptional wi-fi. We added an extra day the next morn due to the great benefit this site offers. There is some noise from train/plane traffic - but I slept well even being moderately noise sensitive and I have experienced much worse road noise at other KOAs. I would gladly stay here again.

Our Family had a Blast during Easter week. The KOA Family are SUPER nice people the park is spotless. We used the shuttle all week 10:30 drop off and 5:15 pickup. The Easter Parade was Great. Definitely will be back. One more thing: Dots Dinner walking distance the milk shakes are great.

I came in as a long time resident. I was so elated and excited about the welcoming I received from every last one of the staff that lived on the grounds. The amenities are endless; super clean laundry room with really affordable machines, ironing table, folding table, a/c and tv. Even had rockers sitting outside to just enjoy the fresh air if you choose. Nice and clean pool. a building for private showers and restrooms. It's amazing. Let's not forget the shuttle that takes you to the Grench Quarters. Ask for Ms. Doreen, she is one of my favorites.
