I always thought KOA holidays were suppose to be the nicest. No amenties, showers were super small old and outdated. You have to walk in peoples camp spots to get to the dog park which is right by the busy street. I know they renovating but don't feel they need to be a holiday koa i just stayed at a journey which was awesome. Employees were nice and helpful and I felt safe �

The sidewalk in front of the rv (between your RV and tow vehicle) is the weirdest thing I have seen in a campground. People literally cutting through your site. One staff member continually smoking and not respectful of others air space. BUT- Staff member Chad is absolutely amazing and helpful. Super friendly. Give that man a raise! Not a fancy KOA, but worked for day trips into the fun spots.

Right from making the reservations in July to our Dec stay it's been a great experience. Wonderful staff that are upbeat with our interactions..great lots...plenty of room.....the shuttle is Wonderful and they have a great tour guide. We'll go back...

The management and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They are in the process of remodeling the office/store and hopefully the showers. The property is well maintained and very clean, the shuttle service into to is a great benefit and very affordable.. we very much would return!

Stayed for Thanksgiving. We will for sure stay here again when we visit NOLA. Everyone was so nice and the facilities were the cleanest I have ever seen! Had site 47 and it was perfect, easy in and out. The shuttle they offer is wonderful and so convenient. The campground was very chill and quiet. We didn't mind the sound of the nearby train & planes at all. I highly recommend this KOA.

We rented one of the cabins. It was very clean!! The stove burner is outside on the grill which was a little weird to us. There are no outlets next to the bed. But overall would definitely recommend staying here.

Just a short 2 night stay on our way to South Carolina. Very friendly staff..night security and clean bath house. Love that KOA picks up our trash daily. Very clean and fun park.

Very courteous and attentive staff. Beautiful large site. Cable tv at our site did not work, but with a plethora of over the air stations it did not matter.

Great location to shuttle into the city. The shuttle ride was convenient and informative. The owners love NOLA and were extremely helpful in planning out stay. Great people.

I had a very later arrival, after 9pm. Their night attendant was very helpful. Helped me back into my space in the dark. The park was very clean and well kept. Quiet. Very enjoyable stay.

Great!! Clean, and well kept campground and bathhouse facility. Everyone there is very helpful with anything you may want. They provide transfers into the French Quarter each morning if you want.

We had a great stay at New Orleans KOA. From the moment we arrived we were well taken care of. Everyone was always helpful but I do want to give a special thanks to Dave. He never failed to stop and say good morning or ask us if there was anything they could do for us. Greg was a great tour guide. Not every KOA has a shuttle but It is great to have that transportation available. We will be back!

Nice campground clean restrooms. Some showers need some repair, mosquitoes were ferocious but that’s nature. Staff was quite pleasant and attentive to details.

Nice and quiet, except for the dueling leaf blower boys who insist on blowing leaves around for hours on end. They even invaded our campsite while I was prepping the Blackstone for breakfast, blowing leaves at me while setting up. When the leaf blowing boys weren't active, it was a very pleasant stay.

It seems that the New Orleans KOA was not one of the nicer KOA's I've stayed in so far. The campground is surrounded by an ugly galvanized steel fence to block the view. The road was in rough shape, and the sites were extremely tight fit due to most trucks being parked on the road. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service into town was fascinating and informative.

Our Family had a Blast during Easter week. The KOA Family are SUPER nice people the park is spotless. We used the shuttle all week 10:30 drop off and 5:15 pickup. The Easter Parade was Great. Definitely will be back. One more thing: Dots Dinner walking distance the milk shakes are great.

I came in as a long time resident. I was so elated and excited about the welcoming I received from every last one of the staff that lived on the grounds. The amenities are endless; super clean laundry room with really affordable machines, ironing table, folding table, a/c and tv. Even had rockers sitting outside to just enjoy the fresh air if you choose. Nice and clean pool. a building for private showers and restrooms. It's amazing. Let's not forget the shuttle that takes you to the Grench Quarters. Ask for Ms. Doreen, she is one of my favorites.
