The Staff exceptional, friendly, helpful. The site was perfect for our 43' rig. Loved they had a table wirh chairs , an umbrella , bench and an awesome firepit. We were on a concrete pad. Thank you for amazing service.

All staff were very helpful. It was our first time in New Orleans so they were especially attentive to our needs with suggestions, maps, etc. Would recommend them highly!

Fun stay! Especially love the shuttle to downtown! And the drivers Dave and Greg are great narrating about NOLA! The ladies at the office are great at advising what to do. Thanks ya'll

Loved the friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle to the FQ is great! Train noise and neighborhood noise at night are the only negatives.

Very nice, Dave was great he drove us in town the two mornings we were there, very positive and up beat. We loved that convince. Store and bathrooms were great. Love the new store.

The sites were nice but the internet and also cable was very spotty. The rec room leaves a lot to be desired, basically nothing there.

Hi! As new owners, we are tirelessly working on updates to our park, including our wifi. During your stay, there was an outage in the city, that was being worked on. With our Rec Hall, most of our guests don't spend time at our park, as they're here for the city. We hope you give us another try.

Nice spots, clean washrooms!! Shuttle driver was one of best features, wealth of information while he drove us. Office staff were great as well! But ***** five stars for shuttle driver and kudos to owners for offering the service!!

Site had a big sink hole in it so couldn’t fully park properly, renovated shower house and office were nice, fence around property is falling down and looks horrible. Biggest problem is that they will not refund an additional van ride charge on our credit card.

Hi! As new owners, we're tirelessly working on updates to our park. We had a Cat 4 hurricane 2 years ago that obliterated us. We've had to wait on a settlement to get anything fixed. We wish we were given a chance to fix the shuttle money issue before it became a review. We appreciate your patronage

Folks were really nice, store office area was cute and items priced nicely, campground was a little rough. Real disappointed that there was no communication regarding the water issue.

We had notices up on each building, kept our socials updated & let each guest know that came in, about the city water issue. We'll be looking into a better communication system. stay was fine but did not know the shuttle was no longer free. that added 50-60 usd per day onto an already expensive stay. the train was annoying but noise stopped later in the night. would stay somewhere else even if its further out of town because you have to commute anyway.

Hi! Our shuttle hasn't been free for a few years, as stated on our website. When we brought it back after covid, we could no longer absorb the cost. We keep it lower cost than any way into the city or parking down there. We are a city park with city noises. We appreciate your patronage.

The staff was awesome, asked what to see downtown and restaurants. Took there time and showed us everything on a map. Wd took the shuttle into town well worth it Dave the driver explained a lot of history. very clean park.

We took the shuttle into town told to call before two. We could be picked up at 3:30. We didn’t get picked up till 530 standing out in the cold not wanting to miss it so I think the way to fix this is reimbursed me $30 what do you think?

Campground was great but New Orleans was one of the dirtiest cities we have been to, liked the campground though!

I needed a place to stay overnight last minute, they were super helpful getting me the last spot available and also checked on me a couple times to see if there was anything I needed. The recreation room was like stepping into a time machine, so cozy and full of nostalgia. I never felt unsafe due to their security making frequent rounds checking on things. The bathrooms were very clean. 10/10

People are very friendly and very helpful close enough to town. The shuttle was great. A little noisy Between trains planes. Not a lot of automobile noise. campsites are a little tight but it works out great. The best part about this campground is the staff the cleanliness, and the place is very well kept

The best place to stay in New Orleans!!! Park was clean and safe. Staff were amazing!!! They provided shuttle service to and from downtown so you don’t have to drive anywhere. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful of things to do! Our site was level concrete pad with fire pit, table and chairs. We camped in a fifth wheel with plenty of space for camper and long bed truck.

Small campground located in town of Kenner, clean and very friendly staff. Sites are close together, but since we were gone during the days not a big deal. About 10 miles from downtown New Orleans. Easy to get to, but as it says on their web site, do not follow GPS. We used exit 223 off I-10 instead, which worked well. Next time we go to NOLA we will likely stay there again.

We had an awesome stay! This is a great place. The addition of a drive into the French Quarter was fantastic. I loved hearing about all the places the driver researched!! He was incredible. Staff were super nice and helpful. We’ll definitely be back to stay. (My name is LouisA. Whoever first put it in from a late registration, where I used paper/pen entered my name incorrectly.)

Older facility could use some up dating. Every thing worked, attendants were nice and friendly. Good location. All backings. I would not recommend for long A’s towing trailers .

For being a tight spaced campground, we were very impressed. Staff was very friendly and helpful, laundry room excellent and showers great with nice hot water and pressure. We would definitely stay again!

Great safe location. Friendly staff. Must make use of the daily shuttles into downtown. They usually include a mini-tour of the history of the city. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Fantastic Campground!! The shuttle is the best deal in town. The staff are phenomenal, everything is clean, laundry was great, grills and fire pits for tent rental (delivered and picked up at site) and exceptional wi-fi. We added an extra day the next morn due to the great benefit this site offers. There is some noise from train/plane traffic - but I slept well even being moderately noise sensitive and I have experienced much worse road noise at other KOAs. I would gladly stay here again.

Our Family had a Blast during Easter week. The KOA Family are SUPER nice people the park is spotless. We used the shuttle all week 10:30 drop off and 5:15 pickup. The Easter Parade was Great. Definitely will be back. One more thing: Dots Dinner walking distance the milk shakes are great.

I came in as a long time resident. I was so elated and excited about the welcoming I received from every last one of the staff that lived on the grounds. The amenities are endless; super clean laundry room with really affordable machines, ironing table, folding table, a/c and tv. Even had rockers sitting outside to just enjoy the fresh air if you choose. Nice and clean pool. a building for private showers and restrooms. It's amazing. Let's not forget the shuttle that takes you to the Grench Quarters. Ask for Ms. Doreen, she is one of my favorites.
