We had a 4 night stay and it was great! The staff were helpful and friendly and the campground was well maintained. Very nice store as well!

We had an awesome time. Everybody was super friendly, very very helpful. Had a small problem with our water pump. The owner came out himself and had somebody come out and help fix it right away. It was amazing everybody there was amazing. The shuttle was great thank you We will be back soon.

The only item is when we tried to dump Our tanks the sewer system appears to be full. We could not dump before we left.

We were there 29 days and our stay was excellent! The staff are helpful and courteous to all campers! I have been staying there for the past 12 years for Mardi Gras and would never consider staying anywhere else! Maxine&RC Mackey

Driving surfaces need much tlc. Finding the maintenance man was a true task, and when found said washing machines are something he knows nothing about

The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us when we had issues with our motorhome which prevented us from continuing on with our six month trip. They went out of their way to accommodate our extended stay. We were treated like long-time friends. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans.

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean. Laundry facility is super. The best I have seen to date and competitive pricing. Only one suggestion which is a very easy and cheap fix, add some more hanging hooks in the showers. One small hook is not nearly enough. Your future clients will be very appreciative. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again.

It is a small KOA but is close to the city and shuttle servile is available at the cost $15 person…..we think this price is high but we don’t want to drive in to the city. Parking is not safe. We will stay there again .

Hi! We could no longer offer a free shuttle service with everything so high, but we tried to keep it fair. It's cheaper than taxi, uber or all day parking. We wish our review & score here was better, esp. considering the fact that you'd stay again. Others look at that. Thanks

Just the wife and I…and a pup. 4 day stay, just to check out NO. Liked the separation from the crazy New Orleans traffic. Staff was awesome…highly recommend the shuttle into the French Qtr.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great store with good prices. Having the shuttle take us into the French Quarter was a bonus. The down side was the trains and airplanes.

I had to call for reservations when my tow vehicle needed an emergency repair. The New Orleans KOA staff were very kind and even had a spot that I could check into. I really appreciated the same day service, and especially the help in backing up my camper! That's always a plus. I would not hesitate to visit again.

This is one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at in a long time. If you are unfamiliar with the area, you are able to book all your tours through the office and the camp store is STOCKED with everything you forgot or need. All the spots are back in, but the staff escorts and backs you in . Follow their instructions and you back in like a pro and save your marriage. Shuttle service to downtown

New Orleans KOA was a small park conveniently located near the city. Access was close to I10. All of the sites are back-in. The hosts are friendly and very helpful with parking your rv. Not many on site amenities.

Hi! We're in the city, so yes, small. We pack in as many amenities as we can. We have a dog park, playground, rec hall, pool, laundry room, bathhouse, store, fire pit & grill rentals, dog walking services, on site rv repair & wash, shuttle & concierge desk that books all your tours for you. Thanks!

Stayed in our 23ft Sprinter van. A staff member guided us to our site and offered any help needed. All facilities were clean and working. We took the shuttle from the campground to downtown NO. Would recommend it. The driver offered a lot of information during the trip, a great way to get to the French Quarter.

Excellent stay, friendly greeting and prompt, friendly service, smooth check in and a personal escort to the site ( he guided the back in ) which was amazing so I didn’t have to help my husband haha IYKYK…. Big space, everything is in good repair, bathrooms are very clean and It’s very quiet ! The shuttle van to French Quarter was affordable and informative !

I stayed for 19 months as a travel nurse, it was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had was having to pay extra to keep my RV there the week of Mardi Gras.

Hi! We do have higher rates at Mardi Gras, as does every place in the city. Before we allow a long term in, we let them know of the Mardi Gras charge & they have a choice to pay the extra or pull out for Mardi Gras. They agree to this before hand, on paper at check in & when they pay to stay. Thanks

We really enjoyed the owners and their staff. Very pleasant stay. It was a business trip with an added vacations. They had a shuttle bus to and from the French Quarters, with a little history that driver gave us on the way to and from the French Quarters. Very memorable!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in one of their deluxe cabins! It’s so much better than a hotel, cause we also had our own private outdoor seating area. Very friendly staff and so close to exploring all that New Orleans has to offer! Highly recommend!

It was very nice. We used the shuttle for 2 days, and both drivers were very formative on the route we took. Pointing out all the interesting things on the way in and out. Would stay here again. Office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

Disappointed pool was not open. Train and airplane noise are a factor in your visit.

Hi! We are a city park, so yes, there are city noises. We try to make up for that with our service! We do wish we had been judged on a little more than that & the fact that our pool is closed in the winter, which is stated on our website & is the case at most campgrounds. Thank you.

We were welcomed by friends it seemed like. Everyone there was very nice and the shuttle drivers so knowledgeable of local people and lore. Gave us tons of tips for the mardis gras parade. We had a wonderful stay and when we go back we will be staying there!

It was very clean and inviting place, Way too many dogs are from my taste. I still can't get over the fact of being 3 feet from each other. But it wasn't a good location for us. Depending on who was attending the counter. Depends on how good a service and how good the smile you got

Bicyclist-friendly campground featuring private tent spots, clean restrooms & showers, a pool, recreation room (with foosball and a wii console!), and friendly staff. Restaurants & downtown River Ridge are within walking distance, and they offer a paid shuttle into New Orleans.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. They ran a shuttle in and out of the French Quarter for a small fee. The facilities are good and, should you need a part for an RV, they won't gouge you. They really run the park like a hotel in regards to concierge service.
