It was a nice location but I guess we expected more room with a “KOA Patio”. The furniture was almost up against our slide and actually impeded use of most of it and took up any space you had to enjoy the patio. I think if it had been seating for two with a small table, it would have been perfect. Seating for six with the huge table just too big for opposing slides. Great staff and beautiful p

This KOA is a small park, however, it has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Next time I'm in NOLA, I'll be staying at this park!

We stayed 4 nights with a travel trailer in site #26. It was a great location right next to the laundry, internet, office, pool and close to the entrance/exit. IT was a level gravel site with shade and picnic table along with FHU/30A service. The KOA is about 30-40 minutes to downtown and all the sites that one would visit. It is close to the Mississippi River as well. The service was excellent!

Exceptional service at this KOA. Doreen took care of all of.our wants and needs including making reservations for several area attractions. Shuttle ride to the city is well worth the money. The KOA RV sites are all back-in, which is not our preference, but assistance from the KOA staff made that easy as well.

Campgrounds and staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept and clean. Only negative part of the experience was it is very close to the NO airport and plane noise was at times a problem. All in all though very good experience.

Had a Wonderful three night stay here. The sites and facilities were extremely well maintained. This KOA offered shuttle service to the World War II museum and the French Quarter and it was well worth the cost. Greg and Dave worked very hard to maintain the grounds as well as shuttle bus drivers. My wife and I would stay here again when visiting New Orleans.

Clean rest rooms and showers. Camp sites well appointed with Adirondack chairs and fire pits. Easy in and out with staff assistance backing in. First time KOA camper. Will return.

Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the shuttle services to tour locations which were very informative! Paved campground with full hookups. Mostly shaded.

1st time to a KOA Park. Very pleased. Place clean, nice sites, quite. Doreen was the 1st person I spoke with on the phone. Couldn't wait to meet her. She helped plan our French Quarter visit. Mariah very helpful with getting my lost tickets. Enjoyed Dave's personality & knowledge of area as he drove us to the F.rench Quarter. Overhaul, great employees. & RV park.

very good.wel look after ( well the pool coul need a litlle workout) person at reception very nice and helfull ,a welcome change from the new societe, no srevice, know noting, dont care, here is the tipping macnihe and call 1-800 useless for service ,a robot will waiste your time.

Clean, friendly and a great pool. The drive to the center of New Orleans is long (25 to 30 minutes) but it is a nice drive along the river and then through a great part of the city.

Only bad items were the tree branches hanging from several power lines and really small bathroom/showers. Otherwise it was awesome

This beautiful campground was a dream to stay at. We upgraded to a deluxe cabin and it made our stay so lovely. The heat is intense, and might actually call for a cooled pool rather than a heated one. Wonderful experience overall.

We are giving New Orleans KOA a very high recommendation as well as a 5 star rating. This place is very well maintained, impeccably clean, well organized and overall just very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I want to give recognition to Doreen in the office and Dave, the shuttle driver. They went above and beyond, and they BOTH deserve a raise!! THANK YOU!!!

Nice RV park, my spot would have been tricky to back into with a travel trailer but a employee knew that and stood next to me giving directions, says he does it for everyone in this spot. Once settled in it was great, very level gravel with a great paved patio,chairs,table with umbrella. Fullhook up with cable TV, fantastic wi-fi (able to stream Netflix and Prime). Landry was quarter operated with standard washers & dryers. Bathhouse was clean with multiple showers and one ADA shower with handbars and chair (needed a hand sprayer to be perfect ADA) I rarely give 5 stars because i save that for perfection, and this one was close.
